three main objectives: (1) to determine the form of human resource policies implemented to improve performance quality, (2) to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of these policies, and (3) to formulate appropriate strategies to improve employee performance. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the implemented human resource policies include training and competency development, performance assessment based on work indicators, and a reward system and work discipline. Supporting factors for the implementation of these policies include leadership support, active employee participation, and the availability of a training budget. However, there are also inhibiting factors such as a lack of professional human resources, limited supporting facilities and infrastructure, and low work motivation among some employees. The strategies implemented to improve performance quality include strengthening supervision, developing a collaborative work culture, improving the quality of training, and regular evaluation of policy implementation. This study concludes that appropriate and consistent human resource policies play a crucial role in building more optimal employee performance within the service environment.

The background of this study is the increasingly rapid development of information technology that encourages micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize digital media as a more efficient promotional strategy and reach a wider market. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of business owners and several consumers. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis methods. The results of the study indicate that the use of Facebook as a promotional medium by UD. Tahu Murni has not been optimally implemented. The promotional content uploaded is still simple, inconsistent, and has not utilized strategic features such as paid advertising (Facebook Ads), customer interaction, and social media analytics. The main inhibiting factors in optimizing promotions through Facebook are the business owner's limited digital knowledge, limited time, and the lack of a workforce focused on digital marketing. This study recommends that business actors improve their understanding and skills in social media management, utilize digital promotional features optimally, and develop attractive and consistent content strategies to reach more consumers.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the andragogy approach in Package B learning at PKBM Citra Priangan, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine its impact on the involvement of learning residents. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles, Huberman's model. The results of the study show that the principles of andragogy have been applied through experiential learning, participatory methods, learning flexibility, and the development of life skills programs. Supporting factors include family culture, tutor competence, and learning flexibility, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities, learning environment conditions, and heterogeneity of learning residents. The implementation of andragogy has been proven to increase the participation, motivation, and involvement of learning residents in the learning process. tudy employs a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. The researcher collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation involving five teachers at MI Nurul Islam, Pamekasan. The findings reveal that students’ learning motivation varies, ranging from high to low levels, influenced by both internal and external factors. Teachers make several efforts to improve students’ motivation, including creating an enjoyable learning environment, applying innovative teaching methods such as discussions, quizzes, and audio-visual media, providing rewards, and involving parents in the educational process. Supporting factors include parental support, a conducive learning environment, and the use of engaging learning media. In contrast, inhibiting factors consist of limited facilities, students’ low basic abilities, and a lack of support from the family environment. Therefore, creative and collaborative teachers play a crucial role in enhancing students’ learning motivation.

y is based on traffic problems such as congestion and accidents that are increasing along with the growth of motorized vehicles that are not balanced by adequate road infrastructure. The Pekanbaru City Government through the Transportation Agency has implemented various traffic engineering policies, including the one-way system and the closure of U-Turns at certain points. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implemented policies have had a positive impact, but their implementation still faces obstacles such as lack of public awareness, limited infrastructure, and less than optimal coordination between institutions. This study recommends the need for more massive socialization and increased synergy between institutions to support the successful implementation of traffic engineering policies.

The research subjects consisted of the principal, three Islamic Religious Education teachers, and Muslim students at SMPN 2 Nuangan. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation, observation persistence, extended participation, and member checks. The results showed that the strategies of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formation of Islamic character values were carried out through role models, habituation, advice, integration of character values in learning, and supervision of student behavior. Supporting factors included teacher commitment, a conducive school culture, cooperation among school members, and parental support. Inhibiting factors included differences in student backgrounds, lack of family attention, the influence of the social environment, and limited learning time. This strategy has a positive impact on improving students' religious attitudes, discipline, responsibility and good manners.

The results show that value-based PAI learning is implemented through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The strategies used include storytelling, discussions, history learning, religious activities, social activities, and student involvement in school activities such as ceremonies, Scouts, and Paskibraka. Supporting factors include the principal's commitment, teacher quality, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, the school environment, and parental and community support. Obstacles include low student motivation, limited time, lack of participation, and limited learning methods. Data were collected through observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interactive analysis model which included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The validity of the data was tested through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study showed that the reading literacy strategy was implemented through reading activities 15 minutes before learning, the use of diverse and contextual texts, discussions on reading comprehension, and reflective assignments. The implementation of this strategy encourages increased student participation, the ability to understand the content of reading, and a positive attitude towards reading activities. Supporting factors for the implementation of the reading literacy strategy include teacher commitment, support for school literacy programs, and the availability of reading materials, while inhibiting factors include the low interest in reading of some students, limited learning time, and the influence of gadget use that has not been optimally controlled. This study concludes that reading literacy strategies have an important role in supporting Indonesian learning and need to be implemented sustainably with the support of various parties.

This research is a qualitative descriptive research using the main instrument of interviews. The data sources in this research are school principals and teachers at SDN 1 Sungai Besar Banjarbaru and SDN 1 Sungai Ulin Banjarbaru. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman concept, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The results of the research show that: 1) How the Principal's Policy and Leadership in implementing the independent learning curriculum includes: Vision and Mission in Implementing the Independent Learning Curriculum, Policies that support the independent learning curriculum, Leadership periodic collaboration in decision making of the Independent Curriculum 2) Implementation Results by measuring the results of implementation With this policy and leadership, school principals can assess the success and effectiveness of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum and make the necessary adjustments to achieve better results in the future. The principal can evaluate the impact of the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum policy and make the necessary adjustments to ensure that all school members get maximum benefits from the implementation of the curriculum. 3) Supporting Factors for the policy and the principal's leadership. The principal's strong and visionary leadership can motivate and direct the entire school community in implementing the independent learning curriculum, Inhibiting Factors Leadership that is less consistent or less committed and budget limitations can hinder the ability to provide facilities.
