tion, a place to share problems, and motivation. However, problems within romantic relationships, such as lack of communication, dishonesty, betrayal, and lack of family approval, can also become sources of emotional and psychological pressure. This study aims to describe the dynamics of romantic relationships and their impact on the mental health of UIN Palopo students. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informants consisted of four UIN Palopo students selected using purposive sampling. The informants consisted of one male student and three female students from the Islamic Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Religious Education, and Islamic Education Management study programs, all of whom were eighth-semester students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the dynamics of romantic relationships experienced by students developed through several stages, namely introduction, emotional closeness, commitment, conflict, and the end of the relationship. Communication, attention, trust, openness, and emotional attachment were important elements in the development and maintenance of relationships. Romantic relationships had positive impacts in the form of emotional support, comfort, attention, a place to share stories and problems, and increased motivation. Meanwhile, negative impacts included sadness, disappointment, feelings of loss, stress, anxiety, frustration, mood changes, difficulty regulating emotions, decreased appetite, loss of motivation, and reduced social interaction. Thus, romantic relationships can have both positive and negative impacts on students' mental health depending on the dynamics and experiences that occur within the relationship.

a qualitative approach with a single-case study design at PT RBP in Tuban Regency. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with nine informants at strategic, managerial, and operational levels, supported by observation and company documentation. Data were analyzed thematically with the assistance of NVivo, and validity was assessed through source and method triangulation. The findings show that PT RBP implements an adaptive-conservative financial management strategy oriented toward cash-flow stability while maintaining the ability to respond to changes in the business environment. The strategy is realized through the use of internal capital, cash-flow control, phased development, cost monitoring, customer screening, transaction flexibility, and diversification of banks and suppliers. The strategy is reinforced by cross-functional communication and an adaptive organizational culture. The findings indicate that the combination of financial prudence and adaptive capability constitutes an important mechanism for maintaining project continuity, financial stability, and operational resilience amid VUCA pressures.

s require hospitals to adopt environmental management practices that extend beyond regulatory compliance and strengthen environmental awareness. This study aims to analyze the role of green accounting in fostering environmental awareness and supporting organizational sustainability at a specialized hospital (RSK X) in East Java, Indonesia. The study employed a qualitative approach within an interpretive paradigm using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving informants engaged in environmental management and hospital operations. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and thematic analysis using NVivo 14 Pro. The findings indicate that green accounting practices at RSK X are reflected in medical and hazardous waste management, wastewater treatment plant operations, environmental monitoring, resource efficiency, environmental reporting, and environmental cost recording. These practices function not only as mechanisms for administrative compliance and cost control but also as instruments for fostering employees' environmental awareness through socialization, monitoring, habituation, and behavioral change. Green accounting implementation is supported by management commitment, government regulations, accreditation requirements, and organizational culture. However, constraints remain, particularly the absence of a dedicated green accounting report, limited integration of environmental information into the hospital information system, and varying employee understanding of green accounting. The study concludes that green accounting serves managerial and behavioral functions by improving environmental accountability, strengthening environmental awareness, and contributing to hospital sustainability.

Abstract:Abrogation (abrogation) holds a central, vexed position in Islamic legal-theological hermeneutics. Classical uṣūl al-fiqh elaborated a technical theory of abrogation that attempted to mediate the diachronic process of revelation…
revelation and the demands of fixity of legal judgment (ḥukm). Tradition receipts that later scripture abrogates earlier scripture wherever actual, unavoidable contradiction is found, classically expressed as "al-nāsikh wa-l-mansūkh.". Pre-modern thinkers classified modes and cases of abrogation, inferred them from revelational phases, and counted suspected cases throughout the Qur'an and Sunna. Modern scholarship avoids both epistemic pretensions and hyperbolic earlier assertions of abrogation. The article tracks early meanings, introduces intratraditional caution that moderated abrogation, and evaluates recent re-analyses based on coherence theory, maqāṣid (purposes), historicization in context, and ethics. It argues that abrogation was included in pre-modern dogmatics as a component of a package of other hermeneutical strategies (specification, restriction, prioritization, suspension) and that available resources allow for a less ambitious, economy-of-means approach. A renovated dogma leaner, evidence-based, and syncretized with maqāṣid and semantics can ensure the normativity of revelation and make the law more attentive to modern moral concerns, such as gender justice, religious pluralism, and violence. The paper reaches its climax with the proposal of a "manifest conflict resolution" regime. where abrogation is held in reserve as a last resort and not the initial starting point and has ramification for legal rulings (fatwā), legal codification and education more widely. rastructure, environmental awareness, or public policy, relatively little attention has been given to the interaction between environmental ethics and everyday social practices in shaping environmental behaviour. This study aims to examine how environmental ethics are translated into community waste management practices in Kendari City from the perspective of environmental sociology. A qualitative case study approach was employed using field observations, semi-structured interviews with 30 informants representing community members, religious leaders, community leaders, sanitation workers, and officials from the Kendari City Environmental Agency, as well as document analysis. The data were analysed using thematic analysis and interpreted through the analytical perspectives of Environmental Sociology, Social Practice Theory, Public Sphere Theory, and Political Ecology. The findings reveal that environmental ethics constitute an important normative foundation for environmental responsibility; however, their implementation in everyday waste management practices is mediated by socially embedded habitus, community values, institutional capacity, public discourse, and local governance. Waste management behaviour is therefore shaped not only by individual awareness but also by continuous interactions among social norms, institutional arrangements, and collective practices. The study concludes that sustainable urban waste management requires integrated approaches combining environmental ethics, community participation, participatory governance, and institutional collaboration. By integrating environmental ethics with environmental sociology, this study contributes to a broader understanding of the social dimensions of urban waste management and offers practical insights for strengthening community-based environmental governance in Indonesia.
