dompet digital menggunakan metode Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning yang mengombinasikan Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), dan AdaBoost dengan Logistic Regression sebagai meta-learner. Data ulasan diproses melalui tahapan text preprocessing meliputi case folding, cleaning, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, dan pembobotan fitur menggunakan TF-IDF. Penyeimbangan data dilakukan dengan SMOTE, sedangkan evaluasi model menggunakan 5-Fold Cross-Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Stacking Ensemble memperoleh akurasi rata-rata 80,55%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan algoritma dasar. Evaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, dan ROC Curve juga menunjukkan peningkatan nilai precision, recall, F1-score, dan kemampuan diskriminasi model. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning efektif untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sentimen pengguna dompet digital serta mendukung evaluasi kualitas layanan berbasis opini pengguna.
The rapid growth of digital wallet usage has generated a large volume of user reviews that can be utilized to evaluate service quality. This study aims to improve the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification using a Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach that combines Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), and AdaBoost with Logistic Regression as the meta-learner. User reviews were processed through text preprocessing stages, including case folding, text cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and TF-IDF feature weighting. Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was employed to address class imbalance, while model performance was evaluated using 5-Fold Cross-Validation. The experimental results show that the proposed Stacking Ensemble model achieved an average accuracy of 80.55%, outperforming the individual base learners. Furthermore, evaluations based on the Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve demonstrated improvements in precision, recall, F1-score, and the model's discriminative capability. These findings indicate that the proposed Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach is effective in improving the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification and can serve as a reliable tool for supporting service quality evaluation based on user opinions.

hybrid systems that combine manual and digital record-keeping without proper integration, resulting in inefficient patient data management. This study aims to develop an integrated hybrid Electronic Medical Record system at Damai Clinic to improve healthcare services and patient data management. A descriptive research method with a system development approach was employed through system analysis, problem identification, and system design. The results indicate that the proposed system successfully integrates patient registration, medical examination, pharmacy services, payment, and reporting into a single system. The hybrid implementation allows paper-based records to remain as supporting archives while electronic records become the primary source of patient information. The developed system is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce documentation errors, enhance data security, and support digital transformation in healthcare facilities.

The research method employed is a literature review using the Publish or Perish application.The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing classrooms through contextual strategies that connect learning materials with the local environment and students’ real-life experiences. The application of CTL has been proven to enhance students’ motivation, active participation, and learning outcomes. In addition, PMM students provide practical suggestions such as the use of interactive methods including small group discussions, collective reflection, and projects based on everyday experiences.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Papua Barat Daya, serta meninjau kontribusi mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) dalam mendukung proses tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menggunakan Publish or Perish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan penting dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengelola kelas dengan strategi kontekstual yang mengaitkan materi ajar dengan lingkungan lokal dan pengalaman nyata siswa. Penerapan CTL terbukti meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, serta hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, mahasiswa PMM memberikan saran praktis berupa penggunaan metode interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok kecil, refleksi bersama, dan proyek berbasis pengalaman sehari-hari.

tivity aims to improve literacy and practice of Islamic parenting through the Quranic Parent School program at the Merpati Early Childhood Education Post in Kutawaluya District. The program is designed to build synergy between schools and families in supporting the social-emotional and spiritual development of early childhood. The method used is a community-based participatory approach with stages of needs identification, joint action planning, parenting class implementation, and periodic reflection and evaluation. Activities are implemented through workshops, reflective discussions, simulations of Islamic parenting practices, and the establishment of a parent forum as a forum for program sustainability. The results of the activity indicate an increase in parents' understanding of the concepts of fitrah (natural nature) and adab (good manners), changes in communication patterns to be more empathetic, and consistent habits of worship and restrictions on gadgets at home. Further impacts are seen in increased discipline and emotional regulation of children at school and the formation of a Quranic family learning community. The implications of this activity confirm that strengthening Islamic parenting through the Quranic Parent School model is effective in encouraging family-based social transformation and has the potential to be replicated in other PIAUD institutions with similar characteristics.

The implementation methods included health education, training on the use of simple health technologies, community mentoring, and strengthening culturally based health communication. The activities were conducted collaboratively by involving local health workers, community members, students, and lecturers as part of international cooperation. The results indicate an improvement in community understanding of basic health pravtices, more optimal use of health technology, and increased active participation in maintaining personal and community health. In addition, the establishment of international collaboration networks supported the exchange of knowledge and best practices. The evaluation shows that an integrative and participatory approach was effective in supporting program sustainability, despite challenges related to infrastructure limitations and digital literacy. Overall, this community service program contributes significantly to enhancing health literacy and community welfare and can serve as a model for international community engagement based on health technology and communication.

are still many teachers who have difficulties in understanding and compiling teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improving the quality of learning in the vocational school environment.

tourism management largely depends on the capacity of human resources and local institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of community-based nature tourism management training in improving individual capacities and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Giri Puspa Forest Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Hutan/KTH) as the manager of Lembah Puspa Educamp in West Bandung Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Research informants consisted of the group leader, management board members, KTH members, training facilitators, and tourism development partners selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the training contributed significantly to improving participants’ competencies in tour guiding, visitor services, tourism safety, environmental interpretation, and digital marketing. Furthermore, the training strengthened institutional capacity through enhanced coordination, task distribution, member participation, and collective decision-making processes. The program also supported the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) principles, as reflected in increased community involvement in tourism management and destination development. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited funding, inadequate supporting facilities, and unequal competency levels among group members. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the andragogy approach in Package B learning at PKBM Citra Priangan, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine its impact on the involvement of learning residents. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles, Huberman's model. The results of the study show that the principles of andragogy have been applied through experiential learning, participatory methods, learning flexibility, and the development of life skills programs. Supporting factors include family culture, tutor competence, and learning flexibility, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities, learning environment conditions, and heterogeneity of learning residents. The implementation of andragogy has been proven to increase the participation, motivation, and involvement of learning residents in the learning process. Thus, the andragogy approach effectively supports the implementation of Package B learning that is more relevant to the needs of learning residents

The results of the study indicate that the success of establishing a bi’ah lughawiyah is influenced by the role of madrasah management, which includes planning language programs, organizing language activities, implementing Arabic language habituation, and continuously evaluating the programs. In addition, the support of madrasah principals, teachers, and the educational environment are important factors in creating an active and communicative language atmosphere. Strengthening the bi’ah lughawiyah not only improves students’ Arabic language skills but also forms an Islamic academic culture within the madrasah environment.
