leadership on sustainable performance through the mediating role of employee agility within the context of human capital development. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using survey data collected from employees involved in digital transformation initiatives. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess the direct and indirect relationships among the proposed constructs. The findings indicate that digital leadership significantly enhances employee agility by fostering adaptability, continuous learning, and responsiveness to technological change. Employee agility was found to have a strong positive effect on sustainable performance, suggesting that agile employees contribute substantially to organizational resilience, innovation capability, and long-term effectiveness. Furthermore, employee agility partially mediates the relationship between digital leadership and sustainable performance, demonstrating that the influence of leadership on sustainability outcomes operates largely through workforce adaptability. These results highlight the critical role of human capital development in digital transformation and provide empirical evidence that sustainable organizational performance can be achieved when digital leadership is effectively translated into agile employee behavior. The study contributes to the growing literature on digital transformation and human resource management by offering an integrated framework that links leadership, employee capabilities, and sustainability-oriented organizational outcomes.

This study addresses the gap by developing a governance-centered structural equation model that links sustainable industrialization, sustainable remediation, circular supply chain governance, and food-security outcomes. Using the available 455-response dataset, the empirical test operationalizes industrialization intensity (IND) as a proxy for sustainable industrialization, digital-institutional capability (DIC) as a proxy for circular governance capability, and social-economic resilience (SER) as a proxy for food-system security. Confirmatory factor analysis supports the measurement model: standardized loadings range from .778 to .849 for IND, .804 to .835 for DIC, and .800 to .843 for SER; CR values range from .901 to .914; AVE ranges from .646 to .681; and model fit is acceptable (chi-square/df = 2.108, CFI = .961, TLI = .951, RMSEA = .049, SRMR = .038). The SEM results show that IND significantly predicts DIC (beta = .537, p < .001), DIC predicts SER (beta = .424, p < .001), and IND retains a direct effect on SER (beta = .337, p < .001). The indirect effect is significant (beta = .228, 95% CI [.178, .282]). The article contributes a cautious, data-grounded framework for analyzing food security as a governance-mediated outcome of low-carbon industrial transition.

This research aims to identify, evaluate, and systematically synthesize empirical and conceptual findings related to the role of human capital in increasing the productivity and growth of MSMEs. This study examines the role of human capital in increasing productivity and growth for MSMEs using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. A total of 30 indexed and peer-reviewed scientific articles published in the period 2020 to 2026 were systematically analyzed by following the PRISMA guidelines. This study focuses on four main human capital instruments, namely Resource Based View, Dynamic Capability, and Value Co-Creation as fundamental elements in increasing productivity and growth for MSMEs. The results of the synthesis show that most of the studies identified a positive relationship around 80% of the studies analyzed identified a positive relationship between the application of human capital in increasing productivity and growth of MSMEs, both directly and through the role of mediation and moderation variables. The research employed a quantitative explanatory design with structural model analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected through an online questionnaire (Google Form). The population consisted of 1,556 women entrepreneurs who own Micro and Small Industry (MSI) units in the food subsector, with 359 respondents selected using proportionate allocation sampling and located in Tasikmalaya, Sukabumi, Bogor, and Bandung. The findings indicate that the level of digital technology adoption among women entrepreneurs is in the very high category, while business resilience, women’s empowerment, and financial literacy are in the high category with potential for further improvement. Digital technology adoption has a positive effect on business resilience and women’s empowerment, implying that higher levels of technology adoption are associated with stronger business resilience and greater women’s empowerment. Women’s empowerment also positively affects business resilience and mediates the relationship between digital technology adoption and business resilience. In addition, higher financial literacy strengthens the effect of digital technology adoption on business resilience, thus functioning as an enhancing moderator in this relationship. The results imply that strengthening business resilience among women entrepreneurs can be achieved by enhancing digital technology–based resources and strategies, integrated with women’s empowerment as a mediating mechanism and financial literacy as a moderating capability for the strategic use of digital technology. Practically, the findings underscore the importance of advanced training programs and an integrated digital ecosystem to reinforce digital technology adoption, women’s empowerment, and financial literacy, while simultaneously building a collaborative ecosystem and continuous interventions focused on sustainable business resilience.

The results demonstrate that AI integration significantly accelerated service, with chatbots handling 65–70% of routine queries and drastically reducing response times. Operationally, these improvements fostered high employee acceptance (TAM). Strategically, the AI-Powered CRM generated refined predictive analytics, resulting in a 12–18% improvement in campaign conversion rates and efficient resource allocation, confirming that AI creates a valuable and difficult-to-imitate strategic capability (RBV). The study concludes that AI-Powered CRM is a critical enabler for both operational efficiency and long-term strategic competitiveness in digital markets.

The rapid growth of digital wallet usage has generated a large volume of user reviews that can be utilized to evaluate service quality. This study aims to improve the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification using a Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach that combines Support Vector Machine (SVM), Multinomial Naïve Bayes (MNB), and AdaBoost with Logistic Regression as the meta-learner. User reviews were processed through text preprocessing stages, including case folding, text cleaning, tokenization, stopword removal, stemming, and TF-IDF feature weighting. Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was employed to address class imbalance, while model performance was evaluated using 5-Fold Cross-Validation. The experimental results show that the proposed Stacking Ensemble model achieved an average accuracy of 80.55%, outperforming the individual base learners. Furthermore, evaluations based on the Confusion Matrix, Classification Report, and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve demonstrated improvements in precision, recall, F1-score, and the model's discriminative capability. These findings indicate that the proposed Stacking Ensemble Machine Learning approach is effective in improving the accuracy of digital wallet user sentiment classification and can serve as a reliable tool for supporting service quality evaluation based on user opinions.

Stunting is a growth and development disorder characterized by a child's height that is not appropriate for their age. This study aims to analyze the performance of the family support team in an effort to reduce the incidence of stunting and the factors that influence the performance of the family support team. This study uses a qualitative method using a purposive sampling technique with 38 informants, through interviews, focus group discussions, observations and document reviews. The results of the study revealed that the indicators of the quality and quantity of TPK work in West Sumatra Province that were not in accordance with expectations were neatness, success capability, speed, work results, facilities and infrastructure and coordination between agencies where reports were not in accordance with the existing family system data in the BKKBN application caused by the lack of TPK knowledge in using the elsimil application and four indicators of the national sensitive intervention program were not achieved from the predetermined targets and the increase in stunting cases. Factors that influence TPK performance are the support and commitment of the government and the community, the existence of programs that have a direct impact on the community and, socialization that changes community behavior to care about stunting prevention programs, strengthening the competence of TPK cadres, strengthening convergence and multi-stakeholder involvement, integrated monitoring and evaluation and utilization of stunting risk family data in handling stunting cases.

The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis tools and tree analysis. The theory used in this research is human capital. The results showed that the strategies used for HR development with a human capital approach are (1) Improving the quality of education and training of soldiers through evaluation and inclusive curriculum development. (2) Utilizing good education and training to improve soldiers' capabilities through an integrated and sustainable human capital approach. (3) Improving the professionalism of soldiers through merit-based personnel management system reform. (4) Improving soldiers' welfare by providing access to specialized higher education through the Defense University. (5) Improving transparency and efficiency through information and communication technology, keeping soldiers' focus on the main task of defense. By adopting a human capital approach, the Army is expected to improve the quality and capability of soldiers, so that they are ready to face future challenges and support the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.
