analyze the social realities, gender power dynamics, and cultural transformations represented in Ahmad Tohari's novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk (RDP) in direct comparison with the empirical practices of Donbret and Sintren arts in Eretan, Indramayu. Utilizing a sociology of literature framework combined with feminist culture and political economy theories, this research investigates the persistence of animistic beliefs, mechanisms of patriarchal hegemony, and the erosion of sacredness due to commercialization. Data were collected through textual hermeneutics, in-depth ethnographic field observations, interviews with local cultural custodians, and socio-structural analytical methods. The findings reveal that while both the literary text and the living traditions share an ancestral lineage in animistic rituals where the female body functions as a sacred medium for ancestral spirits (indang), contemporary socio-economic pressures have significantly altered these structures. The sacred status of female performers is systematically degraded into an object of eroticism, saweran transactions, and male control. This paper emphasizes the vulnerability of traditional female-centered performing arts amidst societal transformation and commercialization.

As part of sociological phenomenon and contemporary automotive creative economy, transactions of used motorcycles with high historical value are often faced with technical information asymmetry between business actors and consumers. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with a normative-empirical case study approach. Primary data were collected directly from the field through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with Garage Scooter owners and consumers, while secondary data were obtaied through participatory observastion and-depth interviews with Garage Scooter owners and consumers, national regulitions. The result of the study indicate thet transaction practices at Garage Scooter Kangkeng are carried out through a direct sale and purchase scheme (bal’ musawamah) and an indent system for ordering modification restorations. Business actors have implemened basic islamic business ethics values such as honesty (shiddiq0, trustworthiness, transparancy, and reponsibility for product qualit. This study investigates the influence of Viewing Motivation on Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. In this study, Viewing Motivation is conceptualized as a higher-order construct comprising Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Substitute Expectancy, and Aesthetic Motivation. Data were collected through an online survey involving 140 respondents in Makassar who actively consume short-form drama content. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that Viewing Motivation significantly influences both Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. Furthermore, Flow Experience significantly affects Continuous Viewing Intention and mediates the relationship between Viewing Motivation and Continuous Viewing Intention. These findings underscore the importance of motivational drivers and immersive viewing experiences in fostering sustained engagement with short-form drama content

approach with an associative research type. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 140 respondents who have watched Korean dramas and seen Kopiko products in Korean dramas. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, while data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS. The results show that product placement and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, brand image is able to moderate the relationship between product placement and purchase intention, but is unable to moderate the relationship between brand awareness and purchase intention. The results of this study indicate that Kopiko product placement in Korean dramas and high brand awareness can increase consumer purchasing interest. This study is expected to be a reference for companies in developing marketing strategies through entertainment media and building a positive brand image to increase consumer purchase intention.

od and primary education has created new opportunities for supporting children’s speaking, listening, vocabulary development, storytelling, expressive language, and communicative confidence. However, the pedagogical contribution of digital technologies remains dependent on how teachers design, mediate, assess, and respond to children’s language learning. This article presents a conceptual narrative literature review that maps, integrates, and critically describes theoretical perspectives and empirical findings on the use of digital technologies in children’s oral language learning. The review draws on selected Scopus-indexed studies and relevant theoretical literature on sociocultural theory, scaffolding, pedagogical content knowledge, TPACK, digital play, professional vision, and formative assessment. The analysis identifies four major themes: digital technologies as mediational tools, teacher practices in digitally mediated oral language instruction, pedagogical and institutional challenges, and instructional responses for meaningful digital integration. The findings suggest that digital technologies such as video-recorded performance, SMART boards, e-storybooks, digital drama, robotics-based storytelling, language screening applications, and virtual interactions can support oral language development when embedded in active, dialogic, and teacher-mediated pedagogy. The review concludes that a pedagogy-first approach is needed to ensure that digital technologies are used not as isolated tools, but as resources for scaffolding, dialogue, play, feedback, formative assessment, and children’s active language participation.

ive services is still influenced by variations in employee competency and the quality of the system used. This study aims to analyze the influence of HR competency and SIMRS quality on the effectiveness of administrative services at MM Indramayu Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population included all non-medical support staff who use SIMRS, totaling 84 respondents, so a saturated sampling technique was used. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The analysis results show that HR competency has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative services (t = 7.075; p < 0.05). SIMRS quality also has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative services (t = 6.781; p < 0.05). Simultaneously, human resource competency and the quality of the Hospital Management Information System (MISRS) had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of administrative services (F = 28.257; p < 0.05) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.411. This study concludes that improving the effectiveness of hospital administrative services requires synergy between adequate human resource competency and good quality of the SIMRS. Future research is recommended to examine other factors beyond the research model to gain a more comprehensive understanding

tudy with an ethnographic approach to document the use of suluk and jawokan in various traditional ceremonies, rituals, as well as aspects of the social and spiritual life of the community. Data collection methods include direct observation, in-depth interviews, and searching related literature. The research results show that suluk and jawokan have an important role in traditional ceremonies, traditional medicine, and religious rituals, used for various purposes such as healing, protection, and communication with ancestral spirits.
Apart from that, suluk and jawokan reflect cultural values and local wisdom passed down from generation to generation. This research concludes that preserving suluk and jawokan as part of intangible cultural heritage is very important to maintain the identity and cultural sustainability of the people of Cirebon-Indramayu. The mysticism of suluk and jawokan is oral literature that developed among the people of Cirebon-Indramayu as a vehicle for expression in expressing ethics, aesthetics and transcendent values in deeper social and religious realms.
Based on the research results, the students' writing level is very enthusiastic, so that students are able to express ideas, thoughts, and messages in writing poetry or mantras. It turns out that based on the table, 70% of students like writing, 15% dislike it, and 15% are hesitant. Learning to write requires continuous practice. For this reason, teachers as facilitators and motivators for students, should offer strategies in the form of methods and media that are interesting for students. The strategies used by teachers determine the success of learning. To achieve writing skills, a lot of practice is needed. Appropriate and varied writing exercises will make it easier for students to learn the language and have a big influence on learning other subjects. Therefore, the role of teachers and their creativity in the learning process also determines the success of students in learning the language, especially writing lessons.

The main character Perseus is the center of attention in the study of narrative structure because of his role as a mythological hero who faces a series of challenges that are full of values of courage, sacrifice, and determination. Propp's theory is used to identify narrative functions such as dispatch, magical agent, struggle, and transfiguration that appear in both movies. The method used is qualitative with content analysis technique by comparing the stories, characters, and moral messages as well as narrative functions in the two movies with the theme of Greek mythology. The results show that the comparison of the narrative structure of the two movies with the character Perseus has strengths in the dramatic aspects of heroic attitudes in accepting choices and fighting for life so that the integration of heroic material can be adapted to literature learning involving character values. This finding confirms that the narratological approach through comparative literature can be an important pedagogical tool to teach story structures with character values through popular media. This research recommends the utilization of mythological movies in literature learning and character education at various levels of education as a means of strengthening narrative literacy and understanding moral values.
