mpact on individual rights. This research evaluates how narcotics policies can affect basic rights such as the rights to life, liberty, health and justice. In some cases, harsh legal crackdowns on narcotics have led to human rights violations, such as arbitrary arrest and detention, as well as the use of force by security forces. On the other hand, some countries have tried alternative approaches, including decriminalization or legalization of narcotics, with the aim of reducing the negative impact on individuals. This research uses a normative approach. The conclusion from this research is that it is important to maintain a balance between efforts to prevent and handle narcotics with protecting individual human rights. Effective implementation of narcotics policies must take into account the basic rights of individuals and seek to reduce negative social impacts. This research underlines the need for a holistic and sustainable approach in dealing with narcotics issues without compromising human rights

The method used in this research is normative with a doctrinal approach. Protection of whistleblowers has an important role in maintaining transparency and accountability in the environmental and natural resources sectors. Through the protection provided to whistleblowers, corrupt practices can be exposed and accountability can be realized. However, challenges and limitations still exist, and concerted efforts are needed to improve the implementation and effectiveness of these laws. With continued efforts, whistleblower protection laws can become a powerful tool in promoting transparency and accountability in the environmental and natural resources sectors.

Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta memerlukan cara untuk meningkatkan dan mempersiapkan kompetensi mahasiswa terkait keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja. Hal itu dikarenakan kurangnya skill yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa tidak memenuhi kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan sehingga terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara link and match. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penulis memberikan inovasi pembuatan aplikasi ERIN (Engineering Ready Industry). Aplikasi ini merupakan digitalisasi platform yang dirancang berbasis artificial intellegence. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah campuran dengan kuantitatif melalui survey pengisian angket dan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Hasil dari survey uji kepuasan didapat nilai 87,2% dari aspek kinerja dan 85,6% dari aspek manfaat. Diharapkan gagasan inovasi ini dapat memberikan bekal dalam mempersiapkan diri untuk meraih kesuksesan karir bagi mahasiswa, alumni, dan industri, tidak hanya di UNY melainkan di universitas lain juga.
Education plays an important role in shaping the quality of human resources in the digitalization era. The challenge in the digitalization era is how to increase student learning motivation with digital learning solutions through technology. The Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, needs a way to improve and prepare student competencies related to the skills needed in the world of work. This is because the lack of skills possessed by students does not meet the required qualifications so that there is a mismatch between link and match. To overcome this, the author provides an innovation in creating the ERIN (Engineering Ready Industry) application. This application is a digitalization platform designed based on artificial intelligence. The research method used is a mixture of quantitative through a questionnaire survey and qualitative descriptive with literature studies. The results of the satisfaction test survey obtained a value of 87.2% from the performance aspect and 85.6% from the benefit aspect. It is hoped that this innovation idea can provide provisions in preparing themselves to achieve career success for students, alumni, and industry, not only at UNY but also at other universities.

Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) adalah suatu kumpulan kondisi klinis tertentu yang merupakan hasil akhir dari infeksi oleh HIV. Tujuan: Mampu memberikan dan menerapkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien HIV/AIDS dengan diagnosis keperawatan ketidakberdayaan di ruang Isolasi Dahlia Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Wates. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus observasional dengan desain pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian pada studi kasus ini adalah 1 pasien di RSUD Wates dengan gangguan sistem imunitas dengan diagnosa medis HIV/AIDS. Hasil: Dari hasil pengkajian dan pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan data pasien dengan keadaan umum lemah, merasa tertekan atau depresi, merasa bersalah, merasa takut, merasa cemas atau ansietas, merasa tidak berguna, merasa frustrasi, merasa menyerah dan pasrah, merasa tidak pasti untuk melanjutkan hidup. Diagnosis keperawatan utama adalah ketidakberdayaan berhubungan dengan diagnosis penyakit kronis. Pencapaian yang diharapkan pada kasus ini dengan diagnosis keperawatan ketidakberdayaan berhubungan dengan diagnosis penyakit kronis yaitu dalam waktu 3 hari intervensi keperawatan masalah keperawatan dapat teratasi. Saran: Diharapkan bagi perawat, karya tulis ilmiah ini dapat diterapkan dalam melaksanakan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dewasa dengan HIV/AIDS sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan keperawatan.
