in in-depth data from teachers and students regarding the obstacles they face during the English learning process. The results of the study indicate that the main factors influencing students' limited speaking and listening skills include lack of practice, minimal use of interesting learning media, and internal factors such as lack of self-confidence and less than optimal pronunciation. These findings provide an important overview of the need to develop more effective and innovative learning strategies to improve students' communication skills in English at the elementary level. It is hoped that the results of this study can be a reference for educators and educational institutions in improving the quality of English teaching in elementary schools.

tivity aims to improve literacy and practice of Islamic parenting through the Quranic Parent School program at the Merpati Early Childhood Education Post in Kutawaluya District. The program is designed to build synergy between schools and families in supporting the social-emotional and spiritual development of early childhood. The method used is a community-based participatory approach with stages of needs identification, joint action planning, parenting class implementation, and periodic reflection and evaluation. Activities are implemented through workshops, reflective discussions, simulations of Islamic parenting practices, and the establishment of a parent forum as a forum for program sustainability. The results of the activity indicate an increase in parents' understanding of the concepts of fitrah (natural nature) and adab (good manners), changes in communication patterns to be more empathetic, and consistent habits of worship and restrictions on gadgets at home. Further impacts are seen in increased discipline and emotional regulation of children at school and the formation of a Quranic family learning community. The implications of this activity confirm that strengthening Islamic parenting through the Quranic Parent School model is effective in encouraging family-based social transformation and has the potential to be replicated in other PIAUD institutions with similar characteristics.

ity service activity aims to improve farmers' capacity through an integrated approach that combines improving cocoa cultivation knowledge, strengthening the implementation of GAP, and utilizing real-time cocoa price information applications. The activity was carried out in December 2025 through stages of socialization, technical training, field demonstrations, introduction to price applications, as well as mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in farmers' knowledge levels from low to medium to high, especially in terms of price information. Initial improvements in GAP adoption were reflected in pruning, fertilization, garden sanitation, pest control, and harvesting and post-harvesting practices that were more in line with standards. Access to price information shifted from dependence on middlemen to the use of applications and market comparisons, which increased farmers' independence in determining the time of sale. The price range difference between farmers and market references confirms that limited information weakens farmers' bargaining position. Overall, the integrated approach has proven relevant in improving farming efficiency and strengthening the basis for increasing cocoa farmers' income, although the sustainability of the impact requires continued assistance and strengthening of farmer institutions.

communities regarding digital-based sharia finance is still limited. This community service activity aims to improve Islamic financial literacy in Sendang Village through a digital approach. The methods used include face-to-face and online education, assistance in using Islamic financial applications, and interactive discussions on the opportunities and risks of digital finance. The results of the activity showed that community participation reached 75% with an increase in understanding of Islamic finance products and principles of 60%. However, challenges such as the digital divide and the risk of online fraud were still found. Overall, this activity shows that digitalization is effective in increasing Islamic financial literacy when supported by continuous education and the active role of the government and Islamic financial institutions in creating a safe and inclusive ecosystem.

This program aligns with the government's "Red and White Cooperative" initiative, which promotes digitalization and professional cooperative governance. The Pelatihan was conducted using a participatory approach involving lecturers, students, and cooperative actors. Results showed an increase in participants' understanding of transaction recording, the preparation of simple financial reports, and the importance of transparency in cooperative fund management. Technical challenges in the hybrid implementation can be overcome with active mentoring and the use of appropriate digital platforms. This creates a gap between the need for speaking skills and the teaching methods used, reinforcing students' fear and lack of confidence. Based on these issues, this Community Service activity aims to improve students' speaking skills through the application of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method integrated with the Playful English approach, which involves enjoyable learning through games, role-play, and creative activities. The methods used include guided speaking exercises, conversation simulations, and collaborative projects such as creating promotional posters for beach tourism in English. The results show a significant improvement in students' fluency, confidence, and active participation. Students began to speak more boldly, practice simple sentences, and express ideas spontaneously. The classroom atmosphere became livelier and more enjoyable with minimal psychological barriers such as fear of making mistakes. The implications of this activity are that the CLT approach combined with elements of joy can serve as an effective learning model in non-formal institutions. This method not only enhances language skills but also empowers students socially and emotionally, and can be replicated in similar communities.

tourism management largely depends on the capacity of human resources and local institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of community-based nature tourism management training in improving individual capacities and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Giri Puspa Forest Farmer Group (Kelompok Tani Hutan/KTH) as the manager of Lembah Puspa Educamp in West Bandung Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Research informants consisted of the group leader, management board members, KTH members, training facilitators, and tourism development partners selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the training contributed significantly to improving participants’ competencies in tour guiding, visitor services, tourism safety, environmental interpretation, and digital marketing. Furthermore, the training strengthened institutional capacity through enhanced coordination, task distribution, member participation, and collective decision-making processes. The program also supported the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) principles, as reflected in increased community involvement in tourism management and destination development. Nevertheless, several challenges remain, including limited funding, inadequate supporting facilities, and unequal competency levels among group members. The study concludes that training serves as a strategic instrument for community empowerment and institutional strengthening to support sustainable community-based nature tourism management

The method used in this study is library research, which collects and analyzes various related literature to explore the concept of technology, and the integration model in the implementation of KDKMP technical guidance in Gorontalo, as well as the role of the cooperative office and facilitators in its implementation. The findings indicate that the management and implementation of KKDMP Technical Guidance runs smoothly and with quality thanks to the use of technology. In addition, cooperative facilitators who pass the 2025 test from the Ministry of Cooperatives are expected to be able to implement practices in accordance with the implementation journal and applicable regulations effectively. The Red and White Cooperative is a government program to establish village/sub-district-based economic institutions that aim to improve the welfare and independence of the community through the principles of mutual cooperation and kinship. This cooperative functions as a joint forum for carrying out various local economic efforts, such as providing basic necessities, savings and loan services, and strengthening MSMEs, so as to encourage food security and shorten the supply chain. The Red and White Cooperative Program (Kopdes Merah Putih) is a national initiative to establish cooperatives in every village and sub-district to strengthen the local economy and improve community welfare through the principles of mutual cooperation.

The results show that transformational leadership is crucial in accelerating vision, innovation, and organizational culture change oriented towards quality (itqan). On the other hand, servant leadership provides a foundation for strengthening teamwork through a service-oriented approach (khidmah) and empathy, which is aligned with prophetic values. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the synergy between transformational vision and a service-oriented spirit is the key to building a sustainable quality culture in Islamic educational institutions, where leaders are able to encourage organizational achievement while maintaining internal team harmony through the spirit of ukhuwah and ta’awun.

The findings indicate that active parental involvement, through the application of moral values, behavioral modeling, and open communication, significantly contributes to children's emotional, social, and academic development. The research reveals that children receiving adequate spiritual education are likely to possess better psychological resilience and more mature interpersonal skills. Although challenges such as economic pressures and time constraints hinder spiritual education at home, support from educational institutions and collaboration with the community can enhance its efficacy. The implications of this research highlight the importance of strengthening parental roles in spiritual education to shape children's character and moral identity, as well as to prepare them for future challenges. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of educational policies that emphasize parental involvement in supporting children's spiritual education.
