This study examines how live streaming marketing influences repurchase intention through customer experience as a mediating variable, focusing on Generation Z fashion consumers who use TikTok Shop in Makassar City. A quantitative design was applied, drawing on a purposive sample of 280 respondents, with data analyzed through SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 4. Findings reveal that live streaming marketing has a positive and significant influence on customer experience, whereas its direct effect on repurchase intention is not significant. Customer experience, in turn, positively and significantly affects repurchase intention and fully mediates the link between live streaming marketing and repurchase intention. These patterns suggest that Generation Z consumers remain skeptical of direct marketing cues and instead give greater weight to personal experience quality when deciding to repurchase. The study extends the Stimulus-Organism-Response framework to the live commerce setting and offers practical guidance for sellers to redirect marketing efforts from promotional intensity toward building immersive, personalized shopping experiences.

A quantitative approach was employed using survey data collected from 130 consumers who had visited Pasar Cidu Makassar. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that market image and TikTok promotion have positive and significant effects on both perceived shopping accessibility and visit intention. Perceived shopping accessibility also has a positive and significant effect on visit intention. However, it does not mediate the relationships between market image and visit intention or between TikTok promotion and visit intention. These findings suggest that consumers' intention to visit a traditional market is influenced more by favorable market image and effective digital promotion than by perceived shopping accessibility. Traditional market managers can utilize TikTok to promote market products, atmosphere, and activities through engaging and informative content to strengthen consumers' intention to visit. Consistent TikTok promotion can also serve as a practical digital marketing strategy to increase the market's visibility among potential visitors. This study contributes to the literature on traditional market marketing by demonstrating the importance of integrating market image and social media promotion to strengthen consumers' visit intention despite physical accessibility limitations.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among Generation Z consumers of Kopi Kenangan in Makassar City. The focus of this research is to analyze how product quality can increase customer satisfaction and shape customer loyalty. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative explanatory design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents who are Gen Z consumers of Kopi Kenangan in Makassar City. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0.9.9 to examine the relationships among variables. The results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software, including validity, reliability, classical assumption, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination analyses. The results indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, work discipline and work environment significantly affect employee job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination of 52.1%. These findings imply that improving work discipline and creating a conducive work environment are important strategies for enhancing employee job satisfaction

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi mengenai pedoman penulisan tugas akhir kepada dosen baru Jurusan Ilmu Akuntansi, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli 2026 bertempat di Pantai Bosowa Makassar, dengan metode workshop dan sesi tanya-jawab yang dipandu oleh dosen senior sebagai pemateri. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi format penulisan, sistematika bab, dan berbagai ketentuan teknis lain yang berkaitan dengan penulisan tugas akhir. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pedoman baru penulisan tugas akhir, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung konsistensi dan kualitas bimbingan tugas akhir di lingkungan Jurusan Ilmu Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar. The goal of this study is to determine how applicable Bugis-Makassar traditional knowledge is to family mediation as a divorce prevention tactic and how it may be updated and revived. This study employed a descriptive design and a qualitative methodology. In-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving couples who had experienced marital discord, as well as traditional leaders, religious leaders, mediators, and family members involved in mediation procedures, were used to collect data. Techniques for data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing were used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that while sipakatau and sipakalebbi improve respect between married couples, siri' na pacce strengthens accountability and empathy. While tudang sipulung provides a deliberative setting for discovering common answers, sipakainge encourages constructive reminders. The findings suggest that the parties' desire to voluntarily embrace the mediation process can be increased by involving traditional authorities, religious leaders, and dependable family members. Reviving these ideals in an adaptive, equitable, and impartial manner might support family mediation. The results of this study show that incorporating local knowledge into family mediation could be beneficial in reducing divorce.

ian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pembina, santri, dan orang tua santri, serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan akhlak dilakukan melalui metode nasihat (mau‘izhah), pembiasaan (ta‘widiyah), serta pengawasan dan evaluasi (mutaba‘ah). Halaqah tarbiyah berperan dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keislaman, membentuk kebiasaan positif, memberikan keteladanan, mengembangkan karakter religius, serta membangun kecerdasan emosional dan sosial santri. Keberhasilan pembinaan didukung oleh kompetensi dan keteladanan murabbi, program yang terstruktur, lingkungan pondok yang kondusif, dukungan orang tua, serta motivasi santri. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi pengaruh pergaulan, teknologi dan media sosial, serta kurangnya sinergi antara pondok dan keluarga. Disimpulkan bahwa halaqah tarbiyah merupakan sarana pembinaan yang efektif dalam membentuk akhlak mulia dan karakter religius santri.

While previous studies have primarily emphasized economic factors, limited attention has been given to the combined roles of financial literacy and self-control in strengthening household food security. This study aims to examine the effects of financial literacy and self-control on household food security among millennial families in Mattoangin Village, Makassar City. A quantitative research design was employed using a survey of 180 millennial households selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on household food security by improving financial planning and resource allocation. Self-control also exerts a significant positive influence by promoting disciplined spending behavior and reducing impulsive consumption. Furthermore, financial literacy and self-control jointly explain a substantial proportion of household food security. These findings highlight that both financial knowledge and behavioral discipline are essential for enhancing household resilience. The study recommends strengthening community-based financial education and behavioral intervention programs to promote sustainable household food security among urban millennial families.
