tion, a place to share problems, and motivation. However, problems within romantic relationships, such as lack of communication, dishonesty, betrayal, and lack of family approval, can also become sources of emotional and psychological pressure. This study aims to describe the dynamics of romantic relationships and their impact on the mental health of UIN Palopo students. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informants consisted of four UIN Palopo students selected using purposive sampling. The informants consisted of one male student and three female students from the Islamic Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Religious Education, and Islamic Education Management study programs, all of whom were eighth-semester students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the dynamics of romantic relationships experienced by students developed through several stages, namely introduction, emotional closeness, commitment, conflict, and the end of the relationship. Communication, attention, trust, openness, and emotional attachment were important elements in the development and maintenance of relationships. Romantic relationships had positive impacts in the form of emotional support, comfort, attention, a place to share stories and problems, and increased motivation. Meanwhile, negative impacts included sadness, disappointment, feelings of loss, stress, anxiety, frustration, mood changes, difficulty regulating emotions, decreased appetite, loss of motivation, and reduced social interaction. Thus, romantic relationships can have both positive and negative impacts on students' mental health depending on the dynamics and experiences that occur within the relationship.

RFID reader, and relay interfaces to regulate access to Floors 2, 3, and 4. Authorized card identifiers and floor permissions were stored locally, enabling offline operation without an external database or network connection. The relays interfaced only with the elevator push-button circuits and did not modify the original controller, motor drive, door mechanism, or safety system. Performance was evaluated using 47 registered cards and three unregistered cards, with each card tested 50 times, producing 2,500 authentication trials. Under the tested conditions, all registered cards were correctly authenticated according to their assigned floor permissions, while all unregistered cards were rejected. The system achieved 100% authentication accuracy, 100% correct relay activation, and 100% unauthorized-card rejection. Stable card detection was obtained at distances of up to approximately 1 cm. The first-floor button remained independent of the RFID module to preserve minimum accessibility during module failure. The proposed system provides a practical and low-cost retrofit solution for floor-specific elevator access control in small residential buildings.

a qualitative approach with a single-case study design at PT RBP in Tuban Regency. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with nine informants at strategic, managerial, and operational levels, supported by observation and company documentation. Data were analyzed thematically with the assistance of NVivo, and validity was assessed through source and method triangulation. The findings show that PT RBP implements an adaptive-conservative financial management strategy oriented toward cash-flow stability while maintaining the ability to respond to changes in the business environment. The strategy is realized through the use of internal capital, cash-flow control, phased development, cost monitoring, customer screening, transaction flexibility, and diversification of banks and suppliers. The strategy is reinforced by cross-functional communication and an adaptive organizational culture. The findings indicate that the combination of financial prudence and adaptive capability constitutes an important mechanism for maintaining project continuity, financial stability, and operational resilience amid VUCA pressures.

This study aimed to analyze the effects of interest rates and financial performance, as measured by the debt-to-equity ratio (DER) and earnings per share (EPS), on the stock prices of IDX30 mining companies and to examine the moderating role of inflation. The population comprised all mining sector companies listed in the IDX30 index during the year 2021–2024, while the sample was selected using purposive sampling. This study employed a quantitative explanatory approach and panel data regression with Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that interest rates had a negative and significant effect on stock prices, whereas EPS had a positive and significant effect. DER did not significantly affect stock prices. Furthermore, inflation did not moderate the effects of interest rates, DER, or EPS on stock prices. These findings imply that mining companies should maintain sustainable profitability and consider interest rate dynamics in financial decision-making. Investors should also consider macroeconomic conditions and company fundamentals when formulating investment strategies.

This community service program aimed to provide clothing and food assistance to flood victims while developing a cross-border university collaboration model for disaster response. The program was implemented through a partnership involving Universitas Gunung Leuser (UGL), Universiti Poly-Tech Malaysia (UPTM), and Insan Cakna. The implementation stages included needs assessment, institutional coordination, aid procurement, aid distribution, and program evaluation. UGL was responsible for needs assessment, local coordination, and aid distribution, while UPTM served as the primary donor providing financial assistance, clothing, and food supplies. Insan Cakna acted as the liaison and coordination facilitator between both institutions. The results demonstrated that the collaboration model improved the effectiveness and accuracy of aid distribution while strengthening institutional synergy in disaster response efforts. Beyond providing direct benefits to affected communities, the program generated a cross-border university collaboration model that can be replicated in future humanitarian and disaster management initiatives. The findings highlight that the success of humanitarian programs depends not only on the availability of aid but also on effective coordination, clear division of responsibilities, and sustainable institutional partnerships.

The study employed an analytical, cross-sectional design with a sample size of 124 pregnant women in the third trimester, selected using a combination of stratified random sampling and consecutive sampling, and analyzed using the Chi-Square (χ²) test. The evaluation is conducted in compliance with Indonesian Mining Regulation (Kepmen ESDM No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018) to provide quantitative geotechnical evidence for a mine that has been operated without prior formal geotechnical assessment. Field data were collected using the scanline method to characterize rock mass discontinuities. Laboratory tests comprising direct shear and physical properties tests were conducted to determine cohesion (c), friction angle (ϕ), and unit weight (γ) for each slope. Seismic coefficient (ks = 0,0913) was incorporated as a dynamic loading parameter. Slope stability was analyzed using the General Limit Equilibrium (GLE) method to obtain the deterministic Factor of Safety (FoS). Monte Carlo simulation (N = 10.000 iterations) was applied to determine the Probability of Failure (PoF), coefficient of variation of FoS (CoV), and reliability index (β). Sensitivity analysis was performed to quantify the contribution of each geotechnical parameter to FoS reduction. Results show that FoS values ranged from 2,019 (Slope III) to 10,55 (Slope II), all exceeding the regulatory minimum of 1,1. The PoF was 0,00% for all three slopes, well below the maximum allowable limit of 25%, with reliability indices ranging from 5,70 to 31,38. The CoV of FoS ranged from 3% to 9%, indicating low dispersion in stability outcomes despite parameter variability. Sensitivity analysis identified cohesion as the most dominant parameter in Slopes I and II, contributing 28% and 31% to FoS reduction respectively, while Slope III exhibited near-equal contributions from cohesion (20%) and friction angle (21%), reflecting its lower shear strength conditions. All three slopes satisfy the acceptance criteria of Kepmen ESDM No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018 under current geotechnical and geometric conditions. The combined deterministic-probabilistic approach provides a more comprehensive slope safety assessment than deterministic analysis alone and is recommended for application in artisanal kaolin mining operations. Cohesion is identified as the critical parameter to be monitored and preserved to maintain slope stability.

This study aims to analyze plastic waste management and its implications for community economic activities in the Mardika Market area of Ambon City. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study and document analysis approach. Data were obtained from publications from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN), scientific journals, government reports, and various relevant documents. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that plastic waste management in the Mardika Market area still faces various challenges, including the high use of single-use plastics, limited community participation, and the suboptimal implementation of the Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (3R) principles. These conditions have implications for the cleanliness and comfort of the market environment, which can affect community economic activities, especially visitor comfort and trading activities. Therefore, synergy between the government, traders, and the community is needed to improve the effectiveness of plastic waste management to support the creation of a clean, comfortable, and productive market environment.

This article aims to describe the implementation of Islamic Guidance and Counseling services to strengthen the mental and spiritual health of patients at Padangsidimpuan Indonesian National Armed Forces Hospital. Services provided include spiritual guidance, religious motivation, prayer guidance, individual counseling, and emotional support for patients and their families. Through an Islamic approach, counselors strive to help patients increase their patience, sincerity, optimism, and inner peace in facing their illness and treatment. The results of the service implementation indicate that Islamic Guidance and Counseling contribute positively to patients' psychological and spiritual well-being. Patients who receive support tend to have a better zest for life, lower anxiety levels, and a stronger ability to accept and cope with their health conditions. Furthermore, spiritual guidance activities also help patients maintain their religious practices during treatment, providing a sense of comfort and increasing hope for recovery. The presence of Islamic Guidance and Counseling services in hospitals not only complements existing healthcare services but also plays a crucial role in achieving holistic and humane care. Therefore, strengthening these services requires continued development to optimally support patients' mental and spiritual well-being and improve the overall quality of healthcare.
