Objective: To systematically review and synthesize evidence regarding the efficacy and safety of polypill formulations (comprising antihypertensive medications, statins, with or without aspirin) in comparison to standard care or placebo for the primary prevention of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in intermediate-risk populations.
Methods: We conducted systematic review and meta-analysis in accordance with PRISMA 2020 standards (Systematic Review Registration: PROSPERO CRD420251184718). Various databases (PubMed, Cochrane Library, ScienceDirect, Scopus) were examined for original research published from January 2015 to October 2024. Studies were eligible if they assessed polypill therapies in individuals aged 30 to 70 years with intermediate cardiovascular risk (10-20% 10-year risk), reported composite major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) outcomes, and included a minimum follow-up of 6 months. Two independent reviewers conducted screening, data extraction, and risk of bias evaluation utilizing the Cochrane RoB 2.0 tool.
Results: Of the 161 records discovered, 4 randomized controlled studies (HOPE-3, TIPS-3, PolyIran, PolyPars) with 31,501 people fulfilled the inclusion criteria. Polypill therapies showed a substantial decrease in composite MACE relative to control groups (pooled HR 0.67 (95% CI 0.60-0.75, p<0.001). Individual trial hazard ratios varied from 0.50 (PolyPars) to 0.66 (PolyIran) and 0.79 (TIPS-3) with moderate heterogeneity (I²=35.2%, p=0.20). Polypills were generally well- tolerated, with a safety profile consistent with the individual components. Medication adherence was enhanced with the polypill in comparison to multiple-pill regimens.
Conclusions: Polypill techniques markedly reduce major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) in intermediate-risk patients for primary cardiovascular prevention, achieving around a 33% relative risk reduction. The fixed-dose combination strategy provides benefits in compliance and ease of use. These findings hold significant implications for healthcare systems in low-to-
middle-income nations, such as Indonesia, where the burden of cardiovascular disease is substantial and access to long-term cardiovascular drugs is frequently hindered by cost and complexity.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate drug management at the Camba Community Health Center UPTD so that it can be used as a reference material to improve the quality of drug management. This type of research is a non-experimental descriptive-observational study. The data used are data in the form of reports and documents on drug management at the community health center. The research instrument used an observation sheet with the references used being the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 74 of 2016 and the Indonesian Ministry of Health 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Service Standards in CHCs. The results of the study indicate that drug management at the Camba Community Health Center UPTD is based on the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 74 of 2016 and the Indonesian Ministry of Health 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Service Standards at CHCs in the planning aspect are included in the good category with a percentage value of 100%, the request aspect is 100% in the good category, the receipt aspect is 100% in the good category, the storage aspect is 87.5% in the good category, the distribution aspect is 66.7% in the sufficient category, the destruction and withdrawal aspect is 100% in the good category, the control aspect is 100% in the good category, the recording and reporting aspect is 100% in the good category. So it can be concluded that drug management at the Camba Community Health Center UPTD in 2024 has met the standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.

from marine sponges of the genus Aaptos, have demonstrated potential as drug candidates; however, studies evaluating their drug-likeness, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties, and toxicity profiles remain limited. This study aimed to prioritize aaptamine, demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and isoaaptamine as potential antibacterial candidates through SwissADME and ProTox-II analyses using an in silico approach. The results demonstrated that all three compounds satisfied the Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria for drug-likeness, exhibited high gastrointestinal absorption, and achieved a bioavailability score of 0.55. All compounds were predicted to belong to toxicity class 4, with predicted LD₅₀ values of 1300 mg/kg for aaptamine, 500 mg/kg for demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and 1350 mg/kg for isoaaptamine, while none showed hepatotoxic or cytotoxic properties. The integrated analysis indicated that isoaaptamine exhibited the most balanced drug-likeness, ADME profile, and safety characteristics, making it the highest-priority antibacterial candidate. This study concludes that the integration of SwissADME and ProTox-II provides an effective preliminary approach for screening marine natural product-derived drug candidates. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated application of drug-likeness, ADME, and toxicity analyses to systematically prioritize three aaptamine derivatives, thereby providing a more comprehensive lead compound selection strategy for antibacterial drug discovery.

his research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. With this web-based system, the drug selection process becomes more transparent, systematic, and efficient, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical services at Apotek Keluarga.

Abstrak: Pemilihan obat batuk anak di Apotek Keluarga saat ini masih bersifat subjektif dan sangat bergantung pada pengalaman apoteker, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pemberian rekomendasi kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna memberikan rekomendasi obat secara objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi jenis batuk, efek samping, usia, dan harga obat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis serta preferensi konsumen. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam meranking alternatif obat berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menghasilkan urutan rekomendasi obat batuk yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik pasien anak. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web ini, proses pemilihan obat menjadi lebih transparan, sistematis, dan efisien, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Keluarga.

ka Wijaya Pharmacy requires a clusterization of sales stock data. The method that can be used is the K-Means algorithm. This algorithm is based on a simple idea. K-Means is a distance-based clustering method that divides data into a number of clusters and this algorithm only works on numeric attributes. The data processed in this research is a sample taken from the Jaka Wijaya Pharmacy data in 2022. The Jaka Wijaya Pharmacy dataset consists of the attributes No, Drug Item, Type, Packaging, Initial Stock, Cost Price, Unit Conversion, Selling Price, Number of Transactions, Ending Stock, Shelf, Warehouse-Office Codes. With the K-Means Clustering method, it is possible to group drug sales data with stock that is not selling well as cluster 0, stock that is selling well as cluster 1, and stock that is selling very well as cluster 2. The sample data to be tested consists of 170 data from the Jaka Wijaya Pharmacy. Where the cluster results show that there are several results, namely cluster 0 totaling 102, cluster 1 totaling 34, and cluster 2 totaling 34 decisions, where the decisions include very in demand, in demand, not in demand.

Abstrak: Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan untuk membantu meningkatkan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, apotek juga sebagai tempat praktik tenaga profesi apoteker dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Untuk menentukan jumlah persediaan stok, Apotek Jaka Wijaya membutuhkan suatu clusterisasi data stok penjualan. Metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu algoritma K-Means. Algoritma ini didasarkan pada ide sederhana. K-Means adalah metode Clustering berbasis jarak yang membagi data ke dalam sejumlah cluster dan algoritma ini hanya bekerja pada atribut numeric. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini merupakan sampel yang diambil dari data Apotek Jaka Wijaya pada tahun 2022. Dataset Apotek Jaka Wijaya terdiri dari atribut No, Item Obat, Jenis, Kemasan, Stok Awal, Harga Pokok, Konversi Satuan, Harga Jual, Jumlah Transaksi, Stok Akhir, Rak, Kode Gudang-Kantor. Dengan metode K-Means Clustering maka dapat mengelompokkan data penjualan obat dengan stok kurang laris sebagai cluster 0, stok laris sebagai cluster 1, dan stok sangat laris sebagai cluster 2. Data sampel yang akan diuji terdiri dari 170 data dari Apotek Jaka Wijaya. This service takes place in Teluk Kayu Putih Village, VII Koto District, Tebo Regency, Jambi Province. The aim of this outreach is to increase public awareness about the dangers of drug abuse for the young millennial generation. The material is presented through lecture and discussion methods with the help of power point slides and an LCD projector. The results of the outreach show that the generation of millennial youth in Teluk Kayu Putih Village is aware of the dangers and consequences of drug abuse.

Abstrak: Narkoba merupakan masalah kesehatan fisik dan mental yang berdampak terhadap gangguan kecemasan, gangguan prilaku sosial, depresi, menurunkan kesadaran, mengganggu kualitas hidup bahkan sampai menyebabkan kematian. Permasalah mitra yaitu kurangnya edukasi kepada generasi muda milenial di Desa Teluk Kayu Putih terhadap penyalahgunaan narkoba. Pengabdian ini bertempat di Desa Teluk Kayu Putih, Kecamatan VII Koto, Kabupaten Tebo, Provinsi Jambi. Tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba bagi generasi muda milenial. Materi disampaikan melalui metode ceramah dan diskusi dengan bantuan slide power point dan proyektor LCD. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan bahwa generasi pemuda milenial Desa Teluk Kayu Putih menyadari bahaya dan konsekuensi penyalahgunaan narkoba.

In this regard, as DDIBase has currently reached beta stage of development, it is required to provide more comprehensive user feedback to improve its features. Thus, a workshop has been devised to explain the user guidelines, while a training has been conducted to provide system demo and user hand-on. The workshop and training attendees are faculty members of the i3L and Lira Medika Hospital Staffs. A survey has been developed to cater the user satisfaction toward the DDIBase. In this end, the survey has elicited good user satisfaction toward the developed user interface.
