of patients attending the Maternal and Child Health (KIA) clinic at Andalas Public Health Center, Padang. The activity was conducted on April 6, 2026, involving 20 participants. Education was delivered through lectures, discussion, question-and-answer sessions, and demonstrations. Knowledge was assessed using a 20-item questionnaire before and after education. The mean score increased from 14.45 at pretest to 16.10 at posttest, with a mean increase of 1.65 points. The Wilcoxon test showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p=0.009). The activity indicates that structured health education can improve participants’ immediate knowledge of ARI prevention and home care. Continued education integrated with KIA services is recommended.

Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 75%, disertai peningkatan kemampuan koordinasi tim, rotasi pemain, pengambilan keputusan, dan penerapan strategi power play dalam permainan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan coaching clinic efektif meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dan taktis atlet serta mendukung kualitas pembinaan futsal di Club Futsal Fernando BSM U-16 Banjarbaru.

erspective has gained increasing attention in human resource management (HRM), the intellectual structure and relevance of the existing literature to the Indonesian context remain insufficiently understood. This study maps the development of global research on neurodiversity and HRM and identifies research priorities for Indonesia. A bibliometric analysis was conducted using 993 records retrieved through a Boolean search combining neurodiversity- and HRM-related terms. Following a PRISMA-guided screening process, keyword co-occurrence, density, overlay, and total link-strength analyses were performed using VOSviewer. The analysis identified 43 dominant terms grouped into four thematic clusters: (1) inclusive HRM and diversity management, (2) workplace accommodation and disclosure, (3) intervention and school-to-work transition, and (4) ADHD and occupational mental health. The findings indicate that autism spectrum disorder and ADHD remain the most prominent topics in the literature. The field has gradually shifted from predominantly clinical and educational perspectives in 2020–2021 toward workplace accommodation in 2022 and more strategic HRM-oriented discussions during 2023–2024. However, link-strength analysis reveals that relationships between core HRM concepts and issues of accommodation, disclosure, and occupational mental health remain relatively fragmented. Moreover, Indonesia-specific and developing-country perspectives are absent from the dominant keyword structure. These findings demonstrate a substantial geographical and conceptual research gap. Accordingly, the study proposes five priority research themes to advance neurodiversity-inclusive HRM in Indonesia and provides a foundation for future empirical, policy-oriented, and organizational research.

and online promotion on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at F3B Beauty House. A quantitative explanatory design with a cross-sectional survey approach was employed. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from 361 customers selected using purposive sampling. Eligible respondents were at least 18 years old, had completed at least two visits or transactions within the previous 12 months, and had been exposed to the clinic’s online promotions. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling. The results show that service quality and online promotion positively and significantly affect customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and demonstrates the largest practical effect. Furthermore, customer satisfaction partially mediates the effects of service quality and online promotion on customer loyalty. The model explains 66.9% of the variance in customer satisfaction and 68.3% of the variance in customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of integrating consistent service quality, interactive online promotion, and satisfactory customer experiences to strengthen sustainable customer loyalty.

y the increasingly competitive dental service industry, the growing role of digital reviews, and the need to strengthen patient retention in dental healthcare services. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using an online survey of 200 patients who had visited dental clinics in Bogor City at least once. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modelling with LISREL 8.80. The results show that customer experience has a positive and significant effect on brand image and patient revisit intention. e-WOM also has a positive and significant effect on brand image and revisit intention. Furthermore, brand image positively affects revisit intention and partially mediates the relationship between customer experience and e-WOM on revisit intention. These findings indicate that dental clinics should integrate service experience management, credible digital reputation, and consistent brand image development to increase patient retention.

hybrid systems that combine manual and digital record-keeping without proper integration, resulting in inefficient patient data management. This study aims to develop an integrated hybrid Electronic Medical Record system at Damai Clinic to improve healthcare services and patient data management. A descriptive research method with a system development approach was employed through system analysis, problem identification, and system design. The results indicate that the proposed system successfully integrates patient registration, medical examination, pharmacy services, payment, and reporting into a single system. The hybrid implementation allows paper-based records to remain as supporting archives while electronic records become the primary source of patient information. The developed system is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce documentation errors, enhance data security, and support digital transformation in healthcare facilities.

dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik pembuatan media pembelajaran berupa buku cerita anak yang kreatif dan edukatif. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya kreativitas guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran literasi serta minimnya kolaborasi antara guru, sekolah, dan orang tua dalam mendukung pembelajaran anak usia dini.
Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan andragogi melalui model Project Based Learning (PBL) dan pendampingan intensif (coaching clinic). Tahapan kegiatan meliputi In-Service Training, On-the-Job Learning, implementasi pembelajaran di kelas, serta evaluasi hasil kegiatan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 38 guru PAUD dengan 32 responden yang mengisi instrumen evaluasi.
Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 10,3 meningkat menjadi 11,8 pada post-test. Selain itu, peserta mampu menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berupa buku cerita anak yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak usia dini dan mengintegrasikan unsur kreativitas, kolaborasi, serta nilai edukatif dalam pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan pemahaman guru mengenai penerapan deep learning, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran inovatif, serta penggunaan teknologi dan AI secara bijak dalam pendidikan.
Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKM ini berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAUD dalam pengembangan literasi dan media pembelajaran berbasis deep learning. Program ini diharapkan dapat mendukung terciptanya ekosistem pembelajaran yang kreatif, kolaboratif, dan bermakna bagi anak usia dini.

This community service was carried out through three meetings, beginning with a pre-test in the form of a questionnaire containing 15 questions regarding defensive pattern strategies. After the coaching clinic, a similar questionnaire was administered again as a post-test. The results of the activity showed an increase in understanding of up to 80% among players and coaches after participating in the training. This finding confirms that the coaching clinic method is able to deliver material systematically and easily understood, so it can be an effective alternative strategy in improving the understanding of defensive tactics in futsal.

Based on ethnographic fieldwork in Makassar, Indonesia, including interviews and participant observation with ten pregnant women, the study reveals that reproductive behavior is shaped by adaptive strategies (A), collective goals (G), moral integration (I), and intergenerational transmission of norms (L). Rather than following a singular medical logic, women mobilize syncretic forms of care that blend biomedical treatment, spiritual rituals, and ancestral taboos. These plural responses reflect not only epistemic hybridity but also reproductive governance enacted through kinship, religious authority, and clinical institutions. Women's agency is expressed not through open resistance, but through strategic moral navigation and embodied alignment with normative expectations—a form of what Mahmood terms the ethics of self-formation. The findings challenge biomedical-centric approaches to maternal health and highlight the need for culturally responsive interventions that respect local logics of risk, protection, and care. This study contributes to sociological debates on medical pluralism, moral regulation, and the reproduction of gendered knowledge in the Global South.
