Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pengawasan, penegakan hukum, serta sosialisasi untuk menjamin terpenuhinya hak-hak tenaga kerja perempuan secara merata dan konsisten.
This research discusses legal protection for female workers in Indonesia by examining aspects of employment law and the principles of gender equality. The main focus is an analysis of women's labor rights, including fair wages, occupational health and safety protection, as well as maternity leave policies, which are guaranteed in labor regulations and international instruments that Indonesia has ratified. The research results show that, although regulations support this protection, implementation in the field is still hampered by gender discrimination and a lack of company compliance with existing regulations. This research recommends increasing supervision, law enforcement and outreach to ensure the fulfillment of women's labor rights evenly and consistently.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebutuhan spesifik guru dalam mengintegrasikan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis alam dengan framework Kurikulum Merdeka. Model pendampingan yang dikembangkan mencakup pelatihan intensif, mentoring berkelanjutan, dan pembentukan komunitas praktik, menghasilkan peningkatan kompetensi guru sebesar 72% dalam pengembangan modul ajar. Integrasi nilai-nilai pembelajaran berbasis alam mencapai tingkat keselarasan 80% dengan Capaian Pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka, berdampak pada peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa (68%) dan pemahaman konsep (75%). Program pendampingan berhasil memampukan 85% guru mengembangkan modul ajar secara mandiri, menunjukkan efektivitas dan keberlanjutan program. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pendataan tamu yang lebih efisien, akurat, dan aman menggunakan teknologi barcode. Sistem ini memungkinkan tamu untuk mendaftar secara cepat dengan memindai barcode yang terhubung dengan data mereka, yang secara otomatis tersimpan dalam database. Dalam kegiatan ini, dilakukan pelatihan dan workshop untuk petugas BAPPEDA Kab. Asahan mengenai penggunaan sistem baru ini, termasuk pengenalan perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, serta prosedur keamanan data. Hasil dari penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas administrasi, mengurangi kesalahan, serta mempermudah pemantauan dan pelaporan kunjungan tamu di BAPPEDA Kabupaten Asahan. The working principle of the Most Probable Number (MPN) method in detecting total Coliform bacteria in wastewater is carried out semi-quantitatively by detecting microbial growth through lactose fermentation which produces gas or turbidity in selective liquid media. The implementation procedure includes a presumptive test stage using Lactose Broth (LB) media, a confirmatory test with Brilliant Green Lactose Bile Broth (BGLB) media, and determining the final value by matching the combination of positive tubes with the standard MPN table. From the results of laboratory testing on three domestic wastewater samples (1224 AL, 1225 AL, and 1226 AL), it was found that all samples showed negative results with a combination of 0-0-0 tubes in the presumptive test. This indicates that the tested sample does not contain Total Coliform bacteria or has a value of less than 1000 MPN/100 mL, so that its microbiological quality is declared very good and has met the quality standard threshold set by the government through the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 5 of 2014 and PP RI No. 22 of 2021
