The Effect Of Packing Machine Automation On Operator Productivity With Moderation Of Technical Competence And Workload Perception

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of packing machine automation on operator productivity in the facial tissue industry by considering the role of moderation, technical competence and operator workload perception.… The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by reviewing scientific articles published in the 2020–2026 range from reputable databases such as Scopus. The selection process was carried out using the PRISMA approach through the identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages, resulting in a number of articles relevant to the topics of industrial automation, labor productivity, technical competence, and workload. The results of the study show that the implementation of packing machine automation in general has a positive impact on increasing operator productivity through time efficiency, quality consistency, and reduction of manual errors. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of automation is highly dependent on the level of technical competence of the operator, especially in the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the machine. In addition, workload perception has also been shown to moderate the relationship, where automation can lower physical workloads but potentially increase mental workloads due to the demands of automated system supervision. Other findings suggest that an imbalance between automation levels and human resource readiness can hinder productivity optimization. Conceptually, this study confirms that the relationship between packing machine automation and operator productivity is not linear, but is influenced by individual and psychological factors. The practical implications of this study are the importance of technical competency-based training as well as adaptive workload management in supporting the successful implementation of automation in the manufacturing industry. This research contributes to the development of an integrative model that connects technology, people, and operational performance in the context of the tissue processing industry.

Customer Service Automation Through Ai-Powered CRM: Impact On Marketing Target Accuracy

Abstract: This study addresses the limitations of traditional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems by analyzing the adoption and impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration (AI-Powered CRM). Informed by the Technology… logy Acceptance Model (TAM) for employee perception and the Resource-Based View (RBV) for strategic capability, the primary objective is to evaluate how AI-driven automation enhances customer service processes and, subsequently, impacts marketing efficiency. The research employs an exploratory qualitative case study design, utilizing in-depth interviews, document analysis, and system observation on a single organization to gather rich, contextual data. The results demonstrate that AI integration significantly accelerated service, with chatbots handling 65–70% of routine queries and drastically reducing response times. Operationally, these improvements fostered high employee acceptance (TAM). Strategically, the AI-Powered CRM generated refined predictive analytics, resulting in a 12–18% improvement in campaign conversion rates and efficient resource allocation, confirming that AI creates a valuable and difficult-to-imitate strategic capability (RBV). The study concludes that AI-Powered CRM is a critical enabler for both operational efficiency and long-term strategic competitiveness in digital markets.

Sistem Penghitungan Jumlah Kendaraan Pada Area Parkir Menggunakan Background Subtraction Dan OpenCV

Metode yang digunakan adalah Background Subtraction dengan algoritma MOG2 dan OpenCV menggunakan video kamera smartphone. Sistem mengintegrasikan proses preprocessing citra, operasi morfologi, dan Euclidean Distance Tracker untuk melacak serta menghitung kendaraan secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem mampu membedakan kendaraan yang bergerak dengan objek statis secara akurat melalui Virtual Counting Line. Dengan beban komputasi yang ringan dan biaya rendah, sistem ini efektif menjadi solusi otomatisasi manajemen parkir di lingkungan kampus. Parking management issues at Politeknik Jambi often lead to inefficiencies due to manual counting systems prone to human error. This study aims to design an automatic vehicle counting system based on digital image processing. The method utilizes Background Subtraction with the MOG2 algorithm and OpenCV using smartphone video input. The system integrates image preprocessing, morphological operations, and Euclidean Distance Tracker to track and count vehicles in real-time. The results demonstrate that the system can accurately distinguish between moving vehicles and static objects via a Virtual Counting Line. With low computational requirements and cost-effectiveness, this system offers an efficient automation solution for campus parking management.

THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) TECHNOLOGY IN IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT IN THE DIGITAL ERA

Abstract: The digital technology revolution has catalyzed a fundamental paradigmatic transformation in the global education ecosystem, creating a new era where technology integration has become a strategic imperative in effective… and sustainable learning management. One of the most disruptive technological innovations that has become the primary focus in educational transformation is Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has demonstrated extraordinary potential in revolutionizing various aspects of learning management through sophisticated adaptive capabilities, deep learning personalization, and comprehensive administrative automation. This research aims to comprehensively and systematically examine the multidimensional role of AI in enhancing the quality of learning management in the digital era, with in-depth analytical focus on three fundamental pillars: strategic learning planning, pedagogical process implementation, and learning outcome evaluation. The research methodology employs a rigorous Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, analyzing over 150 high-quality scientific articles from leading national and international journals published between 2014-2024, utilizing a thematic synthesis framework to identify emergent patterns and significant trends in AI implementation in education. Research findings reveal that AI implementation in learning management produces multifaceted transformative impacts, including significant improvements in pedagogical decision-making quality through predictive analytics and data-driven insights, strengthening the strategic role of teachers as adaptive and responsive learning facilitators, and expanding democratic learning accessibility through adaptive learning systems and intelligent tutoring systems technologies. AI has also proven effective in optimizing educational resource allocation, enhancing student engagement through intelligent gamification, and facilitating inclusive and equitable learning. However, this research also identifies complex challenges that must be addressed in AI implementation, including significant technological infrastructure gaps particularly in remote areas, limitations in educators' digital literacy affecting technology adoption, and ethics and data privacy issues requiring comprehensive regulatory frameworks. The implications of this research emphasize the need for a holistic and structured approach in integrating AI into educational systems, considering technological, pedagogical, and socio-cultural aspects in a balanced manner to achieve sustainable and positively impactful educational transformation.

Internal audits are important to make sure organisations… sations are running smoothly and safely. This means audits need to be able to watch over control and manage risks properly. This is very important for organisations to achieve their goals. Stopping fraud is about finding and preventing actions that can hurt the organisation. This research is trying to figure out how digital transformation affects audits and stopping fraud. The researchers used a method called a 'systematic literature review'. This research is about describing things in detail. They got their information from international journals. They used Google Scholar, Scopus and Sinta to find articles from 2022 to 2025. What they found out is that technology like intelligence looking at data, blockchain, robotic process automation and electronic auditing can make internal audits better. These technologies can also make things more transparent. Help stop fraud. However, digital transformation is not easy to do. DESIGNING A MICROSOFT EXCEL-BASED COFFEE SALES RECORDING SYSTEM USING INDEX, MATCH, AND SUMIFS FUNCTIONS (Case Study Of PT. DEF)

Abstract: • DEF is a company engaged in the sale of coffee, both wholesale and retail. Currently, the sales recording system is still carried out manually, which often leads to problems such as delays in reporting, data entry errors,… rors, and difficulties in retrieving historical information. This study aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sales recording system by implementing the INDEX MATCH and SUMIFS functions in Microsoft Excel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation of the existing system. The results show that the use of INDEX MATCH and SUMIFS can accelerate the data retrieval process, improve the accuracy of sales reports, and reduce input errors. This study provides a practical solution for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in implementing an efficient sales recording system without requiring significant investment in ERP software. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on Excel files that are vulnerable to damage or unintended changes, and the lack of advanced automation features such as receivables reminders or inter-departmental integration. Therefore, future research is expected to develop a web-based system with a centralized database.

Perancangan Robot Penyiram Tanaman Scala 1 : 30 Dengan Sistem Kendali Android Berbasis Embedded System

Abstract: Abstract: This research discusses the design and development of a plant-watering robot at a 1:30 scale controlled via an Android application and an embedded system based on an Arduino microcontroller. The purpose of this… study is to produce an automatic plant-watering robot that is efficient, energy-saving, and easy to operate to support agricultural automation. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes stages of requirement identification, design, construction, testing, and system evaluation. The main components used include an Arduino Uno, HC-05 Bluetooth module, L298N motor driver, HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, 12V DC water pump, and a 25W solar panel as an alternative power source. The test results show that the robot can operate automatically with a success rate of 90%, battery endurance of approximately 1 hour and 13 minutes, charging time of about 5 hours and 38 minutes, and the water pump operates effectively for up to 5 hours. The integration of Android control, embedded systems, and solar power makes this robot an innovative solution for environmentally friendly and efficient agricultural automation.      Keywords: plant-watering robot; Android; embedded system; Arduino; solar panel Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas perancangan dan pengembangan robot penyiram tanaman skala 1:30 yang dikendalikan melalui aplikasi Android dan sistem embedded berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan robot penyiram tanaman otomatis yang efisien, hemat energi, dan mudah dioperasikan untuk mendukung otomasi pertanian. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan, pembuatan, pengujian, dan evaluasi sistem. Komponen utama yang digunakan meliputi Arduino Uno, modul Bluetooth HC-05, driver motor L298N, sensor ultrasonik HC-SR04, pompa air DC, dan panel surya 25 W sebagai sumber energi alternatif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa robot mampu beroperasi secara otomatis dengan tingkat keberhasilan 90%, ketahanan baterai selama ±1 jam 13 menit, lama pengisian daya sekitar 5 jam 38 menit, serta pompa air bekerja efektif hingga 5 jam. Integrasi antara kendali Android, sistem embedded, dan tenaga surya menjadikan robot ini solusi inovatif untuk otomatisasi penyiraman tanaman yang ramah lingkungan dan berpotensi diterapkan pada lahan pertanian sesungguhnya. Penerapan Aritificial Intelligence (AI) Untuk Proses Photosintesis Pohon Naga di Desa Tanjungrapuan

Abstract: The design of a lighting automation system for dragon fruit plants uses an LDR sensor as a light intensity detector. This system is supported by a solar module with a capacity of 10-20 watts to supply power to a 12V battery… ery which is paralleled to 24V. This voltage was then changed by the inverter to 220VAC to light 10 lights as research samples. Tests show that the LDR sensor works optimally at 5VDC voltage. If the voltage supplied is less or more than 5VDC, the sensor cannot function properly. Analysis of the conversion of ADC values to output voltage shows consistent results according to the test table. In addition, using 12VDC voltage directly on the LDR causes the sensor to not function because the LDR is designed for low voltage (≤5V). Without a suitable resistor, excessive current can damage sensor components. The system design is able to minimize the use of electricity sources from PLN and is an energy-saving solution for lighting dragon fruit plants in the field.          Keywords: agriculture sustainable; dragon fruit trees; photosynthesis; renewable energy;solar cells                                                                                                              Abstrak: Rancangan sistem otomatisasi lampu pada tanaman buah naga menggunakan sensor LDR sebagai pendeteksi intensitas cahaya. Sistem ini didukung oleh modul surya berkapasitas 10-20 watt untuk menyuplai daya ke baterai 12V yang diparalel menjadi 24V. Tegangan ini kemudian diubah oleh inverter menjadi 220VAC untuk menyalakan 10 lampu sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sensor LDR bekerja optimal pada tegangan 5VDC. Jika tegangan yang diberikan kurang atau lebih dari 5VDC, sensor tidak dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Analisis konversi nilai ADC ke tegangan output menunjukkan hasil yang konsisten sesuai tabel pengujian. Selain itu, penggunaan tegangan 12VDC langsung pada LDR menyebabkan sensor tidak berfungsi karena LDR dirancang untuk tegangan rendah (≤5V). Tanpa resistor yang sesuai, arus yang berlebih dapat merusak komponen sensor. Rancangan sistem mampu meminimalisir penggunaan sumber listrik dari PLN dan menjadi solusi hemat energi untuk penerangan tanaman buah naga di lapangan.                                        Kata kunci: energi terbarukan; fotosintesis; pertanian berkelanjutan; pohon buah naga; solarcell

IMPLEMENTATION OF A PYTHON-BASED SCHEDULED AUDIO ALARM SYSTEM FOR LIBRARY LITERACY SUPPORT

Abstract: Abstract: Libraries function not only as information centers but also as literacy spaces that require an orderly and communicative service environment. One supporting service in fostering such an environment is the delivery… ery of literacy greetings to visitors. In practice, greetings are commonly delivered manually or through conventional bells, leading to inconsistency and dependence on staff availability. This study was conducted at the Amir Machmud Library, Ministry of Home Affairs, Jakarta, Indonesia, aiming to design and evaluate a Python-based scheduled audio alarm system for automated literacy greetings. An applied experimental method was employed, including system design, Python script development, scheduling configuration using Windows Task Scheduler, and direct system testing on a library computer connected to ceiling speakers. The system requires initial execution via Command Prompt (CMD) when the computer is powered on, after which it operates automatically according to predefined schedules. Testing results demonstrate that the system performs scheduled audio playback accurately and operates stably without further manual intervention. The findings indicate that the proposed system provides a practical and efficient solution to enhance service consistency and support a structured and conducive literacy environment in the library.             Keywords: scheduled audio alarm; library automation; python; literacy greeting.     Abstrak: Perpustakaan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pusat informasi, tetapi juga sebagai ruang literasi yang memerlukan suasana layanan yang tertib dan komunikatif. Salah satu bentuk dukungan layanan tersebut adalah penyampaian sapaan literasi kepada pengunjung. Dalam praktiknya, penyampaian sapaan masih dilakukan secara manual atau menggunakan bel konvensional sehingga kurang konsisten dan bergantung pada petugas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Perpustakaan Amir Machmud, Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Jakarta, Indonesia, dengan tujuan merancang dan menguji sistem alarm audio terjadwal berbasis Python sebagai media penyampaian sapaan literasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental terapan melalui tahapan perancangan sistem, pengembangan skrip Python, konfigurasi penjadwalan menggunakan Windows Task Scheduler, serta pengujian langsung pada komputer perpustakaan yang terhubung dengan speaker plafon. Sistem bekerja dengan mekanisme inisialisasi awal melalui Command Prompt (CMD) saat komputer dinyalakan, kemudian selanjutnya berjalan otomatis sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memutar audio secara konsisten dan stabil pada waktu yang telah diatur tanpa intervensi lanjutan dari petugas. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi sederhana dan efisien untuk mendukung terciptanya suasana literasi yang lebih terstruktur dan kondusif di lingkungan perpustakaan.   Kata kunci: alarm audio terjadwal; otomasi perpustakaan; python; sapaan literasi.
