erita, menyusun alur yang runtut, serta merumuskan tujuan studi dan kontribusi secara persuasif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penguatan literasi argumentatif melalui retorika naratif dalam penulisan esai Bahasa Indonesia bagi mahasiswa UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang didukung analisis kuantitatif sederhana. Data diperoleh melalui Google Form yang diisi peserta pelatihan penulisan esai beasiswa, berupa skala penilaian diri terhadap pemahaman esai persuasif dan kemampuan retorika, serta jawaban naratif mengenai pengalaman hidup yang dianggap mewakili diri, bagian tersulit dalam menulis esai, dan kesan terhadap kegiatan. Data kuantitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memetakan kecenderungan persepsi literasi argumentatif, sedangkan data naratif dianalisis melalui pengkodean etos, pathos, dan logos, penemuan tema-tema konstruksi identitas, dan interpretasi kontekstual. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memotret pola cara mahasiswa menampilkan identitas akademiknya dalam esai, strategi retorika yang paling dominan digunakan, serta aspek-aspek kemampuan menulis yang masih membutuhkan penguatan. Temuan tersebut menjadi dasar penyusunan modul pelatihan penulisan esai berbasis retorika naratif dalam konteks Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia.

i menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis asosiatif, dengan sampel sebanyak 97 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik snowball sampling, terdiri dari 82 perempuan dan 15 laki-laki sebagai pengguna produk Glad2Glow. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan meskipun arah hubungannya positif, yang berarti biaya tidak menjadi faktor utama dalam keputusan pelanggan untuk membeli kembali produk Glad2Glow. Sebaliknya, kualitas produk terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, menegaskan bahwa kualitas merupakan faktor utama dalam membangun loyalitas. Selain itu, hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga dan kualitas produk secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 69,9%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan loyalitas pelanggan Glad2Glow lebih dipengaruhi oleh persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas produk dibandingkan persepsi harga, sehingga perusahaan perlu terus menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produk agar mampu mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan di tengah persaingan industri skincare yang semakin kompetitif.

valuation model as a framework for developing improvement strategies. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The main informants consisted of program officers, while additional informants were farmers selected using the snowball sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman with the assistance of NVivo software to facilitate thematic coding and data triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the Integrated Service Vehicle Program has generally achieved its objectives by providing animal health services, extension activities, and technical assistance to farmers in remote areas. However, several challenges remain, including limited resources, inconsistent scheduling, and insufficient public outreach. Based on the SWOT analysis, the recommended improvement strategies focus on enhancing coordination, strengthening staff capacity, utilizing information technology, and expanding service coverage. These findings are expected to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of the Integrated Service Vehicle Program under the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries of Blitar Regency.

Ayat ini menyoroti pentingnya orang berilmu dan beribadah dengan kesadaran akan kehidupan setelah mati, serta menjadikan ilmu sebagai faktor penentu utama antara manusia yang berpikir (ulul albab) dan yang tidak. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa nilai-nilai dalam QS. Ayat 9 Az-Zumar telah diterapkan melalui: peningkatan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an dan akhlak mulai dari PAUD/RA, kebiasaan ibadah mahdhah dan muamalah, pengintegrasian ilmu umum dan agama dalam kurikulum, serta pendekatan belajar yang menonjolkan kesadaran dunia dan akhirat. . Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya, which actively welcomes educational visits from young children. These visits have the potential to shape healthy consumption habits through direct interaction with the beekeeping process and education on the benefits of honey. This study aims to analyze the social factors that influence young visitors' interest in honey consumption, including product appeal, destination image, and knowledge. The study used a quantitative method with a convenience sampling technique on 50 respondents who were parents or guardians of children aged 4–5 years who visited PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya for educational purposes. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, then analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each variable on consumption interest. The results showed that all three social factors product appeal, destination image, and knowledge play a significant role in shaping young children's interest in honey consumption. Product appeals such as packaging, flavor, and interactive experiences have been shown to increase children's interest. The image of a clean, safe, educational, and child-friendly destination strengthens visitors' positive perceptions. Meanwhile, knowledge about the benefits of honey and its production process increases parents' motivation to introduce honey as a healthy consumption. This research provides strategic recommendations for PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya in developing more effective educational and marketing programs to increase interest in honey consumption in children from an early age.

Modern dressings based on the moist wound healing principle have been proven more effective than conventional methods, as they maintain wound moisture and support tissue regeneration. Objective: To describe the treatment of diabetic ulcers using the modern dressing method with red fruit (Pandanus conoideus Lamk) ointment in Gelang Village, Rakit District. Methods : This study used a descriptive case study approach involving one diabetic ulcer patient who met the inclusion criteria. Wound care was performed every two days for 14 days using modern dressing and red fruit ointment. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Results: There was an improvement in wound conditions after the application of red fruit ointment, marked by an increase in granulation tissue and a decrease in necrotic tissue. The active ingredients in the ointment such as β-carotene, tocopherol, oleic acid, and linoleic acid have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that accelerate the healing process. Conclusion: Modern dressing with red fruit ointment is effective in accelerating the healing process of diabetic ulcers and can serve as an alternative topical therapy to support optimal wound recovery

Data were collected through in-depth interviews with government employees and service users, direct observation of the service process, and analysis of relevant documents. The results of the study indicate that the work ethics of government employees in providing public services is still not optimal. Some employees exhibit unprofessional behavior, such as slow service delivery, lack of empathy towards the public, and low transparency in the service process. However, there are also employees who demonstrate positive behavior, such as providing clear and accurate information, and praying friendly and patient in serving the public. This study concludes that improving the work ethics of government employees is essential through public service ethics training programs, strict supervision, and regular evaluation and monitoring of employee performance. This effort is crucial to ensure public services meet the standards of professionalism, transparency, and accountability as mandated by Law Number 25 of 2009. The results of this study are expected to contribute to improving the quality of public services in Tamalate District and serve as a reference for similar research in the future.

Melalui observasi dan sesi tanya jawab, evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Mereka tidak hanya lebih memahami nilai-nilai Pancasila, tetapi juga mampu mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. and ancillary factors on visitor perceptions. Data were collected in February 2025 through questionnaires distributed to 100 visitors. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, and classical assumption tests were performed to ensure the appropriateness of multiple linear regression analysis. The results revealed that visitors rated the clarity of registration information and memorable experiences the highest. Regression analysis showed that attraction significantly negatively affected visitor perception, while accessibility, amenity, and ancillary factors had significant positive effects. This indicated that enhancing accessibility, amenity, and ancillary improved visitor satisfaction, whereas increasing attraction elements unexpectedly lowered visitor perception. In conclusion, effective management of attraction, accessibility, amenity, and ancillary was essential to foster positive visitor perceptions and enhance the competitiveness of Milkindo Agrotourism as a leading educational tourism destination. The study recommended continuous innovation and improvement to support sustainable development in education-based agrotourism.

Data were collected using a descriptive quantitative method through in-depth interviews with program managers and grant recipients, supported by direct field observations. The Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices were used to determine the program’s strategic position, while the Cartesian SWOT diagram identified the appropriate development quadrant. The results show that the program is situated in Quadrant II, indicating strong internal conditions but significant external threats. With IFE and EFE scores of 2.9252 and 3,1333 respectively, the analysis suggests that the program should implement Strength–Threat (S-T) strategies, including consistent quarterly reporting, increased technical staff, and public reinforcement of the program’s catalytic function. These findings are expected to guide the formulation of more effective strategies for sustainable livestock empowerment in Kediri Regency.
