Abstract
Abstract: Nationally, the number of Mobile JKN application users reached 64,271,141 by April 2026, while in DKI Jakarta Province, there were 3,922,575 users. At RS Islam Jakarta Sukapura, Mobile JKN application usage in 2025 reached only 23,400 out of 86,300 BPJS Kesehatan outpatients—representing just 30%—which is well below the 50% target set by BPJS Kesehatan. This study aims to determine the influence of age and knowledge on the use of the Mobile JKN application for registration at the Outpatient Department of RS Islam Jakarta Sukapura. This is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of all outpatients at RS Islam Jakarta Sukapura during the period of January–March 2026, with a sample of 99 respondents selected using the accidental sampling technique. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using a multinomial logistic regression test. Bivariate analysis results showed that the Age variable (X1) had a p-value of 0.084 (< 0.25) and the Knowledge variable (X2) had a p-value of 0.104 (< 0.25), indicating a significant relationship between Age and Knowledge and the use of the Mobile JKN application. Simultaneous analysis results showed a p-value of 0.042 (< 0.05); thus, the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, meaning that Age and Knowledge influence the use of the Mobile JKN application for registration at the Outpatient Department of RS Islam Jakarta Sukapura. Penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN di RS Islam Jakarta Sukapura pada tahun 2025 hanya mencapai 23.400 dari 86.300 pasien rawat jalan BPJS Kesehatan, atau baru 30%, jauh di bawah target 50% yang ditetapkan BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh Usia dan Pengetahuan terhadap Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile JKN dalam pendaftaran di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RS Islam Jakarta Sukapura. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RS Islam Jakarta Sukapura periode Januari–Maret 2026, dengan sampel 99 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi logistik multinomial. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan variabel Usia (X1) memiliki p-Value 0,084 < 0,25 dan variabel Pengetahuan (X2) memiliki p-Value 0,104 < 0,25, sehingga terdapat signifikansi antara variabel Usia dan Pengetahuan dengan Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile JKN. Hasil analisis simultan menunjukkan p-Value 0,042 < 0,05, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh Usia dan Pengetahuan terhadap Penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN dalam pendaftaran di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RS Islam Jakarta Sukapura.
