Peningkatan Akurasi Klasifikasi Sentimen Pengguna Dompet Digital Menggunakan Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning

Abstract: Penggunaan dompet digital yang terus meningkat menghasilkan banyak ulasan pengguna yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sentimen pengguna… dompet digital menggunakan metode Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning yang mengombinasikan Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), dan AdaBoost dengan Logistic Regression sebagai meta-learner. Data ulasan diproses melalui tahapan text preprocessing meliputi case folding, cleaning, tokenizing, stopword removal, stemming, dan pembobotan fitur menggunakan TF-IDF. Penyeimbangan data dilakukan dengan SMOTE, sedangkan evaluasi model menggunakan 5-Fold Cross-Validation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Stacking Ensemble memperoleh akurasi rata-rata 80,55%, lebih tinggi dibandingkan algoritma dasar. Evaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, dan ROC Curve juga menunjukkan peningkatan nilai precision, recall, F1-score, dan kemampuan diskriminasi model. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning efektif untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi sentimen pengguna dompet digital serta mendukung evaluasi kualitas layanan berbasis opini pengguna. The rapid growth of digital wallet usage has generated a large volume of user reviews that can be utilized to evaluate service quality. This study aims to improve the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification using a Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach that combines Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), and AdaBoost with Logistic Regression as the meta-learner. User reviews were processed through text preprocessing stages, including case folding, text cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and TF-IDF feature weighting. Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was employed to address class imbalance, while model performance was evaluated using 5-Fold Cross-Validation. The experimental results show that the proposed Stacking Ensemble model achieved an average accuracy of 80.55%, outperforming the individual base learners. Furthermore, evaluations based on the Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve demonstrated improvements in precision, recall, F1-score, and the model's discriminative capability. These findings indicate that the proposed Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach is effective in improving the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification and can serve as a reliable tool for supporting service quality evaluation based on user opinions.

Development of an Integrated Hybrid (Manual-Digital) Electronic Medical Record System at Damai Clinic

Abstract: The advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation in healthcare, particularly through the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). However, many healthcare facilities still use… hybrid systems that combine manual and digital record-keeping without proper integration, resulting in inefficient patient data management. This study aims to develop an integrated hybrid Electronic Medical Record system at Damai Clinic to improve healthcare services and patient data management. A descriptive research method with a system development approach was employed through system analysis, problem identification, and system design. The results indicate that the proposed system successfully integrates patient registration, medical examination, pharmacy services, payment, and reporting into a single system. The hybrid implementation allows paper-based records to remain as supporting archives while electronic records become the primary source of patient information. The developed system is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce documentation errors, enhance data security, and support digital transformation in healthcare facilities.

Optimalisasi Strategi Promosi Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru Melalui Analisis Data Historis

Abstract: Promosi penerimaan mahasiswa baru (PMB) merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan jumlah dan kualitas calon mahasiswa. Namun, strategi promosi yang belum memanfaatkan data historis secara optimal dapat menyebabkan… babkan kegiatan promosi kurang tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis data historis PMB sebagai dasar dalam menyusun strategi promosi yang lebih efektif pada Jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder PMB periode 2023–2025. Analisis dilakukan melalui tahapan data cleaning, transformasi data, statistik deskriptif, segmentasi calon mahasiswa, dan visualisasi data menggunakan dashboard analitik. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi program studi, asal sekolah, jurusan asal sekolah, kecamatan, kabupaten/kota, provinsi, jalur masuk, dan sumber informasi pendaftar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pendaftar berasal dari Provinsi Aceh, khususnya Kabupaten Aceh Utara dan Kota Lhokseumawe, dengan dominasi lulusan jurusan IPA serta peminat terbesar pada Program Studi Teknik Informatika. Instagram dan website menjadi sumber informasi utama bagi calon mahasiswa. Pemanfaatan data historis melalui visualisasi data mampu memberikan informasi yang lebih komprehensif mengenai karakteristik calon mahasiswa sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam penyusunan strategi promosi PMB yang lebih terarah, efektif, dan berbasis data. New student admissions (PMB) promotion is an important factor in increasing the number and quality of prospective students. However, promotional strategies that do not optimally utilize historical data can result in less targeted promotional activities. This study aims to analyze historical PMB data as a basis for developing a more effective promotional strategy in the Information and Computer Technology Department of the Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic. The study uses a descriptive quantitative approach utilizing secondary PMB data for the 2023–2025 period. The analysis was carried out through the stages of data cleaning, data transformation, descriptive statistics, prospective student segmentation, and data visualization using an analytical dashboard. The variables analyzed included study program, school of origin, major of origin of school, sub-district, regency/city, province, admission route, and applicant information sources. The results show that most applicants come from Aceh Province, especially North Aceh Regency and Lhokseumawe City, with a predominance of science graduates and the greatest interest in the Informatics Engineering Study Program. Instagram and websites are the main sources of information for prospective students. The use of historical data through data visualization can provide more comprehensive information regarding the characteristics of prospective students so that it can support decision-making in developing more targeted, effective, and data-based PMB promotion strategies. 

PENGARUH GOOGLE EARTH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS MATERI KENAMPAKAN ALAM MELALUI MODEL CTL PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of using Google Earth media through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model on the learning outcomes of social studies on natural phenomena material for fifth-grade students&#8230; ts of SDN Telang 2 in the 2026/2027 academic year. The study used a quantitative approach with the Pre-Experimental Design method and One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects were 17 students. Data collection techniques were carried out through tests, observations, and documentation. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test given before and after treatment. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired sample t-test. The results showed that the average pretest score of 68.82 increased to 79.41 in the posttest, with an increase of 10.59 points. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, so H₀ was rejected and H₁ was accepted. These findings indicate that the use of Google Earth media through the CTL model has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of social studies on natural phenomena material. The integration of Google Earth and CTL provides a more contextual, interactive, and meaningful learning experience, helping students understand the concept of natural features more concretely. Therefore, Google Earth, through the CTL model, can be used as an alternative media and effective learning model to improve social studies learning outcomes in elementary schools.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Google Earth melalui model Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) terhadap hasil belajar IPS materi kenampakan alam pada siswa kelas V SDN Telang 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2026/2027. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Pre-Experimental Design dan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 17 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 68,82 meningkat menjadi 79,41 pada posttest, dengan peningkatan sebesar 10,59 poin. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Google Earth melalui model CTL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar IPS materi kenampakan alam. Integrasi Google Earth dan CTL mampu memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih kontekstual, interaktif, dan bermakna sehingga membantu siswa memahami konsep kenampakan alam secara lebih konkret. Oleh karena itu, Google Earth melalui model CTL dapat dijadikan alternatif media dan model pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS di sekolah dasar.

SCHOOL-PARENT COMMUNICATION PRACTICES FROM AN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE AND THEIR IMPACT ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES

Abstract: Education is an ecosystem involving various elements, with the family as its primary foundation. Schools then act as strategic partners, continuing, strengthening, and developing the educational process in a systematic and&#8230; nd structured manner. Effective and valuable communication is believed to be able to build sustainable educational synergy. This study aims to analyze school-parent communication practices from an Islamic perspective and their impact on student learning outcomes at Nurul Hidayah Elementary School in Kutawaluya District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed interactively through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that communication practices occur formally and informally, are integrated with the values of trust and deliberation, and encourage active parental involvement in home learning support. Dialogic and persuasive communication contributes to improved student discipline, learning readiness, and responsibility. Integrating Islamic values into communication practices strengthens collaborative relationships between schools and families. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing an Islamic values-based educational communication model as a strategy to strengthen school-parent partnerships in improving student learning outcomes.

INTEGRATION OF THE QUIZIZZ PLATFORM IN THE EVALUATION OF ISLAMIC VALUE-BASED LEARNING IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS

Abstract: Digital transformation in elementary education demands technology integration that is not only oriented towards learning effectiveness but also towards strengthening character values. Learning evaluation, as a crucial part&#8230; rt of the educational process, needs to be designed adaptively without neglecting the internalization of Islamic values. This study aims to analyze and describe the integration of the Quizizz platform in evaluating Islamic value-based learning at SDN Palumbonsari I, East Karawang District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the integration of Islamic values ​​was carried out systematically through three stages: evaluation planning by incorporating value indicators into learning tools, implementation of values ​​in question design and digital feedback, and post-evaluation reflection in class. Digital features were utilized not only to display scores but also to convey moral messages that support Islamic character formation. In practice, digital evaluation functions as a cognitive measurement instrument as well as a means of habituating values. The implications of this research confirm that the use of digital platforms in evaluation can be directed as a medium for internalizing values ​​if it is designed in a structured manner and supported by the teacher's pedagogical commitment.

IMPLEMENTATION OF CHILD-FRIENDLY EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT TO DEVELOP INDEPENDENCE AND STUDENT CREATIVITY

Abstract: Student independence and creativity are two important aspects in educational development that need to be developed to prepare students to face future challenges. These two aspects can develop well through the implementation&#8230; ion of child-friendly educational management, which creates an environment that supports active learning and character development. This research aims to determine the impact of implementing child-friendly education management on student independence and creativity at Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Buah Hati. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research design. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers. The data sources for this research are fifth grade students and teachers at SDIT Buah Hati. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to describe current conditions. The research results showed a significant increase in the aspects of independence, creativity, time discipline, ability to work together, and students' self-confidence after implementing child-friendly education management. Student independence increased by 20%, creativity increased by 20%, and time discipline and the ability to work together also showed significant improvements. The implication of this research is that the implementation of child-friendly educational management is effective in increasing student independence and creativity. Therefore, schools are expected to implement child-friendly principles in every aspect of learning to support maximum student development.

STRATEGI INOVATIF UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SD DI GAG PAPUA BARAT DAYA PERSPEKTIF MAHASISWA PMM

Abstract: Abstract   his study aims to analyze teachers’ strategies in implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach to improve the quality of learning at Southwest Papua, as well as to examine the contribution&#8230; bution of students from the Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) in supporting the process. The research method employed is a literature review using the Publish or Perish application.The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing classrooms through contextual strategies that connect learning materials with the local environment and students’ real-life experiences. The application of CTL has been proven to enhance students’ motivation, active participation, and learning outcomes. In addition, PMM students provide practical suggestions such as the use of interactive methods including small group discussions, collective reflection, and projects based on everyday experiences.   Keywords: Teacher Strategies, Learning Quality, Elementary School.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Papua Barat Daya, serta meninjau kontribusi mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) dalam mendukung proses tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menggunakan Publish or Perish. MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN VISUAL PERSEPTUAL ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS SMARTBOARD DI TK SARANTAU SASURAMBI

Abstract: Visual perceptual ability is one of the important aspects of cognitive development in early childhood. This ability is related to children’s capacity to recognize, differentiate, interpret, and understand information received&#8230; eceived through vision. It includes the recognition of shapes, colors, sizes, patterns, and visual relationships, which are essential for children’s learning readiness. This study aims to improve the visual perceptual abilities of children aged 5–6 years at TK Sarantau Sasurambi through smartboard-based learning. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method conducted in several cycles, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were children aged 5–6 years. The research instruments included observation sheets of visual perceptual abilities (visual discrimination, visual memory, matching, sequencing, spatial relations, and eye–hand coordination), observation sheets on the use of the smartboard, and field notes. The results showed an improvement in visual perceptual abilities from the pre-cycle to Cycle I and Cycle II. Children’s mastery in the pre-cycle reached only 45%, increased to 65% in Cycle I, and reached 88% in Cycle II. The use of smartboards proved effective as it offers interactive and engaging visual learning experiences and facilitates children’s direct manipulation of objects. Therefore, smartboard-based learning is highly effective in improving the visual perceptual abilities of children aged 5–6 years.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA INTERAKTIF BERBASIS PBL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA FASE B

Abstract: Problem-solving ability is a skill that every individual must possess. Mathematical problem-solving is one of the skills that must be mastered in everyday life. This research aims to develop interactive learning media based&#8230; sed on PBL to enhance students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This research uses the Design and Development (D&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research results indicate that the PBL-based interactive media is suitable for use, with validation from subject matter experts at 97.2%, media experts at 97.6%, and product trials at 87.5%. The improvement in problem-solving skills was also measured through the N-Gain test, with an N-Gain result of 1, indicating a high criterion. The improvement in students' mathematical problem-solving skills increased after using PBL-based interactive media. This demonstrates the importance of media in delivering education. Media designed according to students' needs effectively and efficiently can enhance students' interest, motivation, and understanding in learning.
