Gold is one of the most sought-after commodities for investment purposes, as it is regarded as a safer instrument compared to stocks and has a selling value that constantly fluctuates with market conditions. PT Victoeria Vici, a custom gold jewelry business, faces difficulty in determining the estimated selling price offered to customers because the production process for custom orders takes up to 14 days, while gold prices move in an unstructured and fluctuating manner every day, making manual price estimation inaccurate and ineffective. Based on this problem, this study applies the concept of Data Mining using the Trend Moment algorithm to estimate gold prices over a certain period of time. The data used is historical daily gold price data per gram from PT Victoeria Vici for the period of August–October 2021, consisting of 92 records. The research stages include data collection, determination of the X and Y variables, elimination to obtain the constant value a and the slope b, and the application of the equation Y = a + bX to obtain the estimated value. The calculation results show a value of a = 720,871.725 and b = 3.108, so that the estimation model is able to produce gold price projections that closely follow the pattern of historical data. This model was then implemented into a desktop-based application using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 and a Microsoft Access database, equipped with Crystal Report for printing estimation result reports. The results show that the Trend Moment algorithm can help PT Victoeria Vici obtain gold price estimations more quickly, consistently, and in a well-documented manner.

TRANSFORMATION OF ACEH TENGGARA COCOA FARMERS THROUGH GAP AND APPLICATION-BASED PRICE INFORMATION SYSTEM

Assauwab, Muhammad Husaini, Deden Sumoharjo, Anuar Ramut, Umaidi
Abstract: Cocoa is a strategic commodity in Southeast Aceh Regency, but farmer productivity and income remain low due to limited implementation of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and poor access to price information. This community… ity service activity aims to improve farmers' capacity through an integrated approach that combines improving cocoa cultivation knowledge, strengthening the implementation of GAP, and utilizing real-time cocoa price information applications. The activity was carried out in December 2025 through stages of socialization, technical training, field demonstrations, introduction to price applications, as well as mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed an increase in farmers' knowledge levels from low to medium to high, especially in terms of price information. Initial improvements in GAP adoption were reflected in pruning, fertilization, garden sanitation, pest control, and harvesting and post-harvesting practices that were more in line with standards. Access to price information shifted from dependence on middlemen to the use of applications and market comparisons, which increased farmers' independence in determining the time of sale. The price range difference between farmers and market references confirms that limited information weakens farmers' bargaining position. Overall, the integrated approach has proven relevant in improving farming efficiency and strengthening the basis for increasing cocoa farmers' income, although the sustainability of the impact requires continued assistance and strengthening of farmer institutions.

ENVIRONMENTAL RISK MITIGATION ANALYSIS OF GLASS INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT POLICY ON REMPANG ISLAND

Nularna, Patminah, Yustina, Yustina
Abstract: This research comprehensively analyzes the glass industry development policy on Rempang Island, Batam City, Riau Islands Province, using an environmental risk mitigation approach. Employing a descriptive qualitative method… od with a case study design and library research, this study examines five main dimensions: the chronology of the Rempang Island case, policy conflicts and controversies, the government regulatory framework, disaster risk analysis from nine environmental perspectives, and overall policy evaluation. The findings reveal that the Rempang Eco City project, designated as a National Strategic Project (PSN) through Permenko for Economic Affairs Number 7 of 2023, triggered prolonged agrarian conflict due to the absence of meaningful participation from indigenous Malay communities who have inhabited 16 ancient villages on the island since 1834. The project implementation was marked by forced evictions, repeated acts of violence, and non-transparent environmental impact assessment (AMDAL) processes. Disaster risk analysis from nine environmental perspectives covering air quality, water quality, coastal and marine ecosystems, sand mining and geological degradation, biodiversity, community health, social-cultural impacts, climate change vulnerability, and environmental governance consistently produces high-risk assessments, affirming that Rempang Island as a small island ecosystem lacks adequate carrying capacity for large-scale glass industrial development without permanent and irreversible ecological damage. Although Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2025 de facto removed Rempang Eco City from the list of 77 National Strategic Projects under President Prabowo Subianto’s administration, the absence of an explicit revocation of Permenko Number 7 of 2023 creates ongoing legal ambiguity for affected communities. This research concludes that Indonesia urgently requires fundamental reform in its investment-based development policy paradigm, encompassing strengthened indigenous community participation mechanisms, elevation of AMDAL as a non-circumventable legal requirement prior to investment designation, and application of the ecological precautionary principle in small island development.

THE INFLUENCE OF DIGITAL HEALTH COMPETENCE ON HEALTHCARE SERVICE PERFORMANCE AT KING ABDULLAH MEDICAL CITY, 2026: A QUANTITATIVE APPROACH USING STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING (SEM-PLS)

Albeah, Ali Mohammed, Hasan, Hafizah Che
Abstract: Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped healthcare service delivery worldwide, particularly in tertiary hospitals that rely heavily on integrated digital systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs), telemedicine,… dicine, clinical decision support systems, and data-driven healthcare technologies. Despite rapid technological advancement, limited empirical evidence explains how healthcare professionals’ digital competence contributes to healthcare service performance within the context of healthcare transformation in Saudi Arabia. Previous studies have primarily focused on technological adoption or technical outcomes, while the psychological and organizational mechanisms underlying digital healthcare performance remain underexplored. Drawing upon the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) Theory and Resource-Based View (RBV), this study investigates the influence of Digital Health Competence (DHC) on Healthcare Service Performance (HSP), examining the mediating role of Work Engagement (WE) and the moderating role of Organizational Support (OS). This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional explanatory design using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected from 312 healthcare professionals at King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC), Saudi Arabia, selected through stratified random sampling. The study included physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and allied healthcare professionals actively utilizing digital healthcare systems in clinical practice. Measurement instruments were adapted from internationally validated scales, including the European Digital Competence Framework for Health Professionals, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), and Perceived Organizational Support Scale. Data analysis included assessment of the measurement model, structural model evaluation, mediation analysis, moderation analysis, effect size (f²), predictive relevance (Q²), and model fit indices. The findings demonstrated that Digital Health Competence had a positive and significant effect on Healthcare Service Performance (β = 0.328, p < 0.001) and Work Engagement (β = 0.541, p < 0.001). Work Engagement significantly influenced Healthcare Service Performance (β = 0.462, p < 0.001) and partially mediated the relationship between Digital Health Competence and Healthcare Service Performance (β = 0.250, p < 0.001). In addition, Organizational Support significantly moderated the relationship between Digital Health Competence and Work Engagement (β = 0.217, p < 0.001). The structural model demonstrated substantial explanatory power (R² HSP = 0.683) and satisfactory predictive relevance. This study contributes theoretically by extending the application of JD-R Theory and RBV within the context of digital healthcare transformation in tertiary hospitals. The study proposes an integrated model demonstrating that digital competence functions not only as a technical capability but also as a strategic personal resource that enhances work engagement and healthcare service quality. Practically, the findings emphasize the importance of strengthening digital competency development, supportive organizational climates, and adaptive digital infrastructures to improve healthcare professionals’ performance and accelerate sustainable healthcare transformation in Saudi Arabia.

DIGITAL HEALTH COMPETENCE AND HEALTHCARE SERVICE PERFORMANCE AMONG HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS IN SAUDI ARABIA

Albeah, Ali Mohammed, Hasan, Hafizah Che
Abstract: Digital transformation in healthcare services has significantly changed how healthcare professionals deliver clinical care, particularly in technology-based tertiary hospitals. Digital Health Competence (DHC) has become… a crucial factor determining service effectiveness, clinical decision quality, and operational efficiency in modern healthcare organizations. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital health competence on healthcare service performance at King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC), Saudi Arabia, with work engagement as a mediating variable and organizational support as a moderating factor. This study employed a quantitative cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 312 healthcare professionals at KAMC selected through stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire ranging from 1 to 5 and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings revealed that digital health competence had a positive and significant effect on healthcare service performance (β = 0.412; p < 0.001). Digital competence also significantly influenced work engagement (β = 0.528; p < 0.001), while work engagement mediated the relationship between digital competence and healthcare service performance (β = 0.216; p < 0.001). Furthermore, organizational support strengthened the relationship between digital competence and work engagement. These findings indicate that digital competence not only improves service efficiency and quality but also functions as a psychological resource that enhances healthcare professionals’ motivation and dedication. Practically, the study provides important implications for hospitals in improving healthcare professionals’ digital competence through continuous training, the development of user-friendly digital systems, and adaptive organizational support.

Badjeber, Syahla, Tuli, Hartati, Aqmal, Ikhlas Ul
Abstract: This study aims to determine the Cost Structure in Determining Selling Prices using the Cost Plus Pricing method in the Depula Adzra food business in Gorontalo City. The type of research used in this study is a Quantitative… ive method with a Descriptive approach. The data used are primary data in the form of interviews, Observations and Documentation with the owner of the Depula Adzra business. The results of the study show that the calculation of selling prices using the cost plus pricing method shows a difference with the selling price set by the business. The selling price of goat kabuli rice according to Depula Adzra is IDR 1,000,000, while based on the cost plus pricing method it is obtained at IDR 1,269,055. Conversely, on the beef kabuli rice menu, the selling price according to Depula Adzra is IDR 800,000, while the calculation result of the cost plus pricing method is IDR 1,037,673. This difference shows that the determination of selling prices in the business is not entirely based on systematic cost calculations.

QUICK RATIO, DEBT TO ASSET RATIO, AND RETURN ON ASSETS DETERMINING FACTORS ON: FIRM VALUE (PBV)

Pratama, Mohamad Yudiansyah, Dama, Hais, Ishak, Idham Masri
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Return on Assets (ROA) on firm value as measured by Price to Book Value (PBV) in consumer non-cyclical sector companies listed on… the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021–2024 period. The consumer non-cyclical sector was selected because it consists of companies producing essential goods with relatively stable demand, making it an important sector in the national economy. This research employed a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 196 observations. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software, preceded by classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. The results show that partially, Quick Ratio has no significant effect on firm value, indicating that short-term liquidity is not the main consideration for investors in assessing company value. Debt to Asset Ratio also has no significant effect on firm value, meaning that the level of debt dependence does not directly determine market valuation. Meanwhile, Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect on firm value, indicating that profitability is the main factor influencing investor confidence and market value. Simultaneously, Quick Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Return on Assets have a significant effect on firm value. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.510 indicates that 51.0% of firm value variation can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 49.0% is explained by other factors outside this study.
