Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of time management on employee work productivity at Elim Rantepao Hospital. The primary issue addressed is operational bottlenecks, such as delayed task completion due to sub-optimal time allocation. The research method employed is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The population consists of 500 employees, with a sample size of 83 respondents determined via the Slovin formula and selected using simple random sampling. Data were gathered through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression Analysis with SPSS version 25. The hypothesis test results (t-test) show a value of 8.002, which is greater than the value of 1.664, with a significance level of , thereby accepting . This proves that time management has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.442 indicates that time management contributes 44.2% to work productivity, while the remaining 55.8% is influenced by external variables. The management is recommended to implement time management training and conduct regular workload evaluations.
