Application Of Picture Media In Writing Descriptive Texts Using The Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model For Grade IV Elementary School Students

Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of descriptive text writing skills of students in high classes, namely grade IV of Elementary School. The purpose of the study was to describe the improvement of descriptive text writing… iting skills in learning Indonesian through the application of image media in using the problem based learning (PBL) model in grade IV of SDN 55 Air Pacah, Padang City. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research instruments used were teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and student writing skill assessment sheets. The percentage of teacher activity obtained in Cycle I was 80% and increased in Cycle II with a percentage of 92.5%. The average observation of student activities in Cycle I was 72.5% and increased in Cycle II with an average of 85%. The completion of student writing skill learning outcomes in Cycle I was 44% with an average learning outcome of 62, increasing to 84% in Cycle II with an average learning outcome of 78. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students' descriptive text writing skills

Penentuan Kelayakan Penerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Menggunakan Metode AHP

Abstract: Abstract: Sipaku Area Village currently has a population of 1963 family cards with a density of 7423 people divided into 8 hamlets. Villages can still register people who do not have an Indonesia Smart Card with the concerned… erned office by recording the data on the people who have KPS, PKH or SKTM, to get the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) program, because many people submit applications and there are many criteria that must be taken into account. faced by the Sipaku Area Village Head Office in determining the priority of potential KIP recipients is very difficult, not transparent and inefficient. Therefore, to overcome this problem, it is necessary to have a system for determining the priority of potential KIP recipients by adding some more basic criteria. In this study a decision support system was designed using the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method. The results of calculations using the pairwise comparison matrix for the use of criteria show that the most important priority is shown in the status of an active applicant of 0.391, the second priority is the completeness of the files of 0.406, the third priority is the orphanage of 0.095, the fourth priority is parental income of 0.066, and the priority the fifth is a dependent of 0.041. Meanwhile, for alternative use, the data obtained is that the highest value weight determines the recipient of Smart Indonesia Card Assistance (KIP), namely Rizky Amelia Ritonga with a value of 0.171, the second alternative is Rangga Pranata with a value of 0.141 and the third alternative is Elva Radis with a value of 0.124. Keywords: Smart Indonesian Card Recipients (KIP), AHP Method, PHP and MySQL.   Abstrak: Desa Sipaku Area yang sekarang ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk 1963 kartu keluarga dengan kepadatan 7423 jiwa yang terbagi dalam 8 Dusun. Desa tetap bisa mendaftarkan masyarakat yang tidak memiliki Kartu Indonesia Pintar ke Dinas yang bersangkutan dengan mendata masyarakatnya yang memiliki KPS, PKH atau SKTM, untuk mendapat program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP), karena banyaknya masyarakat mengajukan permohonan dan banyak kriteria yang harus diperhitungkan, sehingga Kendala yang dihadapi oleh pihak Kantor Kepala Desa Sipaku Area dalam menentukan prioritas calon penerima KIP sangat sulit, tidak transparan dan tidak efesien. Oleh Karena itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut perlu adanya sistem dalam menentukan prioritas calon penerima KIP dengan menambahkan beberapa kriteria yang lebih mendasar. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process). Hasil perhitungan menggunakan matrik perbandingan berpasangan untuk penggunaan kriteria menunjukkan bahwa prioritas yang paling utama ditunjukkan pada status Pemohon aktif sebesar 0.391, prioritas kedua yaitu Kelengkanpan Berkas sebesar 0.406, prioritas ketiga yaitu kondisi yatim piatu sebesar 0.095, prioritas keempat yaitu penghasilan orangtua sebesar 0.066, dan prioritas kelima yaitu tanggungan sebesar 0.041 Sedangkan untuk penggunaan alternatif diperoleh data yaitu bobot nilai paling tinggi menentukan Penerima Bantuan Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) yaitu Rizky Amelia Ritonga dengan nilai 0.171, alternatif kedua Rangga Pranata dengan nilai 0.141 dan alternatif ketiga Elva Radis dengan nilai 0.124.   Kata kunci : Penerima Bantuan PIP, Metode AHP, PHP dan MySQL.

Aplikasi Artificial Intelligence Untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Dan Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa FT UNY

Abstract: Pendidikan berperan penting dalam membentuk kualitas sumber daya manusia di era digitalisasi. Tantangan yang ada pada era digitalisasi adalah bagaimana meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dengan solusi digitalisasi pembelajaran… embelajaran melalui teknologi. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta memerlukan cara untuk meningkatkan dan mempersiapkan kompetensi mahasiswa terkait keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja. Hal itu dikarenakan kurangnya skill yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa tidak memenuhi kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara link and match. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penulis memberikan inovasi pembuatan aplikasi ERIN (Engineering Ready Industry). Aplikasi ini merupakan digitalisasi platform yang dirancang berbasis artificial intellegence. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah campuran dengan kuantitatif melalui survey pengisian angket dan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Hasil dari survey uji kepuasan didapat nilai 87,2% dari aspek kinerja dan 85,6% dari aspek manfaat. Diharapkan gagasan inovasi ini dapat memberikan bekal dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk meraih kesuksesan karir bagi mahasiswa, alumni, dan industri, tidak hanya di UNY melainkan di universitas lain juga. Education plays an important role in shaping the quality of human resources in the digitalization era. The challenge in the digitalization era is how to increase student learning motivation with digital learning solutions through technology. The Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, needs a way to improve and prepare student competencies related to the skills needed in the world of work. This is because the lack of skills possessed by students does not meet the required qualifications so that there is a mismatch between link and match. To overcome this, the author provides an innovation in creating the ERIN (Engineering Ready Industry) application. This application is a digitalization platform designed based on artificial intelligence. The research method used is a mixture of quantitative through a questionnaire survey and qualitative descriptive with literature studies. The results of the satisfaction test survey obtained a value of 87.2% from the performance aspect and 85.6% from the benefit aspect. It is hoped that this innovation idea can provide provisions in preparing themselves to achieve career success for students, alumni, and industry, not only at UNY but also at other universities.  

Implementation Method High-Low, Scatterplot, And Least Squares In Cost Analysis

Abstract: This study aims to examine the application of the High-Low method, Scatterplot, and Least Squares in cost analysis, particularly in separating fixed and variable cost behavior. The research uses a library research approach… ch by collecting and reviewing literature from textbooks, journals, and official publications related to cost estimation and cost behavior modeling. The findings indicate that the High-Low method is simple because it uses only the highest and lowest activity levels, but its accuracy is limited due to reliance on extreme data points. The Scatterplot method provides a visual representation of the relationship between cost and activity, helping identify patterns and potential outliers; however, its results may vary due to subjective judgment in determining the cost line. Meanwhile, the Least Squares method is considered the most accurate because it utilizes all available data to produce the best-fit regression line, although it requires more complex calculations and statistical understanding. Overall, the selection of the most suitable method depends on the objective of the analysis, data availability, and the level of accuracy required

Application Of Picture Media In Project-Based Learning To Improve Student Discipline And Activeness In PPKN Learning

Abstract: This classroom action research aims to improve students’ understanding of norms and rules in everyday life through the use of picture-based learning media in Grade II UPT SD Negeri 74 Bontorita II during the 2025/2026 academic… academic year. The study was conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participants were 22 students who were involved in learning activities using instructional pictures and number-pocket media to strengthen conceptual understanding. Data were collected through observation sheets, learning outcomes tests, and teacher reflections. The findings indicate a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes and participation. Initial observations showed low understanding of norms and rules, reflected in students’ low discipline, responsibility, and adherence to class regulations. After the implementation of picture media in Cycle I, students’ average score increased from the pre-cycle score of 46.2% to 71.1%. In Cycle II, after using more varied and engaging visual media, students’ average score further improved to 79,36%, surpassing the minimum completeness criteria. The use of picture media was effective because it facilitated concrete understanding, increased motivation, and encouraged active engagement. The study concludes that picture-based media enhances students’ cognitive, affective, and behavioral competencies in learning. It is recommended that teachers integrate more innovative visual media to create meaningful, interactive, and enjoyable learning experiences in civics education and other subjects
