Despite its increasing popularity, empirical research explaining the psychological mechanisms underlying Continuous Viewing Intention in short-form drama remains limited. This study investigates the influence of Viewing Motivation on Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. In this study, Viewing Motivation is conceptualized as a higher-order construct comprising Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Substitute Expectancy, and Aesthetic Motivation. Data were collected through an online survey involving 140 respondents in Makassar who actively consume short-form drama content. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that Viewing Motivation significantly influences both Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. Furthermore, Flow Experience significantly affects Continuous Viewing Intention and mediates the relationship between Viewing Motivation and Continuous Viewing Intention. These findings underscore the importance of motivational drivers and immersive viewing experiences in fostering sustained engagement with short-form drama content

The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing scientific articles published in the 2020–2026 range from reputable databases such as Scopus. The selection process was carried out using the PRISMA approach through the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages, resulting in a number of articles relevant to the topics of industrial automation, labor productivity, technical competence, and workload. The results of the study show that the implementation of packing machine automation in general has a positive impact on increasing operator productivity through time efficiency, quality consistency, and reduction of manual errors. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of automation is highly dependent on the level of technical competence of the operator, especially in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine. In addition, workload perception has also been shown to moderate the relationship, where automation can lower physical workloads but potentially increase mental workloads due to the demands of automated system supervision. Other findings suggest that an imbalance between automation levels and human resource readiness can hinder productivity optimization. Conceptually, this study confirms that the relationship between packing machine automation and operator productivity is not linear, but is influenced by individual and psychological factors. The practical implications of this study are the importance of technical competency-based training as well as adaptive workload management in supporting the successful implementation of automation in the manufacturing industry. This research contributes to the development of an integrative model that connects technology, people, and operational performance in the context of the tissue processing industry.

The findings indicate that brands with a clear and consistent position in customers' minds are more likely to build long-term loyalty. Customers who feel connected to a brand’s values and identity are more inclined to remain loyal and even recommend the brand to others. Furthermore, this study reveals that the transition to the digital era has significantly altered how brands establish and maintain their position, with digital marketing strategies and message personalization emerging as critical factors in sustaining customer loyalty.
This research underscores the importance of businesses not only in crafting a strong brand image but also in ensuring that customer experiences align with the brand’s promised values. Findings indicate that academic resilience among santri develops through the interaction of self-efficacy, intrinsic motivation, self-regulation skills, and social support from peers, teachers, and dormitory caregivers. The disciplined, communal, and religious environment of pesantren strengthens adaptive coping mechanisms, particularly in managing academic pressure, demanding study schedules, and religious obligations. International literature highlights that interpersonal support and religious culture enhance students’ psychological resilience and academic engagement. Moreover, spiritual routines such as prayer and scriptural study function as emotional regulation tools that promote mental stability. The review also reveals that pesantren’s intensive instructional methods foster long-term academic perseverance, although they may increase stress when not accompanied by adequate social support. Overall, this study underscores that academic resilience among santri is a product of the holistic ecology of Islamic boarding school education. Therefore, strengthening resilience requires integrated strategies that simultaneously develop psychological, social, and spiritual capacities.

The results indicate that internal audit plays a crucial role in identifying risks, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, and supporting fraud detection and prevention through the use of digital technologies such as continuous auditing, data analytics, and real-time transaction monitoring. Furthermore, integrating internal audit with robust control systems and adequate security technology can improve transparency, accountability, and transaction security in digital payments. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a library research method with a normative legal approach. This research is qualitative normative, which emphasizes the analysis of legal norms. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation analysis by identifying, reviewing, and interpreting legal sources, relevant literature, legal sources used include, Books, Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning environmental protection and management, Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, and Government Regulation Number 27 of 2012 concerning Environmental Permits. Then a descriptive-analytical and thematic analysis is carried out, by grouping data into main themes and then drawing conclusions from a general to specific problem, in this case regarding Environmental Law as an Instrument for Realizing Sustainable Tourism in South Lampung.
The results of this study indicate that environmental law plays a fundamental role as a controlling instrument in realizing sustainable tourism in South Lampung Regency. Through the implementation of legal instruments such as environmental impact analysis (EIA), environmental permits, the precautionary principle, and the enforcement of legal sanctions, tourism activities can be directed to prevent ecosystem damage.

ning. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of digital distribution on the audience experience and how multimodal elements are delivered through digital platforms. Using a descriptive qualitative analysis method, data were collected through direct observation of the film and analysis of the elements that make up the film. The results show that the film utilizes visual elements such as image composition and color, auditory elements such as music and sound effects, and in-depth dialogue to develop characters and narratives. In addition, digital distribution through streaming platforms gives the audience greater control over the viewing experience, allowing them to engage more deeply with the film. This study provides new insights into the influence of digital distribution on how multimodal elements are received by the audience, as well as its contribution to the study of multimodality in film.

The research method uses a literature review by reviewing 30 articles in several published national journals. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges include low digital literacy among educators, limited technological infrastructure, and the dominance of traditional learning methods that are less attractive to Gen Z. However, on the other hand, there are great opportunities through the use of technology such as social media, interactive learning applications, gamification, and blended learning approaches that can increase motivation and learning participation. It is found that the result of the EFL Student's perceptions of using AI Paraphrasing Tool in Academic English Writing Class at the Eighth semester of the English Language Education Study Program of the South Tapanuli Education Institute is positive category. The researcher found that the mean score of Strongly Disagree categories (10.3%), Disagree (18%), Neutral (29%) and Agree (20.3%), Strongly Agree (22.3%). Furthermore, the result of factors influencing the EFL Students' perceptions of using AI Paraphrasing Tool in Academic English Writing Class in Academic English Writing Class at the Eighth semester of English Language Education Study Program South Tapanuli Education Institute is external factors more dominant than internal factors.
