Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication at An-Nisa Hospital Tangerang. Methods: This study used descriptive analytic quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method, where this technique selected subjects in a population that matched the criteria as a sample, namely pulmonary TB patients who were undergoing initial and advanced treatment at An-Nisa Hospital, Tangerang, totaling 102 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. Results: The results of the respondent's data processing showed that the level of knowledge with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication showed a significant relationship with value (p-value 0.021), and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication showed a significant relationship with value (p-value 0.027 ). Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and motivation with adherence to taking anti-tuberculosis medication in patients with pulmonary TB. Therefore, to reduce the occurrence of drug-resistant TB, efforts should be made to increase adherence to treatment in TB patients, either through the method of providing direct motivation or through counseling about pulmonary TB disease.

On the other hand, some countries have tried alternative approaches, including decriminalization or legalization of narcotics, with the aim of reducing the negative impact on individuals. This research uses a normative approach. The conclusion from this research is that it is important to maintain a balance between efforts to prevent and handle narcotics with protecting individual human rights. Effective implementation of narcotics policies must take into account the basic rights of individuals and seek to reduce negative social impacts. ah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa 10% siswa memiliki tingkat perencanaan karir rendah, 75% sedang, dan 15% tinggi. Hal ini mengindikasikan masih diperlukannya layanan untuk membantu meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa. Hasil validasi ahli materi, media, dan praktisi menunjukkan bahwa media kantong karir sangat layak digunakan dengan persentase kelayakan masing-masing media sebesar 100%, materi 80%, dan praktisi 100%. Kemudian rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 93%. Pada uji coba terbatas, terjadi peningkatan skor perencanaan karir siswa antara sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) menggunakan media kantong karir. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest (Z=-2,805; p=0,005), yang berarti penggunaan media kantong karir efektif dalam meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa. Peningkatan perencanaan karir terlihat dari meningkatnya pemahaman siswa mengenai potensi diri, arah pilihan karir yang sesuai, serta kemampuan dalam mengambil keputusan karir. Dengan demikian, media permainan kantong karir yang dikembangkan terbukti layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai sarana pemberian layanan informasi untuk membantu meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Kota Serang. Media ini dapat menjadi alternatif bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan karir yang menarik dan efektif.

i. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan alternatif suplemen alami yang lebih nyaman dan mudah diterima masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan kapsul herbal antianemia berbahan dasar stroberi lokal Sumatera Barat (Fragaria × ananassa) serta mengevaluasi potensi awalnya dalam meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. Penelitian menggunakan metode research and development yang meliputi pengolahan stroberi menjadi bubuk melalui metode freeze drying, analisis kandungan zat besi menggunakan Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry, formulasi dosis, dan uji awal efektivitas produk dengan desain pretest-posttest pada lima responden selama tujuh hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bubuk stroberi mengandung zat besi sebesar 372,94 mg/kg. Produk yang dihasilkan diberi nama Hemavita dan diformulasikan sebagai suplemen pemeliharaan yang menyediakan sekitar 20% kebutuhan zat besi harian. Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin meningkat dari 12,36 ± 1,64 g/dL sebelum intervensi menjadi 13,74 ± 2,05 g/dL setelah intervensi, dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 1,38 ± 0,68 g/dL. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kapsul stroberi berpotensi menjadi alternatif suplemen herbal untuk membantu meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. Penelitian lanjutan dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar diperlukan untuk mengonfirmasi efektivitas produk.

caregivers. Inadequate knowledge may lead to inappropriate first aid measures that can worsen the child's condition. This research aims to identify the level of parent's knowledge regarding first aid management for children experiencing febrile seizures in Sei Mencirim. This study uses a descriptive design method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study are all parents who brought their children for treatment to the Sei Mencirim Community Health Center in the last three months, wiht a sample of 36 respondents taken using an accidental sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions. Data analysis was carried out univariately to describe the level of respondents' knowledge. The results of the study show that parental knowledge based on the management of febrile seizures, parents have a good level of knowledge of 55.6%. Based on the administration during seizures, parental knowledge is in the sufficient category of 38.9%. Based on the administration of medication from the hospital after the child is treated, parental knowledge is in the good category off 66.7%. Based on information about seizures, parental knowledge is in the good category of 75.0%. concluded that the level of parental knowledge about first aid for children experiencing febrile is in the good category of 80.5%.

This research discusses legal protection for female workers in Indonesia by examining aspects of employment law and the principles of gender equality. The main focus is an analysis of women's labor rights, including fair wages, occupational health and safety protection, as well as maternity leave policies, which are guaranteed in labor regulations and international instruments that Indonesia has ratified. The research results show that, although regulations support this protection, implementation in the field is still hampered by gender discrimination and a lack of company compliance with existing regulations. This research recommends increasing supervision, law enforcement and outreach to ensure the fulfillment of women's labor rights evenly and consistently.
