Abstract:Cocoa is a strategic commodity in Southeast Aceh Regency, but farmer productivity and income remain low due to limited implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and poor access to price information. This community…
ity service activity aims to improve farmers' capacity through an integrated approach that combines improving cocoa cultivation knowledge, strengthening the implementation of GAP, and utilizing real-time cocoa price information applications. The activity was carried out in December 2025 through stages of socialization, technical training, field demonstrations, introduction to price applications, as well as mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in farmers' knowledge levels from low to medium to high, especially in terms of price information. Initial improvements in GAP adoption were reflected in pruning, fertilization, garden sanitation, pest control, and harvesting and post-harvesting practices that were more in line with standards. Access to price information shifted from dependence on middlemen to the use of applications and market comparisons, which increased farmers' independence in determining the time of sale. The price range difference between farmers and market references confirms that limited information weakens farmers' bargaining position. Overall, the integrated approach has proven relevant in improving farming efficiency and strengthening the basis for increasing cocoa farmers' income, although the sustainability of the impact requires continued assistance and strengthening of farmer institutions.
Abstract:Technology is an applied science that encompasses a set of tools, systems, methods, and skills used by humans to solve problems and make work easier. The word comes from the Greek 'techne' (art, craft, skill) and 'logos'…
(science). Some examples of technology vary from simple tools such as prehistoric axes to complex systems such as the internet, which enable humans to innovate and improve the quality of life. The method used in this study is library research, which collects and analyzes various related literature to explore the concept of technology, and the integration model in the implementation of KDKMP technical guidance in Gorontalo, as well as the role of the cooperative office and facilitators in its implementation. The findings indicate that the management and implementation of KKDMP Technical Guidance runs smoothly and with quality thanks to the use of technology. In addition, cooperative facilitators who pass the 2025 test from the Ministry of Cooperatives are expected to be able to implement practices in accordance with the implementation journal and applicable regulations effectively. The Red and White Cooperative is a government program to establish village/sub-district-based economic institutions that aim to improve the welfare and independence of the community through the principles of mutual cooperation and kinship. On the other hand, there are also adolescents who demonstrate a high level of independence because they are accustomed to making their own decisions at home. This research uses a quantitative method with purposive sampling as the sampling technique. The subjects involved in this study consist of 100 early adolescents from Bandar Lampung. The reliability of the independence scale was 0.781 and the parental bonding scale was 0.725. This is shown by the correlation coefficient value of R = 0.347 and R² = 0.120, with a significance level of p < .001.

implementation of Islamic boarding school-based educational management at SMPIT Manbaul Ulum in improving student discipline and independence. The research approach used is a qualitative case study. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, which were then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that the implementation of Islamic boarding school-based educational management is carried out through the integration of religious values in all school activities, consistent regulation of discipline, habituation of congregational worship, and strengthening student personal responsibility through independence programs. Student discipline is increased through structured supervision and positive behavioral habits, while independence grows through assignments that encourage self-management and independent decision-making. These findings prove that the Islamic boarding school-based educational management model is effective in shaping students' disciplined and independent character. The implications of this study indicate that the Islamic boarding school-based approach can be an alternative educational management strategy that focuses not only on academic achievement, but also on character development.
Abstract:This study aims to describe the professionalism and roles of shadow teachers in supporting inclusive education services at Butterfly Learning Center (BLC). As an institution dedicated to transitioning children with special…
al needs (CSN) into formal schooling, BLC implements an intensive one-to-one accompaniment system. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation of accompaniment activities, and document review. The findings indicate that shadow teachers at BLC fulfill multifunctional roles, including identifying each child's specific needs, designing intervention programmes, developing basic independence skills, and providing evaluations and progress reports to parents and classroom teachers. The professionalism of shadow teachers is demonstrated through their ability to adapt instructional strategies in accordance with each child's concentration level, as well as their physical and cognitive limitations. Furthermore, teachers engage in ongoing collaboration with parents to monitor and evaluate children's progress through regular daily reports. This study concludes that the competence and dedication of shadow teachers are critical factors in the successful transition of children with special needs into broader educational settings. An effective shadow teacher does not only focus on academic readiness, but also place equal emphasis on developing independence as a necessary foundation for children's social integration in the future.

th a causal research design. The population and sample consist of 38 internal auditors, using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that partially, locus of control does not have a significant effect on internal auditor performance, while independence has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, locus of control and independence significantly influence internal auditor performance. The coefficient of determination indicates that 55.1% of the variation in internal auditor performance can be explained by locus of control and independence, while the remaining 44.9% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that internal auditor performance is more strongly influenced by professional factors such as independence than by psychological factors such as locus of control. Therefore, efforts to improve internal auditor performance should focus on strengthening auditor independence to ensure objective and professional audit practices.

llage, Singkawang City. The results of the study indicate that the Implementation of the Active Emergency Village program in Realizing Community Independence in Roban Village, Singkawang Tengah District, Singkawang City has been implemented but has not been maximized. This can be seen from the implementation of the organizing process that has not been carried out in accordance with the activities of selecting the administrators and cadres of the Active Emergency Village through a special meeting of the formal leaders of the Village and community leaders and several community representatives. The election was carried out through deliberation and consensus, in accordance with the applicable procedures and criteria, facilitated by the Roban Health Center. The implementation of the interpretation process of the implementation of the socialization process through the transmission or distribution of information is not clearly received by the implementers such as the village head and the health center, so that not all people know or understand the program. The implementation of the application process such as the adequacy of implementing personnel, authority as authority or legitimacy for implementers in implementing the established policies is still limited, so the power of the implementors in implementing the program in the eyes of the community is not in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, Number 1529 / MENKES / SK / X / 2010 Concerning General Guidelines for the Development of Active Emergency Villages and Sub-districts.
Abstract:Inequality is a condition of inequity that results in a wide poverty gap in a country. In the future, challenges will arise due to inequality in wealth and prosperity, including in Indonesia. The Islamic economy is a system…
tem built on the principles of Islamic law and emphasises that the state is responsible for meeting the needs and welfare of its people. This paper uses qualitative methods and a retrospective approach to reveal how food issues are addressed in the construction of the Islamic economic system in Indonesia. Sharia-based food security is imbued with the main characteristics of Islamic economics, namely good and halal muamalah (transactions). Therefore, to achieve this, it is important to develop an Indonesian Islamic economic master plan based on the main indicator of economic independence in food self-sufficiency as an effort to realise national food security. Indonesia's Islamic economy is growing rapidly, and ideally, the construction of economic independence in the context of realising sharia-based food security should be a priority in the development of Indonesia's Islamic economic master plan based on the main indicator of economic independence in food self-sufficiency as an effort to realise national food security.
