nalyze the application of the full costing method by integrating Expected Spoilage Cost into the COGS calculation at Siomay Kang Dani MSME and evaluate its impact on business profitability. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a single case study method. Data were obtained through interviews, direct observation, and documentation related to production costs and the number of unsold products. The results show that the conventional COGS of Rp7,665 per portion increased to Rp8,975 per portion after incorporating the Expected Spoilage Cost of Rp591,240 per month. The integration of spoilage costs results in a more realistic cost calculation because it considers losses due to leftover products. A sensitivity analysis also shows that increasing spoilage levels leads to an increase in COGS and a decrease in profit margins. This study suggests that the application of a modified COGS can help MSMEs set selling prices and manage profitability more accurately

This study explores the development of digital literacy-based entrepreneurship education strategies for individuals with disabilities in Mojokerto. The innovation of this research lies in its integration of digital literacy with entrepreneurship education, a relatively underexplored approach. The study addresses the urgent need to increase participation of individuals with disabilities in the digital economy, in line with SDGs 8 and 10. Using a qualitative approach, the study conducted in-depth interviews and observations with individuals with disabilities and instructors. Findings show that digital literacy enhances participants' ability to engage in digital markets, understand online marketing, and use technology for business management. Participants reported greater self-confidence and the ability to start their own businesses after completing the program. The study underscores the need for a technology-based entrepreneurship curriculum and digital literacy training, to provide more inclusive and empowering opportunities for individuals with disabilities, supporting SDGs on social and economic inclusion

lores students' experiences, perceptions, and views regarding the learning process and entrepreneurship training they receive. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis from several vocational schools that were the subject of the research. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on students' mindset and attitude towards entrepreneurship, especially in building confidence and courage to start a business. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship training provides students with hands-on experience in developing practical skills relevant to the business world. Supporting factors such as teacher involvement, training facilities, and school support play an important role in maximizing the impact of education and training. This study concludes that integrated entrepreneurship education and training can encourage students to have a stronger entrepreneurial motive. As a recommendation, it is necessary to develop a more applicable and local potential-based entrepreneurship learning model to increase its relevance and effectiveness.

study is marketing communication, while the dependent variable is the patient decision, and brand equity is a variable mediator between marketing communication and patient decision. The sample of this research were BPJS patients at RSI Hasanah Mojokerto from March to May 2025 who have finished the services of obstetric and gynecological, both outpatient and inpatient. A total of 52 respondents were obtained as samples in this research. This study uses an explanatory survey research design, which involves searching and collecting primary data by directly asking questions to respondents and analyzing the effects among variables to prove the hypothesis. Data analysis using path analysis with SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that the original sample value of the direct relationship between marketing communication and patient decision is +0.101 with a P-value of 0.226. Meanwhile, the original sample values when mediated by brand equity as the mediator variable between marketing communication and patient decision are +0.680 and +0.762 with a P-value of 0.000 at a significance level of 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that brand equity can act as a mediator between marketing communication and patient decision. With good marketing communication, the brand equity of the Hospital will increase, thereby improving patients' decision choosing obstetric and gynecological services at RSI Hasanah Mojokerto.

Program ini mencakup serangkaian tahap pelatihan, mulai dari pengambilan foto dan video produk, pengenalan dan pembuatan akun shopee, pemanfaatan fitur promosi dan analitik penjualan dan monitoring serta pendampingan peserta. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan peserta dalam menghasilkan foto dan video berkualitas untuk pemasaran produk. Sebanyak 85% peserta berhasil memahami teknik dasar fotografi dan videografi produk. Selain itu, pelatihan pemanfaatan fitur analitik penjualan Shopee memungkinkan peserta memahami perilaku konsumen, waktu pembelian optimal, dan strategi promosi berbasis data, yang dampaknya meningkatkan performa toko. Program ini berhasil memberikan dampak langsung terhadap daya saing UMKM, termasuk peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen dan penjualan produk. This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.

Penelitian pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas SDM UMKM di Desa Bakalan Gondang, Mojokerto, melalui pelatihan social media marketing dan manajemen produksi modern. Metode yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif-partisipatif dengan tahapan: identifikasi masalah, perancangan materi pelatihan, implementasi, evaluasi, dan analisis hasil. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kemampuan peserta, antara lain: 90% peserta mampu membuat konten media sosial kreatif dan berinteraksi efektif dengan konsumen, serta 88% peserta menerapkan prinsip manajemen produksi modern, termasuk perencanaan produksi, pengendalian kualitas, dan pencatatan proses. Evaluasi integrasi pemasaran digital dan produksi menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menyesuaikan kapasitas produksi dengan permintaan pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi usaha, dan memperkuat daya saing produk. Pelatihan ini membuktikan efektivitas metode terpadu dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas SDM UMKM, mendorong UMKM menjadi lebih adaptif, inovatif, dan kompetitif, serta memberikan model bagi program pengabdian masyarakat serupa di desa lain.
