gates the effects of market image and TikTok promotion on consumers' visit intention, with perceived shopping accessibility serving as a mediating variable in the context of Pasar Cidu Makassar. A quantitative approach was employed using survey data collected from 130 consumers who had visited Pasar Cidu Makassar. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that market image and TikTok promotion have positive and significant effects on both perceived shopping accessibility and visit intention. Perceived shopping accessibility also has a positive and significant effect on visit intention. However, it does not mediate the relationships between market image and visit intention or between TikTok promotion and visit intention. These findings suggest that consumers' intention to visit a traditional market is influenced more by favorable market image and effective digital promotion than by perceived shopping accessibility. Traditional market managers can utilize TikTok to promote market products, atmosphere, and activities through engaging and informative content to strengthen consumers' intention to visit. Consistent TikTok promotion can also serve as a practical digital marketing strategy to increase the market's visibility among potential visitors. This study contributes to the literature on traditional market marketing by demonstrating the importance of integrating market image and social media promotion to strengthen consumers' visit intention despite physical accessibility limitations.

Furthermore, the village has an underutilized female labor potential, organized within the Family Welfare Movement (Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga / PKK) as the foundational collective for rural women in Muaro Sentajo. This initiative aims to provide knowledge on native orchid species, cultivation techniques, integrated systems with stingless bees (kelulut), and digital marketing. The program implemented a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, consisting of asset mapping, practical cultivation workshops, e-commerce platform development, and four months of intensive mentoring. This empowerment program successfully established an active orchid breeding group managing more than 15 native orchid species. Additionally, 83.66% of the participants demonstrated proficiency in operating digital marketing channels (Instagram and Shopee), resulting in the first independent commercial sales of local orchid products. The integration of local ecological assets with modern digital marketing proved effective in enhancing the economic independence of rural women and promoting sustainable community development.

Tradition receipts that later scripture abrogates earlier scripture wherever actual, unavoidable contradiction is found, classically expressed as "al-nāsikh wa-l-mansūkh.". Pre-modern thinkers classified modes and cases of abrogation, inferred them from revelational phases, and counted suspected cases throughout the Qur'an and Sunna. Modern scholarship avoids both epistemic pretensions and hyperbolic earlier assertions of abrogation. The article tracks early meanings, introduces intratraditional caution that moderated abrogation, and evaluates recent re-analyses based on coherence theory, maqāṣid (purposes), historicization in context, and ethics. It argues that abrogation was included in pre-modern dogmatics as a component of a package of other hermeneutical strategies (specification, restriction, prioritization, suspension) and that available resources allow for a less ambitious, economy-of-means approach. A renovated dogma leaner, evidence-based, and syncretized with maqāṣid and semantics can ensure the normativity of revelation and make the law more attentive to modern moral concerns, such as gender justice, religious pluralism, and violence. The paper reaches its climax with the proposal of a "manifest conflict resolution" regime. where abrogation is held in reserve as a last resort and not the initial starting point and has ramification for legal rulings (fatwā), legal codification and education more widely. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kepustakaan, dokumentasi, dan analisis konten terhadap sumber ilmiah tahun 2021-2026. Analisis data mengacu pada model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana (2014) serta triangulasi sumber. Hasil: Greenwashing didorong oleh tekanan persaingan pasar, motivasi reputasi, asimetri informasi, lemahnya regulasi, dan tekanan pemangku kepentingan. Bentuknya mencakup klaim tanpa bukti, citra visual menyesatkan, pengungkapan selektif, pelaporan keberlanjutan tidak akuntabel, dan sertifikasi mandiri tidak terverifikasi. Ditinjau dari etika bisnis, greenwashing melanggar prinsip kejujuran, tanggung jawab, transparansi, dan keadilan. Simpulan: Dampak greenwashing bersifat merugikan konsumen, perusahaan, dan lingkungan. Pencegahannya memerlukan penguatan regulasi, sertifikasi independen, audit berkala, peningkatan literasi konsumen, dan internalisasi nilai etika dalam tata kelola perusahaan.

menganalisis manajemen budaya madrasah dalam pengembangan karakter religius peserta didik di MTs PP Darul Falach Candiroto, Temanggung. Menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala madrasah, waka kesiswaan, dan pengurus pondok, serta didukung oleh observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen budaya madrasah diimplementasikan secara terstruktur melalui empat fungsi manajemen (POAC). Perencanaan dilakukan dengan menyelaraskan visi-misi; pengorganisasian diwujudkan melalui pembagian kerja wilayah madrasah formal dan asrama pesantren serta pelibatan organisasi santri (OSDA); pelaksanaan digerakkan lewat keteladanan harian warga madrasah dalam ritme jadwal ketat; dan pengawasan dijalankan melalui kontrol absensi ibadah serta instrumen Angket 7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat. Melalui tata kelola tersebut, indikator karakter religius (disiplin, kesadaran ibadah, tanggung jawab, sopan santun, kepedulian, dan kebersamaan) berhasil diinternalisasikan secara efektif melalui empat jalur pembiasaan, yaitu kegiatan rutin, spontan, terprogram, dan keteladanan pendidik sebagai role model. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa gaya hidup modern memiliki pengaruh ganda terhadap kepedulian lingkungan. Di satu sisi, perkembangan teknologi dan informasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan lingkungan, namun di sisi lain budaya konsumtif berpotensi mendorong perilaku yang kurang ramah lingkungan. analyze the social realities, gender power dynamics, and cultural transformations represented in Ahmad Tohari's novel Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk (RDP) in direct comparison with the empirical practices of Donbret and Sintren arts in Eretan, Indramayu. Utilizing a sociology of literature framework combined with feminist culture and political economy theories, this research investigates the persistence of animistic beliefs, mechanisms of patriarchal hegemony, and the erosion of sacredness due to commercialization. Data were collected through textual hermeneutics, in-depth ethnographic field observations, interviews with local cultural custodians, and socio-structural analytical methods. The findings reveal that while both the literary text and the living traditions share an ancestral lineage in animistic rituals where the female body functions as a sacred medium for ancestral spirits (indang), contemporary socio-economic pressures have significantly altered these structures. The sacred status of female performers is systematically degraded into an object of eroticism, saweran transactions, and male control. This paper emphasizes the vulnerability of traditional female-centered performing arts amidst societal transformation and commercialization.

Historical approaches and methodological frameworks are employed to structure arguments systematically, covering the basic Islamic concept of women’s roles, the methodology applied in the literature review, analysis of social dynamics and relevant case studies, and critical discussion of challenges and opportunities faced by women in the public sphere. This study also identifies internal and external factors that influence women’s roles, ranging from geographical context to public policy developments. The findings show that interpretations of the concept of equality in Islam have shifted over time and are shaped by socio-political dynamics. This research is expected to stimulate further academic debate on women’s roles in the public sphere and contribute to more inclusive policies. This article explores various historical and contemporary dimensions that shape the role of Muslim women in the public sphere, highlighting both the potential and challenges in translating Islamic values of equality into policy and social practice. It is hoped that this study will enrich academic discourse on the relationship between religion, gender, and modernity, and pave the way for policy initiatives that support women’s empowerment in the Islamic world.

This study analyzes the implementation of the 7Ps marketing mix strategy in the Nur Azizah Songkok Recca Enterprise in Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings show that the enterprise has implemented the seven elements of the marketing mix, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence. Product variety and artisan skills represent the main strengths of the business, while limited digital promotion, conventional payment systems, simple packaging, and a deteriorated business signboard remain key constraints. The study suggests that the enterprise should strengthen digital marketing, adopt cashless payment options, improve product packaging, and renew its physical identity to enhance competitiveness. These findings provide practical insights for culture-based MSMEs seeking to preserve traditional products while adapting to contemporary market changes.

This research aims to examine the symbolic meaning and cultural values in the Mappanre Temme tradition and its relevance in the life of modern society. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that this tradition contains religious, educational, social, and moral values. Apart from being a symbol of the spiritual readiness of the bride-to-be, this tradition is also a medium for the preservation of Islamic values and local culture. However, modernization also affects the meaning of this tradition, so sustainable preservation efforts are needed.
