Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of technological readiness and human resource (HR) digital competence on operational efficiency at Belawan Port, specifically at the Primary Cooperative (Primkop) of Stevedoring Workers (TKBM) Upaya Karya. Digital transformation in the logistics sector demands alignment between technological infrastructure and user capabilities to achieve maximum operational efficiency. The method used is a quantitative associative causal research approach with purposive sampling techniques. From a total population of 3,883 workers, the sample size was set at 99 respondents based on Slovin's formula calculation. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires, which were subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS version 26 software. The research results indicate that the technological readiness variable has a positive and significant effect on operational efficiency, with a t-statistic value of 4.852 and a significance level of 0.000. HR digital competence is also proven to have a positive and significant effect, with a t-statistic value of 7.340 and a significance level of 0.000. The regression coefficients show that digital competence exerts a more dominant influence compared to technological readiness. In conclusion, the development of technological infrastructure supported by the enhancement of HR digital competence will simultaneously and significantly improve operational efficiency at Belawan Port.
