s, and documentation, this study identified three main problems that hinder the success of group learning: gender differences affecting group formation, difficulty ensuring the active participation of each member, and relatively long time for group management. The results of the study indicate that these problems cause group learning to be less effective and have an impact on the decline in students' English skills. Therefore, strategies such as forming inclusive groups, clear division of tasks, the use of participatory observation instruments, the utilization of technology, and the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning approach are recommended to improve the effectiveness of group learning and students' English skills. This study provides an important contribution to developing English teaching methods at the elementary school level by considering social aspects and more effective classroom management.

The method used is Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), which includes the stage of observing local potential, a motivational workshop, and mentoring in developing a simple business model. The results of the activity showed a 90% increase in student understanding in identifying business opportunities based on regional potential. In addition, a student business startup group was formed that was able to design innovative product value propositions. The conclusion of this community service is that the motivational workshop is effective in changing the mindset of students from job seekers to business opportunity creators by leveraging regional comparative advantages.

Buntu Kunyi Village has a relatively high level of vulnerability to disasters such as landslides and floods, thus requiring a systematic and sustainable empowerment approach. This KKN program applied the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, which emphasizes the utilization of local potential and community participation. The stages implemented included discovery, design, define, and reflection, resulting in village asset mapping, needs-based program planning, and a comprehensive evaluation of program implementation. Three main programs were carried out: the preparation of evacuation maps, the development of disaster education modules, and the documentation of environmental action activities. The results of the program showed a significant increase in disaster literacy, community preparedness, and citizen participation in environmental conservation as a form of adaptation to climate change. Overall, this KKN program contributed to strengthening the resilience of Buntu Kunyi Village through collaboration between students and the community in building independent and sustainable disaster risk mitigation.

ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the community empowerment management function through the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Buana Mekar Baleendah using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management approach. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with the research location at PKBM Buana Mekar, Bandung Regency. The research subjects consisted of PKBM managers, tutors, and Package C learners. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the planning function has been carried out through identifying community needs and preparing flexible learning programs. The organizing function is seen from the division of tutor tasks and a clear organizational structure. The implementation function is carried out through andragogy-based learning with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and skills practice methods. Meanwhile, the supervisory function is carried out through learning evaluation, attendance monitoring, andsupervision of skills practice. Although the program's implementation has been quite successful, several obstacles remain, such as limited digital learning media, unstable student attendance rates, and suboptimal utilization of practical facilities. Stunting is a growth and development disorder characterized by a child's height that is not appropriate for their age. This study aims to analyze the performance of the family support team in an effort to reduce the incidence of stunting and the factors that influence the performance of the family support team. This study uses a qualitative method using a purposive sampling technique with 38 informants, through interviews, focus group discussions, observations and document reviews. The results of the study revealed that the indicators of the quality and quantity of TPK work in West Sumatra Province that were not in accordance with expectations were neatness, success capability, speed, work results, facilities and infrastructure and coordination between agencies where reports were not in accordance with the existing family system data in the BKKBN application caused by the lack of TPK knowledge in using the elsimil application and four indicators of the national sensitive intervention program were not achieved from the predetermined targets and the increase in stunting cases. Factors that influence TPK performance are the support and commitment of the government and the community, the existence of programs that have a direct impact on the community and, socialization that changes community behavior to care about stunting prevention programs, strengthening the competence of TPK cadres, strengthening convergence and multi-stakeholder involvement, integrated monitoring and evaluation and utilization of stunting risk family data in handling stunting cases.

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with content analysis of selected stories texts, namely 9 out of 30 Dongeng Sebelum Tidur untuk Anak Muslim (Bedtime Stories for Muslim Children) by Kidh Hidayat and MB. Rahimsyah. The analysis focuses on aesthetic aspects such as narrative structure and style of language as well as Islamic ethical aspects such as moral values of honesty, empathy, and responsibility. The results of the study indicate that the stories present an aesthetically pleasing narrative with communicative language, effectively capturing children's attention while facilitating understanding of the moral messages. Islamic ethical values are implicitly embedded in the plot and characters, making them an effective medium for character education. This study recommends the utilization of Islamic stories as religious literacy materials to support values-based learning in elementary schools.
