The research method employed is a literature review using the Publish or Perish application.The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing classrooms through contextual strategies that connect learning materials with the local environment and students’ real-life experiences. The application of CTL has been proven to enhance students’ motivation, active participation, and learning outcomes. In addition, PMM students provide practical suggestions such as the use of interactive methods including small group discussions, collective reflection, and projects based on everyday experiences.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Papua Barat Daya, serta meninjau kontribusi mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) dalam mendukung proses tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menggunakan Publish or Perish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan penting dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengelola kelas dengan strategi kontekstual yang mengaitkan materi ajar dengan lingkungan lokal dan pengalaman nyata siswa. Penerapan CTL terbukti meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, serta hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, mahasiswa PMM memberikan saran praktis berupa penggunaan metode interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok kecil, refleksi bersama, dan proyek berbasis pengalaman sehari-hari.

sed on PBL to enhance students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This research uses the Design and Development (D&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research results indicate that the PBL-based interactive media is suitable for use, with validation from subject matter experts at 97.2%, media experts at 97.6%, and product trials at 87.5%. The improvement in problem-solving skills was also measured through the N-Gain test, with an N-Gain result of 1, indicating a high criterion. The improvement in students' mathematical problem-solving skills increased after using PBL-based interactive media. This demonstrates the importance of media in delivering education. Media designed according to students' needs effectively and efficiently can enhance students' interest, motivation, and understanding in learning.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the andragogy approach in Package B learning at PKBM Citra Priangan, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine its impact on the involvement of learning residents. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles, Huberman's model. The results of the study show that the principles of andragogy have been applied through experiential learning, participatory methods, learning flexibility, and the development of life skills programs. Supporting factors include family culture, tutor competence, and learning flexibility, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities, learning environment conditions, and heterogeneity of learning residents. The implementation of andragogy has been proven to increase the participation, motivation, and involvement of learning residents in the learning process. Thus, the andragogy approach effectively supports the implementation of Package B learning that is more relevant to the needs of learning residents

Kerangka teori yang digunakan meliputi teori kepemimpinan transformasional berdasarkan dimensi Four I's Bass dan Avolio (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, dan individualized consideration), teori pengambilan keputusan bounded rationality, serta konsep tata kelola perkotaan modern dengan pendekatan smart city. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review sistematis terhadap literatur nasional dan internasional periode 2022–2026, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui proses identifikasi, seleksi, evaluasi, dan sintesis artikel dari jurnal bereputasi yang diperoleh dari basis data Google Scholar, Garuda, dan Semantic Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional Fadly Amran berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan pembangunan kota melalui kemampuannya membangun visi strategis, mendorong inovasi tata kelola, memperkuat kolaborasi lintas sektor, dan meningkatkan responsivitas pelayanan publik berbasis teknologi. Informan penelitian terdiri atas Kepala Dinas, Sekretaris, Kepala Bidang Pariwisata, pengelola Pentadio Resort, serta masyarakat atau wisatawan. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga, dan Pariwisata Kabupaten Gorontalo dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di Pentadio Resort belum berjalan secara optimal. kemampuan, masih terdapat keterbatasan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) terutama dalam aspek inovasi pengelolaan, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, promosi wisata, dan pemeliharaan fasilitas. tudy employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. The researcher collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation involving five teachers at MI Nurul Islam, Pamekasan. The findings reveal that students’ learning motivation varies, ranging from high to low levels, influenced by both internal and external factors. Teachers make several efforts to improve students’ motivation, including creating an enjoyable learning environment, applying innovative teaching methods such as discussions, quizzes, and audio-visual media, providing rewards, and involving parents in the educational process. Supporting factors include parental support, a conducive learning environment, and the use of engaging learning media. In contrast, inhibiting factors consist of limited facilities, students’ low basic abilities, and a lack of support from the family environment. Therefore, creative and collaborative teachers play a crucial role in enhancing students’ learning motivation.

Findings indicate that academic resilience among santri develops through the interaction of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, self-regulation skills, and social support from peers, teachers, and dormitory caregivers. The disciplined, communal, and religious environment of pesantren strengthens adaptive coping mechanisms, particularly in managing academic pressure, demanding study schedules, and religious obligations. International literature highlights that interpersonal support and religious culture enhance students’ psychological resilience and academic engagement. Moreover, spiritual routines such as prayer and scriptural study function as emotional regulation tools that promote mental stability. The review also reveals that pesantren’s intensive instructional methods foster long-term academic perseverance, although they may increase stress when not accompanied by adequate social support. Overall, this study underscores that academic resilience among santri is a product of the holistic ecology of Islamic boarding school education. Therefore, strengthening resilience requires integrated strategies that simultaneously develop psychological, social, and spiritual capacities.
