PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK ENTREPRENEURIAL DAN STRATEGI INOVASI BISNIS TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN USAHA MIKRO GENERASI Z DI KOTA BANDUNG

Abstract: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena tingginya antusiasme berwirausaha di kalangan Generasi Z di Kota Bandung yang tidak diimbangi dengan kemampuan mempertahankan usaha, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh penurunan jumlah… mlah usaha mikro dari 193.284 unit pada tahun 2022 menjadi 187.355 unit pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik entrepreneurial dan strategi inovasi bisnis terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro Generasi Z di Kota Bandung, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelaku usaha mikro Generasi Z di Kota Bandung, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring menggunakan Google Forms, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik entrepreneurial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,387 (Sig. = 0,020) dan koefisien regresi 0,206. Strategi inovasi bisnis juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 5,613 (Sig. = 0,000) dan koefisien regresi 0,473. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 39,721 (Sig. = 0,000) dan kontribusi (Adjusted R Square) sebesar 43,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 56,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi inovasi bisnis memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan karakteristik entrepreneurial terhadap keberhasilan usaha mikro Generasi Z di Kota Bandung.

Abstract: The current study addresses the impact of entrepreneurial orientation, innovation capability, market orientation, and networking capability on business sustainability in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The contribution… ion of SMEs to economic development is important; however, sustainability in these entities can be threatened by resource scarcity and rapidly changing environments in markets. The current study adopts a quantitative approach that entails data collection using a structured questionnaire targeting owners and managers in SMEs. The collected data were analyzed through statistical methods to analyze the relationship among study variables. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial orientation, innovation capability, market orientation, and networking capability are positive and influential factors in improving business sustainability in SMEs. Market orientation and innovation capability have higher influences on sustainability in SMEs than other factors since customer-centric approaches and innovation have playing crucial roles in ensuring sustainability in business operations for these entities. This study is an important addition to existing theories since this research adopts an integrated approach within strategic capabilities for improved adaptability and sustainability of SMEs in competitive markets

The Role of Entrepreneurship Courses in Shaping Students' Business Character and Interests in the Digital Era (Case Study of STIMI YAPMI Makassar Students Class of 2023)

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the role of the Entrepreneurship Course (MK) in shaping entrepreneurial character and fostering business interest in STIMI YAPMI Makassar Class of 2023 students in the midst of the challenges… s of the digital era. The research method used was qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires of 30 respondents. The results of the study show that MK Entrepreneurship makes a significant contribution (90%) in increasing self-efficacy and student courage in taking business risks. In the context of interest, as many as 83% of respondents stated that they were interested in building a digital-based business, especially through social commerce platforms  and  digital resellers. However, the main obstacles found are limited financial capital and the need for technical assistance related to advanced digital marketing. In conclusion, entrepreneurship education at STIMI YAPMI Makassar has succeeded in building a strong character foundation, but it is necessary to strengthen the business incubation aspect so that students' interests can be realized into sustainable business units.

Digital Entrepreneurial Mindset Development: Strategies to Increase the Economic Competitiveness of Indonesia's Gen Z in the E-Commerce Era

Abstract: This systematic literature review (SLR) article discusses the role of e-commerce education to increase the economic growth of generation z (Gen Z) in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine aspects of e-commerce… erce education to support the economic growth of Gen Z in Indonesia. E-commerce education is understood as a place to form the right self-potential to improve Gen Z's digital skills. The method of writing a systematic literature review (SLR) article is a library research method sourced from the Scopus database. The results of this literature review study found that e-commerce education integrated with industry can create Gen Z who have skills in managing digital technology, creativity, and are able to adapt according to the job market. The implications of this study are to encourage the government, academics, and industry players to assist Gen Z through e-commerce education so that their potential becomes a source of economic growth in Indonesia in the future.

Strategy for Human Capital Development in The Entrepreneurial Environment in The Digital Era

This study explores strategies for human capital development within digital entrepreneurial environments,… ments, focusing on digital skills training, collaborative learning, and flexible work arrangements. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and document analysis. The findings indicate that entrepreneurs who adopt digital-based human capital development strategies experience improvements in workforce skills, innovation, and business productivity. However, challenges such as limited resources, resistance to change, and digital literacy gaps remain significant barriers, particularly for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This study highlights the role of leadership and digital platforms as solutions to overcome these obstacles. The findings provide valuable insights for business practitioners and policymakers in designing more effective and sustainable human capital development strategies in the digital age.

The Role of Business Administration and Entrepreneurship Education, with Government Support, in Advancing MSME Efforts Towards Achieving the SDGs

Abstract: In the era of competitive globalization, MSMEs face pressure to improve their performance to compete in the domestic and international markets. In Indonesia, MSMEs are expected to be the backbone of the economy towards a… Golden Indonesia 2045 and the achievement of the SDGs. However, the main challenges lie in the limited insight of business administration, entrepreneurship education that has not been integrated with practice, and lack of access to government support. This research examines the role of business administration, entrepreneurship education, and government support in encouraging MSMEs in Pasuruan to upgrade. The research uses a qualitative method with a thematic analysis approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations. Data triangulation was carried out to ensure the validity of the findings. The results show that most MSME actors do not understand the importance of business administration, such as the ownership of NIB and NPWP, which are the basic requirements for accessing government programs and market expansion. Although there is a gap between the theory obtained and the practice implementation in the field, entrepreneurship education shows a fairly good level. The results of this study can be a guide for entrepreneurship education providers to design applicable practice-based programs, as well as for the government in facilitating business administration and entrepreneurial assistance. This synergy is expected to encourage Pasuruan MSMEs to upgrade, contribute to Sustainable Development (SDGs), and support the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045.

Digital Literacy-Based Entrepreneurial Education Strategies For Individuals With Disabilities in Mojokerto To Support SDGS on Social and Economic Inclusion

Abstract: Individuals with disabilities are often marginalized in accessing entrepreneurship education, limiting their economic opportunities. Digital literacy offers a solution to create entrepreneurial opportunities, aligning with… th technological advancements that promote social and economic inclusion. This study explores the development of digital literacy-based entrepreneurship education strategies for individuals with disabilities in Mojokerto. The innovation of this research lies in its integration of digital literacy with entrepreneurship education, a relatively underexplored approach. The study addresses the urgent need to increase participation of individuals with disabilities in the digital economy, in line with SDGs 8 and 10. Using a qualitative approach, the study conducted in-depth interviews and observations with individuals with disabilities and instructors. Findings show that digital literacy enhances participants' ability to engage in digital markets, understand online marketing, and use technology for business management. Participants reported greater self-confidence and the ability to start their own businesses after completing the program. The study underscores the need for a technology-based entrepreneurship curriculum and digital literacy training, to provide more inclusive and empowering opportunities for individuals with disabilities, supporting SDGs on social and economic inclusion

Analysis of Entrepreneurship Education and Training On Entrepreneurial Motives

Abstract: This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurship education and training affect entrepreneurial motives in vocational school students in Mojokerto City. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this study explores… lores students' experiences, perceptions, and views regarding the learning process and entrepreneurship training they receive. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis from several vocational schools that were the subject of the research. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on students' mindset and attitude towards entrepreneurship, especially in building confidence and courage to start a business. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship training provides students with hands-on experience in developing practical skills relevant to the business world. Supporting factors such as teacher involvement, training facilities, and school support play an important role in maximizing the impact of education and training. This study concludes that integrated entrepreneurship education and training can encourage students to have a stronger entrepreneurial motive. As a recommendation, it is necessary to develop a more applicable and local potential-based entrepreneurship learning model to increase its relevance and effectiveness.

The Influence of Social Capital, Social Institutions and Local Potential Moderated By Entrepreneurial Spirit on The Success of The Business

Abstract: This study intends to investigate the impact of social capital, social institutions, and local potential on the success of KUBE start-ups, as regulated by an entrepreneurial mindset. This study's population consists of VCO… CO business players who belong to joint business organizations. The sample consisted of 200 respondents chosen using the approach of purposive sampling. The data utilized are both original data collected from respondents via questionnaires and secondary data. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS application to handle data. According to the findings of this study, Social Capital and Social Institutions have little effect on the success of KUBE Start Up. Meanwhile, Local Potential and Entrepreneurial Spirit have a substantial beneficial impact on KUBE Start Up's success. Entrepreneur Spirit does not mitigate the influence of Social Capital, Social Institutions, and Local Potential on KUBE Startup's success.

PENERAPAN MESIN PEMBUATAN PEMBERSIH RAMAH LINGKUNGAN BERBAHAN DASAR BUNGA MAWAR SERTA PENENTUAN BIAYA PRODUKSI SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF PENGHASILAN BAGI PONDOK PESANTREN DAARUS SUNNAH RANGKAS BITUNG

Abstract: This community service program aims to empower Pondok Pesantren Daarus Sunnah Rangkas Bitung through the application of technology for producing environmentally friendly cleaners made from rose extract. This activity was… implemented in response to the needs of the pesantren's laundry unit serving approximately 300 students, as well as to provide entrepreneurial training for teachers and students. The method used is Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR) with direct training and continuous mentoring approaches. Activities include socialization, product manufacturing training, hands-on practice, and production and marketing assistance. The results show a significant increase in participants' knowledge and skills in producing environmentally friendly cleaners. The products have been used in the pesantren's laundry unit and have potential to be marketed to the wider community. This program contributes to improving teachers' welfare through alternative income sources and equips students with entrepreneurial skills. Program outputs include publications in mass media, documentation videos on YouTube, and journal articles under review. This activity aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly goal 8 (inclusive economic growth) and goal 12 (responsible consumption and production).
