s of the digital era. The research method used was qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires of 30 respondents. The results of the study show that MK Entrepreneurship makes a significant contribution (90%) in increasing self-efficacy and student courage in taking business risks. In the context of interest, as many as 83% of respondents stated that they were interested in building a digital-based business, especially through social commerce platforms and digital resellers. However, the main obstacles found are limited financial capital and the need for technical assistance related to advanced digital marketing. In conclusion, entrepreneurship education at STIMI YAPMI Makassar has succeeded in building a strong character foundation, but it is necessary to strengthen the business incubation aspect so that students' interests can be realized into sustainable business units.

The research employed a quantitative explanatory design with structural model analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected through an online questionnaire (Google Form). The population consisted of 1,556 women entrepreneurs who own Micro and Small Industry (MSI) units in the food subsector, with 359 respondents selected using proportionate allocation sampling and located in Tasikmalaya, Sukabumi, Bogor, and Bandung. The findings indicate that the level of digital technology adoption among women entrepreneurs is in the very high category, while business resilience, women’s empowerment, and financial literacy are in the high category with potential for further improvement. Digital technology adoption has a positive effect on business resilience and women’s empowerment, implying that higher levels of technology adoption are associated with stronger business resilience and greater women’s empowerment. Women’s empowerment also positively affects business resilience and mediates the relationship between digital technology adoption and business resilience. In addition, higher financial literacy strengthens the effect of digital technology adoption on business resilience, thus functioning as an enhancing moderator in this relationship. The results imply that strengthening business resilience among women entrepreneurs can be achieved by enhancing digital technology–based resources and strategies, integrated with women’s empowerment as a mediating mechanism and financial literacy as a moderating capability for the strategic use of digital technology. Practically, the findings underscore the importance of advanced training programs and an integrated digital ecosystem to reinforce digital technology adoption, women’s empowerment, and financial literacy, while simultaneously building a collaborative ecosystem and continuous interventions focused on sustainable business resilience.

his research is motivated by the production challenges faced by the company, such as limited equipment, late raw material supplies, and an unskilled workforce, which impact the inefficiency of the production process and decrease the level of profitability. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of the owner, production employees, and other support staff. The results of the study indicate that the production process at UD. Tahu Nias still has manual stages with limited use of machines, especially only at the soybean milling stage. The main obstacles in optimizing production include late raw material supplies, the lack of technology and training for employees. However, the company has made several efforts such as strategic raw material management and efficient division of labor among employees. The conclusion of this study is that production optimization at UD. Nias tofu can be improved through the use of advanced equipment in more modern production facilities, employee skills development through training, and improved production and distribution planning. By implementing these strategies, the company has the potential to sustainably increase operational efficiency and profitability.

Notably, Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) show an unexpected positive relationship with GDP growth, highlighting the Cambodian microfinance sector's resilience in mitigating adverse effects through sustained economic activity. Inflation is also positively associated with GDP growth, suggesting that moderate inflation can drive economic expansion, though careful management is necessary to avoid destabilization. Conversely, the study finds a negative relationship between the number of MFIs and GDP growth, indicating potential inefficiencies from sector oversaturation. Lastly, a positive link between Return on Equity (ROE) and GDP growth underscores the importance of profitability in ensuring financial stability and economic development. The findings emphasize the need for policy measures to manage sector growth, maintain moderate inflation, and enhance MFI profitability for sustainable economic progress in Cambodia.

The study utilised data gathered from the Scopus database to obtain credible scholarly materials. Research data was collected from a variety of countries including the United States, China, European nations, and other Asian countries in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of AI-based risk management on a global scale. The findings highlight the crucial role of ethical considerations in implementing AI-based risk management systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability. Moreover, the fintech industry needs to establish strong data protection measures and address issues related to bias and discrimination in order to instil trust and uphold public confidence in AI-based risk management. This Science and Technology for the Community uses a participatory action research approach by involving craftsmen, community leaders, and the village government. Data collection techniques were carried out using field observation techniques and in-depth interviews with craftsmen. The community also conducted workshops and mentoring training. The IbM results show that, to revive the Tosan Aji MSME, craftsmen need training in contemporary tosan aji making techniques that combine contemporary equipment with modern equipment. Craftsmen need assistance in creating e-commerce and digital promotional content. It is possible for these Tosan Aji craftsmen to become more advanced if their lives are packaged in an educational tourism package that includes a tosan aji making workshop, even the creation of a mini museum.

People who adhere to hedonism will always seek ways to obtain pleasure, whether material, physical, or spiritual pleasure. Related to the increasingly advanced world of education, various learning models are implemented as an effort to adapt to the times. One of them is the deep learning learning model, deep learning is a pedagogical approach that focuses on understanding substantial concepts in depth, not just the breadth of material, through meaningful, conscious, and enjoyable (holistic) learning experiences. This study aims to analyze how hedonism in the application of the deep learning learning model influences the development of students' early adulthood, using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show a significant influence between hedonistic attitudes in the application of deep learning and early adulthood development, as seen through observations and interviews conducted directly during the learning process. One observation revealed that students appeared relaxed and enjoyed group assignments, as some paid to be relieved of responsibility for completing them.

The process of integrating Powtoon learning media with a sense of responsibility in Gen Z students requires a comprehensive effort, considering that the assessment indicators for this attitude are crucial for learners in the modern era. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.
