dompet digital menggunakan metode Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning yang mengombinasikan Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), dan AdaBoost dengan Logistic Regression sebagai meta-learner. Data ulasan diproses melalui tahapan text preprocessing meliputi case folding, cleaning, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, dan pembobotan fitur menggunakan TF-IDF. Penyeimbangan data dilakukan dengan SMOTE, sedangkan evaluasi model menggunakan 5-Fold Cross-Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Stacking Ensemble memperoleh akurasi rata-rata 80,55%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan algoritma dasar. Evaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, dan ROC Curve juga menunjukkan peningkatan nilai precision, recall, F1-score, dan kemampuan diskriminasi model. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning efektif untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sentimen pengguna dompet digital serta mendukung evaluasi kualitas layanan berbasis opini pengguna.
The rapid growth of digital wallet usage has generated a large volume of user reviews that can be utilized to evaluate service quality. This study aims to improve the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification using a Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach that combines Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), and AdaBoost with Logistic Regression as the meta-learner. User reviews were processed through text preprocessing stages, including case folding, text cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and TF-IDF feature weighting. Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was employed to address class imbalance, while model performance was evaluated using 5-Fold Cross-Validation. The experimental results show that the proposed Stacking Ensemble model achieved an average accuracy of 80.55%, outperforming the individual base learners. Furthermore, evaluations based on the Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve demonstrated improvements in precision, recall, F1-score, and the model's discriminative capability. These findings indicate that the proposed Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach is effective in improving the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification and can serve as a reliable tool for supporting service quality evaluation based on user opinions.

Stunting is a growth and development disorder characterized by a child's height that is not appropriate for their age. This study aims to analyze the performance of the family support team in an effort to reduce the incidence of stunting and the factors that influence the performance of the family support team. This study uses a qualitative method using a purposive sampling technique with 38 informants, through interviews, focus group discussions, observations and document reviews. The results of the study revealed that the indicators of the quality and quantity of TPK work in West Sumatra Province that were not in accordance with expectations were neatness, success capability, speed, work results, facilities and infrastructure and coordination between agencies where reports were not in accordance with the existing family system data in the BKKBN application caused by the lack of TPK knowledge in using the elsimil application and four indicators of the national sensitive intervention program were not achieved from the predetermined targets and the increase in stunting cases. Factors that influence TPK performance are the support and commitment of the government and the community, the existence of programs that have a direct impact on the community and, socialization that changes community behavior to care about stunting prevention programs, strengthening the competence of TPK cadres, strengthening convergence and multi-stakeholder involvement, integrated monitoring and evaluation and utilization of stunting risk family data in handling stunting cases.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok pada Rumah Magot Bedas 03 dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Model yang mencakup lima proses inti Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, dan Return. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Setiap proses dianalisis berdasarkan Key Performance Indicators (KPI), kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan Traffic Light System (TLS) sebagai alat visualisasi kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua indikator rantai pasok mencapai target optimal. Beberapa aspek seperti efisiensi produksi, ketersediaan pasokan bahan baku, dan ketepatan pengiriman berada pada kategori kuning (cukup) hingga merah (buruk), menandakan perlunya perbaikan segera pada proses-proses tersebut. TLS terbukti membantu dalam memetakan prioritas perbaikan secara lebih jelas. Penerapan SCOR model efektif dalam memberikan gambaran objektif mengenai kinerja rantai pasok budidaya magot. Evaluasi ini mengidentifikasi titik-titik kritis yang harus ditingkatkan agar proses produksi dan distribusi lebih efisien, berkelanjutan, serta mendukung pengembangan usaha berbasis ekonomi sirkular.

In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with a descriptive form and emphasized the use of motivation theory and the concept of motivational deterioration to analyze indicators of motivational deterioration of marine officers of PT PELNI (Persero) Jakarta in ship type placement. From the results of the study it is known that there is a salary gap that has not been adjusted to the applicable career pattern for the promotion path, which is one of the main factors triggering the decline in motivation of marine officers of PT PELNI (Persero) Jakarta in ship type placement, as well as other factors that contribute to motivational deterioration, namely the absence of a clear career pattern system and a promotion path that is not running optimally, this condition affects the preferences and performance of marine officers in assignments on various types of ships. It balances the physical and spiritual dimensions, as well as the formal and substantial aspects of every religious practice. This article aims to examine in depth the role of etiquette in perfecting the performance of the five main acts of worship in Islam, namely thaharah, prayer, zakat, fasting, and hajj. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method based on literature review. Data sources include the Qur'an and Hadith of the Prophet SAW, classical literature such as Riyadhus Shalihin and Ihya Ulumuddin, as well as contemporary references such as Tafsir Al-Azhar and scientific studies published in 2020 and beyond. The findings reveal that etiquette plays a crucial role in all forms of worship: purity reinforces both physical and spiritual cleanliness, prayer cultivates spiritual devotion and discipline, zakat instills social awareness and empathy, fasting trains patience and self-control, while the pilgrimage teaches orderliness, humility, and tolerance within the framework of global Islamic interaction. Adab is not merely etiquette but the essence that gives worship meaning and broad impact. Adab also serves as a tool for self-transformation toward becoming an outstanding Muslim in moral, spiritual, and social aspects in the modern era.

uctivity is a key indicator of a company’s success, which is influenced by individual capabilities, performance rewards, and a supportive work environment. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents, who are permanent employees of PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya. The data were analyzed using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among the studied variables. The results showed that competence, compensation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Furthermore, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. In addition, work motivation significantly mediates the influence of competence, compensation, and work environment on productivity. Therefore, the study concludes that improving employee competence, providing fair and appropriate compensation, and creating a conducive work environment can enhance employee motivation, which ultimately leads to higher productivity at PT Mitra Tsalasa Jaya.
