Golden Indonesia 2045 and the achievement of the SDGs. However, the main challenges lie in the limited insight of business administration, entrepreneurship education that has not been integrated with practice, and lack of access to government support. This research examines the role of business administration, entrepreneurship education, and government support in encouraging MSMEs in Pasuruan to upgrade. The research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that most MSME actors do not understand the importance of business administration, such as the ownership of NIB and NPWP, which are the basic requirements for accessing government programs and market expansion. Although there is a gap between the theory obtained and the practice implementation in the field, entrepreneurship education shows a fairly good level. The results of this study can be a guide for entrepreneurship education providers to design applicable practice-based programs, as well as for the government in facilitating business administration and entrepreneurial assistance. This synergy is expected to encourage Pasuruan MSMEs to upgrade, contribute to Sustainable Development (SDGs), and support the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

Through social media observation, narrative interviews, and the tracing of urban locations featured in visual representation, the study finds that influencer marketing does not merely sell products—it also reproduces social hierarchies through aesthetic spatiality and the logic of visibility.
Yet, amid such exclusions, marginalized communities deploy diverse tactics of resistance, including visual reengineering, the use of alternative locations, and digital irony that disrupt dominant narratives. These findings suggest that digital identity is not passively consumed but actively negotiated through concrete and often unexpected spatial relations. Drawing on Lefebvre’s theory of the production of space, Urry’s concept of digital mobilities, and Gandy’s politics of infrastructure, the study shows how cities and digital spaces co-constitute a contested symbolic terrain.
The article’s main contribution lies in advancing a Global South perspective, where digital technologies and aesthetics are practiced contextually and do not always conform to the logics of global capitalism. This research underscores that urban—and digital—space is not solely produced from above, but also from below, through the everyday agency of ordinary citizens.

Field findings reveal that residents engage in various forms of micro-resistance—such as adjusting selling hours, utilizing interstitial moments in urban space, and cultivating social rhythms that diverge from technocratic logics. Within temporalities not governed by state or capital, urban spaces are collectively reproduced from below, positioning spatial production as a bottom-up process rather than a top-down imposition.
The study contributes theoretically by advancing Lefebvre’s rhythmanalysis, Urry’s notion of differential mobility, and Gandy’s political ecology of infrastructure within the context of Global South cities. By foregrounding time as a critical analytical lens, the research expands our understanding of how power operates temporally in urban life, and how residents negotiate this power through their everyday rhythms.
Ultimately, this research offers a new perspective for interpreting urban dynamics—not only through spatiality but also through socially produced temporalities.

This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the important role of Information Technology education in improving the quality of education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in its implementation. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study to gather and analyze various relevant sources related to this topic. The data obtained indicate that despite significant challenges, such as the lack of adequate infrastructure and the readiness of educators to use technology, the implementation of IT in education has a significant positive impact on the quality of learning. The implementation of IT opens up great opportunities, particularly in terms of learning accessibility, which can be accessed by anyone, anytime, and anywhere. Technology also provides flexibility in teaching methods, both online and offline, allowing students to learn according to their needs and abilities. Prior to the program, local MSME actors faced several challenges, including limited digital literacy, a lack of understanding of online marketing strategies, and minimal utilization of social media as a promotional tool, resulting in restricted market reach. The program adopts an educational and participatory approach, combining community-based learning, interactive discussions, and consultation sessions facilitated by lecturers and students from the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University. The findings indicate strong enthusiasm among MSME participants and an improved understanding of how digitalization can expand market access. Participants have begun to utilize social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to promote their products. Overall, this initiative contributes to advancing digital literacy and technology-based marketing skills among rural MSMEs, thereby fostering inclusive and sustainable local economic growth.

Abstrak: Inisiatif pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan digital Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Permata Baru, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, melalui penerapan sistem informasi dan strategi promosi digital. Sebelum program ini dilaksanakan, para pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala, seperti terbatasnya literasi digital, kurangnya pemahaman mengenai strategi pemasaran daring, serta minimnya pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi sehingga jangkauan pasar mereka relatif sempit. Program ini mengadopsi pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, yang menggabungkan pembelajaran komunitas, diskusi interaktif, dan sesi konsultasi yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dari Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Sriwijaya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa peserta UMKM menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi dan peningkatan pemahaman tentang bagaimana digitalisasi dapat memperluas akses pasar. Mereka telah mulai memanfaatkan platform media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan TikTok untuk promosi produk. This Community Service Activity (PkM) aims to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in a specially designed digital education platform to enhance the appeal and effectiveness of agrotourism promotions. Key features developed include an educational chatbot, AI-based virtual tours, a content recommendation system, and visitor data analysis. The activity was carried out through stages including identifying partner needs, digital literacy training, prototype development, and guidance on using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. The results of the activity demonstrate that the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) can enhance creativity, promotional efficiency, and public interest in local agrotourism. Thus, the synergy between technology and local potential emerges as a highly effective strategy for advancing sustainable agriculture-based tourism.

Namun, masih banyak pelaku agrowisata khususnya BUMDES dan Pengelola agrowisata menghadapi kendala dalam promosi dan penyampaian informasi yang menarik dan edukatif. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam sebuah platform edukasi digital yang dirancang khusus untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan efektivitas promosi pada agrowisata. Beberapa fitur utama yang dikembangkan meliputi chatbot edukatif, tur virtual berbasis AI, sistem rekomendasi konten, dan analisis data pengunjung. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan literasi digital, pengembangan prototipe, dan pendampingan penggunaan platform media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, Twitter dan Youtobe. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Artificial Intellegent (AI) dapat meningkatkan Kreaktivitas, efisiensi promosi, serta minat masyarakat terhadap agrowisata lokal. Dengan demikian, sinergi antara teknologi dan potensi lokal menjadi strategi yang sangat efektif dalam memajukan pariwisata berbasis pertanian secara berkelanjutan.

al violence from students’ parents, which undermine their dignity and safety in the educational environment. This study addresses the problem of how legal frameworks provide protection for teachers and whether existing regulations adequately ensure their rights and security. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for teachers under the Criminal Code, Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, and Ministerial Regulations concerning teacher protection. The study employs a normative juridical method with a statute, conceptual, and case approach, relying on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, analyzed through qualitative interpretation and juridical argumentation. The results indicate that although legal instruments exist, their implementation remains weak due to the absence of technical regulations, limited institutional coordination, and insufficient support systems for teachers at the school level. The study concludes that derivative regulations and integrated mechanisms are essential for ensuring effective protection. It recommends strengthening inter-agency coordination, establishing school-level protection units, and enhancing teachers’ legal literacy.
