Abstract: This study aims to improve children's singing ability through the use of video-based learning in second-grade students at SDN 6 Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency. The research problem identified was the low singing ability of… students due to the lack of engaging learning media. Video-based learning was employed to help students understand pitch, rhythm, and lyrics, thereby enhancing their confidence, interest, and singing skills in music education. This study adopted a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design following the Kemmis and McTaggart spiral model, conducted in two cycles (Cycle I with two meetings and Cycle II with one meeting). The subjects were 21 second-grade students (9 males and 12 females). Data collection techniques included observation, tests (performance assessments), interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed descriptively to determine improvements in students' singing ability across four indicators: pitch accuracy, rhythmic accuracy, lyric mastery, and expression with self-confidence. The results showed that students' initial singing ability was low, with only 28% achieving the minimum mastery criterion (KKM). After implementing video-based learning, students' mastery increased to 43% in Cycle I Meeting I, 62% in Cycle I Meeting II, and 90% in Cycle II Meeting I. Teacher activity improved from 60% (adequate) to 96% (excellent), and student activity increased from 59% (adequate) to 96% (excellent). These findings demonstrate that video-based learning effectively improves children's singing ability, confidence, and active participation in music education at the elementary school level.

However, amidst modern market competition,… petition, this traditional craft business faces challenges in optimizing its marketing mix strategy. This study analyzes the implementation of the 7Ps marketing mix strategy in the Nur Azizah Songkok Recca Enterprise in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the enterprise has implemented the seven elements of the marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Product variety and artisan skills represent the main strengths of the business, while limited digital promotion, conventional payment systems, simple packaging, and a deteriorated business signboard remain key constraints. Susanto, Muh. Asra’ul Khairi, Astuty, Sri, Syafri, Muhammad, Andriani, Shadry, Bado, Basri
Abstract: Poverty remains one of the major development challenges in South Sulawesi, particularly in regencies with relatively high poverty rates. This study aims to examine the effects of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) growth,… owth, educational attainment, and the open unemployment rate on poverty across nine regencies in South Sulawesi during the 2016–2025 period. This research employed a quantitative approach using panel data obtained from the Statistics Indonesia. The research sample consisted of nine regencies that consistently recorded high poverty rates, namely Selayar Islands Regency, Jeneponto Regency, Pangkajene and Islands Regency, Bone Regency, Enrekang Regency, Luwu Regency, Tana Toraja Regency, North Luwu Regency, and North Toraja Regency. The analytical method applied was panel data regression using the Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM), with the optimal model selected through the Chow test and Hausman test. The findings reveal that GRDP growth has a negative effect on poverty, educational attainment has a negative and statistically significant effect on poverty, whereas the open unemployment rate has a positive effect on poverty. Simultaneously, GRDP growth, educational attainment, and the open unemployment rate significantly influence poverty in South Sulawesi. These findings suggest that poverty alleviation policies should prioritize equitable economic growth, improvements in educational quality, and the expansion of productive employment opportunities.

Maula, Farij, Sutomo, Setyawati, Amelia, Susantiningrum, Rahma, Adelia, Pratesa, Dimas Putri Mega, Mufidah, Eva
Abstract: In the era of competitive globalization, MSMEs face pressure to improve their performance to compete in the domestic and international markets. In Indonesia, MSMEs are expected to be the backbone of the economy towards a… Golden Indonesia 2045 and the achievement of the SDGs. However, the main challenges lie in the limited insight of business administration, entrepreneurship education that has not been integrated with practice, and lack of access to government support. This research examines the role of business administration, entrepreneurship education, and government support in encouraging MSMEs in Pasuruan to upgrade. The research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that most MSME actors do not understand the importance of business administration, such as the ownership of NIB and NPWP, which are the basic requirements for accessing government programs and market expansion. Although there is a gap between the theory obtained and the practice implementation in the field, entrepreneurship education shows a fairly good level. The results of this study can be a guide for entrepreneurship education providers to design applicable practice-based programs, as well as for the government in facilitating business administration and entrepreneurial assistance. This synergy is expected to encourage Pasuruan MSMEs to upgrade, contribute to Sustainable Development (SDGs), and support the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.
