Rina Rohhi, ayyaf Zufar Robbani, Gian Dwi Sapta
Abstract: The advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation in healthcare, particularly through the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). However, many healthcare facilities still use… hybrid systems that combine manual and digital record-keeping without proper integration, resulting in inefficient patient data management. This study aims to develop an integrated hybrid Electronic Medical Record system at Damai Clinic to improve healthcare services and patient data management. A descriptive research method with a system development approach was employed through system analysis, problem identification, and system design. The results indicate that the proposed system successfully integrates patient registration, medical examination, pharmacy services, payment, and reporting into a single system. The hybrid implementation allows paper-based records to remain as supporting archives while electronic records become the primary source of patient information. The developed system is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce documentation errors, enhance data security, and support digital transformation in healthcare facilities.

Parameswari, Sang Dara, Lubis, Muharman, Suakanto, Sinung
Abstract: PayLater services are one of the rapidly growing digital financial innovations widely utilised in fintech apps in Indonesia, including Kredivo and Akulaku. User reviews on the Google Play Store reflect a range of experiences,… nces, from satisfaction with the ease of use of the service to complaints regarding bills, interest rates, late payment fees, credit limits, and app performance. This study aims to classify the sentiment of user reviews regarding PayLater services on the Kredivo and Akulaku apps using the Multinomial Naïve Bayes algorithm. Data was collected via web scraping from the Google Play Store and automatically labelled based on user ratings, with ratings of 1-2 classified as negative sentiment and ratings of 4-5 as positive sentiment, whilst a rating of 3 was excluded as it was considered ambiguous. Following a preprocessing stage comprising cleaning, case folding, tokenisation, stopword removal, and stemming, as well as feature extraction using TF-IDF, 3,652 reviews were obtained with a training-to-test data split ratio of 80:20. The results indicate that positive sentiment dominates the dataset at 56.49%, whilst negative sentiment accounts for 43.51%. Analysis by application revealed that Kredivo was dominated by positive sentiment (68.20%), whilst Akulaku was dominated by negative sentiment (51.70%).  The Naïve Bayes multinomial model achieved an accuracy of 84.13%, with average precision, recall, and F1-score values of 0.84, demonstrating good and balanced classification performance across both sentiment classes.

Abstract: This study examines the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and analyzes the effect of ease of use on transaction efficiency. This research… rch employs a quantitative explanatory approach based on a field study conducted in Teluk Ambon District. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to MSME actors who have implemented QRIS as a digital payment system. A total of 30 MSMEs were selected using purposive sampling based on predefined criteria. The collected data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that ease of use has a positive and significant effect on transaction efficiency, with a significance value of 0.033, which is lower than the 0.05 significance level. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.153 indicates that ease of use explains 15.3% of transaction efficiency, while the remaining 84.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) proposed by Davis and confirm that QRIS contributes to improving transaction efficiency among MSMEs. Although QRIS adoption continues to… o increase, its continued use is still influenced by trust, perceived risk, and the prevalence of fraud in digital transactions. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey of 200 QRIS user respondents. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that trust had a positive and significant effect on QRIS use, while risk had a negative and significant effect. Furthermore, fraud moderated the relationship between trust and QRIS use by weakening the influence of trust, and moderated the relationship between risk and QRIS use by strengthening the influence of risk. These findings confirm that although QRIS offers convenience and efficiency, perceptions of risk and fraud remain crucial factors influencing usage behavior. This research is expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of digital payment technology adoption models and provide practical implications for regulators, payment service providers, and MSMEs in strengthening security, improving digital literacy, and building user trust in the QRIS payment system.

Divani Tsamara Madiyya, Naurah Alfi Mufidah Anwar, Amandha Ayu Bunga Syabina, Nazwa Wahdatul Hilaliyah, Kesya Putri Kuswara, Frederika Eugene, Carolyn Victoria, Yuni Priskila Ginting
Abstract: The last phase that assesses the efficiency of law enforcement in the Indonesian legal system is the execution of civil decisions. Despite having a solid legal foundation thanks to the Reglement Buitengewesten (RBg) and… the Herzien Inlandsch Reglement (HIR), its execution frequently encounters a number of challenges. The purpose of this study is to examine how civil judgments are carried out, including the legal foundation, several forms of execution (such as real, payment of money, and vacating), stages of implementation (such as aanmaning, execution seizure, and forceful execution), and practical challenges. Normative juridical study using a conceptual and statutory approach is the methodology employed. The study's findings show that the primary causes of execution failure are non-legal barriers like social opposition and a lack of official backing, as well as legal barriers like verzet, derden verzet, and ambiguous verdicts. Effective, efficient, and equitable execution of civil judgments requires systemic change and interagency cooperation.
