ndonesia. The program is motivated by the need for a learning medium integrating Buddhist teachings with direct experience in a religious and cultural environment. The implementation adopted a participatory and collaborative approach, engaging participants particularly university students in ritual activities, Dharma discussions, and the practice of moral precepts (sīla). The selection of Muaro Jambi Temple also served as a strategy to revitalize the site’s function as a center for spiritual cultivation and cultural preservation. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the Dharma, adherence to moral precepts, and awareness of the importance of Buddhist cultural heritage. The program fostered the development of religious character and cultural identity, enhancing participants’ commitment to preserving the noble values of Buddhism within the local context. Furthermore, it opened opportunities for the development of history-based religious tourism. In conclusion, this PKM effectively integrates religious education, character building, and cultural preservation. Its sustainability requires multi-stakeholder support to ensure that the values, history, and spirituality of the Nusantara heritage are preserved authentically and meaningfully.

Salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang semakin relevan dalam konteks organisasi modern adalah kepemimpinan spiritual, yang menekankan nilai-nilai spiritualitas, kebermaknaan kerja, dan kesejahteraan holistik bagi perawat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang gaya kepemimpinan spiritual guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja perawat dalam pelayanan keperawatan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan edukasi interaktif berbasis ceramah (lecture-based talks) dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (focus group discussion) yang melibatkan 9 orang perawat manajer dari rumah sakit Umum Aisyiyah Padang. Waktu pelaksanaan pada 7 Februari 2025. Evaluasi pengetahuan dilakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai efektivitas kegiatan edukasi. Hasil menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan skor pengetahuan peserta dari 11,1% (pre-test) menjadi 88,9% (post-test), yang mengindikasikan adanya pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai konsep dan implementasi kepemimpinan spiritual dalam praktik keperawatan. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan kapasitas kepemimpinan spiritual perawat manajer untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang penuh dengan nilai-nilai, sikap, dan perilaku calling, membership, dan altruism yang mendukung kinerja optimal perawat dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

aces often neglects linguistic norms and lacks politeness. This community service project aimed to educate students of SMPIT Al-Hijrah 2 Deli Serdang on how to use Indonesian properly, accurately, and politely in digital communication. The method involved initial observation, development of a contextual learning module based on social media content, implementation of interactive training, and follow-up evaluation and mentoring. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ understanding of language norms and online communication ethics. Students became more aware in choosing appropriate diction, composing grammatically correct sentences, and maintaining polite interactions in social media posts and comments. Post-training mentoring also showed consistency in the students’ application of polite language in their digital interactions. This program demonstrates that language education integrated with digital literacy and character-building can shape ethical and productive communication behaviors among junior high school students. Such education is recommended to be continuously implemented as part of school literacy programs.

Equivalency Education Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the community empowerment management function through the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Buana Mekar Baleendah using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management approach. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with the research location at PKBM Buana Mekar, Bandung Regency. The research subjects consisted of PKBM managers, tutors, and Package C learners. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the planning function has been carried out through identifying community needs and preparing flexible learning programs. The organizing function is seen from the division of tutor tasks and a clear organizational structure. The implementation function is carried out through andragogy-based learning with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and skills practice methods. Meanwhile, the supervisory function is carried out through learning evaluation, attendance monitoring, andsupervision of skills practice. Although the program's implementation has been quite successful, several obstacles remain, such as limited digital learning media, unstable student attendance rates, and suboptimal utilization of practical facilities. the correlation between the intensity of the quarter-life crisis (Variable X) and self-esteem (Variable Y) among active students at the State Christian Institute of Kupang (IAKN Kupang). Employing a sample of 30 participants gathered via probability sampling techniques, data collection was conducted utilizing Likert-scale questionnaires and statistically processed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. The empirical analysis demonstrates a significant and highly robust positive correlation between the investigated constructs ($r = 0.769$; $p = 0.000$). This outcome highlights a noteworthy theoretical anomaly, wherein heightened levels of crisis are unexpectedly linked with enhanced self-esteem. This distinct psychological pattern is driven by active internal introspection, a purposeful pursuit of life meaning, and personal identity consolidation amid adversity. Furthermore, the campus culture at IAKN Kupang—characterized by comprehensive spiritual mentoring, robust peer networks, and a nurturing social atmosphere—serves as a constructive emotional buffer. These external dynamics empower students to navigate developmental stress adaptively, demonstrating that rather than diminishing their self-worth, the identity crisis ultimately bolsters their personal resilience.

The results indicate that the implementation of SPMI at SMK Negeri 10 Luwu has been systematically implemented through the PPEPP cycle (Mapping, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Standard Setting). Quality mapping is conducted periodically to identify achievements and needs for quality improvement. Program implementation is carried out through improving the quality of learning and collaborating with industry. Evaluations are conducted routinely to assess standard achievement, followed by control measures for improvement, and the establishment of new standards as a form of continuous quality improvement. This implementation contributes to graduates' work-readiness, characterized by competency in expertise, technical skills, practical abilities, and soft skills. However, obstacles encountered include limited infrastructure and uneven absorption of graduates into the workforce.

The process of integrating Powtoon learning media with a sense of responsibility in Gen Z students requires a comprehensive effort, considering that the assessment indicators for this attitude are crucial for learners in the modern era. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

Employing a qualitative descriptive approach with the CIPP evaluation model, Bygrave’s 10D framework, and the KSA model, data were collected by interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed thematically. Findings indicate the program is generally effective: it addresses members’ real needs, engages competent facilitators despite limited resources, promotes participatory learning, and generates positive impacts on mindset, business practices, and networks. Key entrepreneurial traits—Dreams, Doers, and Destiny—showed significant growth, while financial literacy (Dollars) remained a challenge. Competencies improved across knowledge, practical and digital marketing skills, and attitudes such as confidence, discipline, and adaptability. Overall, the forum demonstrates effectiveness as a community-based entrepreneurship development model that strengthens the local MSME ecosystem.
