The contribution of MSMEs is not only felt in the absorption of labor and income of the local community, but also supports the tourism sector through souvenir products and services related to tourist destinations such as Bantimurung Tourism Park and Rammang-rammang Kart Area to support more sustainable growth, access to business legality and ease in the licensing process are crucial factors that need to be considered. Data collection for this study was carried out from December 1, 2025 to December 24, 2025. are still many teachers who have difficulties in understanding and compiling teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improving the quality of learning in the vocational school environment.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate drug management at the Camba Community Health Center UPTD so that it can be used as a reference material to improve the quality of drug management. This type of research is a non-experimental descriptive-observational study. The data used are data in the form of reports and documents on drug management at the community health center. The research instrument used an observation sheet with the references used being the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 74 of 2016 and the Indonesian Ministry of Health 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Service Standards in CHCs. The results of the study indicate that drug management at the Camba Community Health Center UPTD is based on the Indonesian Minister of Health Regulation No. 74 of 2016 and the Indonesian Ministry of Health 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Service Standards at CHCs in the planning aspect are included in the good category with a percentage value of 100%, the request aspect is 100% in the good category, the receipt aspect is 100% in the good category, the storage aspect is 87.5% in the good category, the distribution aspect is 66.7% in the sufficient category, the destruction and withdrawal aspect is 100% in the good category, the control aspect is 100% in the good category, the recording and reporting aspect is 100% in the good category. So it can be concluded that drug management at the Camba Community Health Center UPTD in 2024 has met the standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.

udy adopts a descriptive qualitative method using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis (AWK) as the main framework. Data is collected through documentation and recording of news texts from relevant online media. Data analysis was carried out sequentially covering Fairclough's three dimensions: microstructural analysis (word choice, sentence structure, rhetorical strategy), mesostructural analysis (the practice of production and distribution of news texts), and macrostructural analysis (social and ideological relationships that underlie discourse). The results of this study reveal the complex representation of inequality in access to education through critical discourse analysis (AWK) on the news "Former Chicken Cage Becomes School" with the Norman Fairclough approach. Microstructurally, word choice and sentence structure build a narrative of struggle and implicit criticism of the system. At the mesostructural level, local MATAMAROS.COM strategic media frame this issue as an urgent social issue, including publication during National Education Day 2025 to maximize impact. Macrostructurally, the news reflects structural inequality due to geographical/economic marginalization, reinforces the ideology of "unsung heroes," and highlights the power imbalance. ian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi dan eksplorasi terhadap implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Maros Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran dan penelaahan terhadap substansi materi Peraturan Daerah, peraturan pelaksanaan, serta penelusuran dan penelaahan terhadap data statistik tarkait indikator penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Maros. Hasil pengumpulan data dianalisis secara normatif kemudian disajikan secara sistematis untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat efektivitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Maros berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Maros Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Maros Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan, belum efektif. Hal tersebut disebabkan adanya 16 dari 18 pendelegasikan tindak lanjut Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Maros Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan baik berupa Peraturan Bupati maupun Keputusan Bupati yang belum dilaksanakan serta adanya ketentuan dalam Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Maros Nomor 14 Tahun 2016 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu terdapat 10 dari 22 indikator penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan bidang pendidikan yang belum mencapai target RPJMD berdasarkan perhitungan persentase capaian akumulatif tahun 2021 sampai dengan 2023.

Anthropological analysis reveals that while ecotourism provides alternative livelihoods and fosters local pride, it also introduces challenges regarding cultural commodification, shifts in communal values, and spatial contestation. The findings indicate that the local community exercises significant agency by integrating their ancestral kinship networks (siri’ na pacce) into modern tourism management. Namun, hasil wawancara dengan bagian HR Bosowa Transportation mengidentifikasi adanya tantangan terkait kualitas pelayanan yang dipicu oleh kurangnya komunikasi antar divisi, kerja sama, dan sikap profesionalisme karyawan. Untuk merespons kebutuhan ini, diselenggarakan program psikoedukasi mengenai Service Excellence. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara luring di PT Mallomo Trucking pada 27 November 2025 , melibatkan 15 orang karyawan. Materi psikoedukasi dirancang untuk memperkuat komunikasi internal dan eksternal, membangun kepercayaan tim, serta menanamkan pemahaman mendalam tentang Service Excellence. Hasil evaluasi pasca kegiatan menunjukkan respons yang sangat positif. Peserta menilai dan menyatakan Sangat Puas 38% dan sisanya merasa Puas 62% terhadap penyelenggaraan kegiatan. 54% peserta menilai materi yang dibahas Sesuai dan 46% Sangat Sesuai dengan tuntutan pekerjaan mereka. Peserta menunjukkan tingkat Paham 54% hingga Sangat Paham 46% terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Selain itu, peserta juga menilai penjelasan pemateri Jelas 46% dan 54% Sangat Jelas. Oleh karena itu, psikoedukasi ini dinilai efektif dalam membangun fondasi pengetahuan yang kuat, yang diharapkan mampu mendorong peningkatan sikap profesionalisme dan kualitas Service Excellence PT Mallomo secara menyeluruh.

Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan keterlibatan warga dalam aktivitas kolektif serta terbangunnya rasa kebersamaan antaranggota komunitas. Guru-guru mulai mengimplementasikan teknik mendongeng dalam pembelajaran dan memberikan dukungan emosional yang lebih empatik kepada siswa. Selain itu, kegiatan lomba Islami berhasil menggalang partisipasi aktif dari berbagai elemen masyarakat dan menumbuhkan semangat gotong royong. Program ini juga memperlihatkan peran penting mahasiswa magang dalam menjembatani komunikasi dan kolaborasi antara institusi, organisasi, dan warga desa. rt of the community in the BEF area requires an understanding of the benefits of the forest and community empowerment through community service activities. One effort to understand is how to enrich bee feed which integrates meliponiculture and agricultural crop cultivation with agroforestry patterns. The implementation of this activity starts with preparation by entering into agreements with the service team with partners, conducting workshops, distributing plant seeds as a source of nectar and pollen feed. The knowledge of partner group members can increase after attending the workshop from the pre test and post test analysis. Assistance is provided through direct visits to the location of meliponiculture and planting of nectar and pollen source plants.

Abstrak: Potensi pengembangan budidaya lebah trigona di dalam dan sekitar Hutan Pendidikan Bengo-Bengo (HPB) Unhas dapat menjadi usaha alternatif dari sumber daya hutan bukan kayu. Keterlanjuran sebahagian masyarakat berada dalam kawasan HPB mengharuskan perlu diberi pemahaman manfaat hutan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Salah satu upaya pemahaman adalah bagaimana pengayaan pakan lebah yang mengintegrasikan budidaya lebah madu trigona dan budidaya tanaman pertanian dengan pola agroforestri. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dimulai dari persiapan dengan melakukan kesepakatan tim pengabdian dengan mitra, pelaksanaan workshop, pembagian bibit tanaman sebagai sumber pakan nektar dan polen. Pengetahuan anggota kelompok mitra dapat meningkat setelah mengikuti workshop dari analisis tes awal dan akhir. Pendampingan dilakukan melalui kunjungan langsung ke lokasi meliponikultur dan penanaman tanaman sumber nektar dan polen.

Employing a qualitative research method with a distinct anthropological approach, data were gathered through participant observation and in-depth interviews with key informants. The findings reveal that the execution of Tudang Sipulung in Marannu Village is not merely a ceremonial ritual but a structured forum for collective decision-making. This procession involves a synergy between traditional leaders, village government officials, agricultural extension workers, and the farming community, particularly in preparation for the rice planting season. The primary agenda includes determining planting schedules, selecting seed varieties, and managing irrigation systems to minimize the risk of crop failure. Anthropologically, this tradition serves as a medium for social integration, bridging local wisdom with technical government policies. This study concludes that the sustainability of Tudang Sipulung is a crucial factor in maintaining food security and social harmony within the Marannu Village community.
