the process of discovering their identity, are highly vulnerable to environmental and social influences that can lead to drug abuse. This study aims to determine the efforts made by the National Narcotics Agency (BNNK) of South Tapanuli Regency in preventing and handling drug abuse among adolescents in the South Tapanuli area. This study used a qualitative approach with field research methods. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study were employees of the BNNK of South Tapanuli, specifically the Prevention and Community Empowerment (P2M) team and the rehabilitation team. The results of the study indicate that prevention efforts are carried out through socialization, counseling, education, and collaboration with various parties in supporting the Prevention, Eradication of Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) program. Meanwhile, handling efforts are carried out through assessment, counseling, rehabilitation, and post-rehabilitation monitoring for drug abusers. The obstacles faced include low awareness in some communities, the influence of social circles, stigma against former drug users, and developments in technology and social media. Therefore, collaboration between families, schools, communities, and the government is necessary to support successful efforts to prevent and address drug abuse in teenagers.

Current fragmented techniques, with discrete detectors monitoring Modbus, Kubernetes, MQTT, or other domain-specific protocols, cannot handle cross-system risks. These methodologies overlook 68% of multi-vector marketing that uses both physical and digital channels. This study introduces a transfer learning architecture to integrate detection capabilities by correlating threats across protocols, devices, and settings. The architecture generates a unified feature space that extracts behavioral semantics from industrial control system logs, cloud telemetry, network traffic, and device-level signals to produce protocol-agnostic threat representations. Adversarial domain adaptation and semantic graph embeddings enable cross-domain knowledge transfer with minimum retraining. Security teams may now discover kill chains like infected cloud containers preceding illegal PLC command execution every 23 minutes. Validated against real-world attack datasets from water treatment facilities (OT) and cloud infrastructure (IT), the system achieved 93.4% cross-platform attack recall, a 41.3 percentage point improvement over prior methodologies. It reduced OT data labeling by 89% and false positives by 93.5%. This paradigm shift transforms threat correlation from a reactive, domain-specific process to adaptive intelligence, boosting resilience for critical infrastructure, industrial ecosystems, and smart environments facing cyber-physical hazards. The framework's practical validation in energy, industry, and vital infrastructure shows its importance in protecting an increasingly linked world.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok pada Rumah Magot Bedas 03 dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Model yang mencakup lima proses inti Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, dan Return. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dan wawancara. Setiap proses dianalisis berdasarkan Key Performance Indicators (KPI), kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan Traffic Light System (TLS) sebagai alat visualisasi kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua indikator rantai pasok mencapai target optimal. Beberapa aspek seperti efisiensi produksi, ketersediaan pasokan bahan baku, dan ketepatan pengiriman berada pada kategori kuning (cukup) hingga merah (buruk), menandakan perlunya perbaikan segera pada proses-proses tersebut. TLS terbukti membantu dalam memetakan prioritas perbaikan secara lebih jelas. Penerapan SCOR model efektif dalam memberikan gambaran objektif mengenai kinerja rantai pasok budidaya magot. Evaluasi ini mengidentifikasi titik-titik kritis yang harus ditingkatkan agar proses produksi dan distribusi lebih efisien, berkelanjutan, serta mendukung pengembangan usaha berbasis ekonomi sirkular.

y is based on traffic problems such as congestion and accidents that are increasing along with the growth of motorized vehicles that are not balanced by adequate road infrastructure. The Pekanbaru City Government through the Transportation Agency has implemented various traffic engineering policies, including the one-way system and the closure of U-Turns at certain points. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implemented policies have had a positive impact, but their implementation still faces obstacles such as lack of public awareness, limited infrastructure, and less than optimal coordination between institutions. This study recommends the need for more massive socialization and increased synergy between institutions to support the successful implementation of traffic engineering policies.

This study analyzes the impact of PT. Jasa Raharja’s insurance on inpatient expenses for traffic accident victims in Pekanbaru City. The research applies a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and simple regression. Data came from 120 respondents, consisting of victims and their families who received insurance benefits. The findings show that PT. Jasa Raharja’s insurance claims cover an average of 67% of total hospitalization costs, significantly reducing the victims’ financial burden. However, the coverage ceiling remains limited and does not fully meet medical expenses. This study concludes that PT. Jasa Raharja makes a substantial contribution to financing accident-related hospitalization, although increasing the claim ceiling would better align with current hospital costs.

The study followed a descriptive method with data collection through observation and documentation. The findings show that Soekarno Hatta Street experienced the highest number of accidents, totaling 107 incidents. The accident rate for the identified black spot on Soekarno Hatta Street in Bagan Besar Sub-District reached 0.727. Meanwhile, the black site on Cut Nyak Dien Street in Bangsal Aceh Village had an accident rate of 0.10.

ovince; however, the strong public interest in working abroad is often not accompanied by adequate understanding of safe migration procedures, protection mechanisms, and the rights and obligations of migrant workers. This condition has led to serious problems, including the increasing number of non-procedural migrant workers, deportation cases, and vulnerability to human trafficking crimes, indicating an information and communication gap between migrant worker protection institutions and prospective migrant workers. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies implemented by the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province in enhancing public awareness of migrant workers’ rights. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed to provide an in-depth portrayal of the communication practices carried out by the institution, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation of socialization activities, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, while the conceptual analytical framework was based on the Shannon–Weaver Two-Way Communication Model to assess message delivery effectiveness, communication channels, message recipients, and feedback mechanisms. The findings indicate that the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Service Center of East Nusa Tenggara Province has implemented various communication strategies, including direct community outreach, pre-departure orientation, the use of visual and audio media, and cross-sector collaboration with local governments and community leaders. Although these strategies contribute to increasing public knowledge regarding migration procedures and migrant workers’ rights, their effectiveness remains constrained by low literacy levels, challenging geographical conditions, and weak feedback mechanisms from target communities. The study concludes that strengthening dialogic and participatory communication, simplifying messages to improve comprehensibility, and adapting communication media to local cultural contexts are essential for improving migrant worker protection. The novelty of this study lies in integrating a two-way communication model with the socio-cultural context of East Nusa Tenggara as a basis for formulating more contextual, adaptive, and community-empowering communication strategies for migrant worker protection.

Poor performance of parking attendants can cause various issues, including traffic congestion, rule violations, and user discomfort. Therefore, evaluating the performance of parking attendants is essential to improve service quality and parking safety. In this context, the implementation of a technology-based information system is an appropriate solution to enhance the effectiveness of the performance evaluation process for parking attendants. Classification methods, such as k-nearest neighbor (KNN), are used to evaluate the performance of parking attendants more accurately and efficiently. This method allows early detection of poor performance, such as fraud or traffic rule violations, and provides feedback for improvements. The primary goal is to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recognize parking attendants with good performance.

Abstrak: Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah memainkan peran penting dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor transportasi, seperti yang terlihat pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Salah satu tantangan di wilayah ini adalah kinerja juru parkir yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan parkir dan keselamatan lalu lintas. Kinerja juru parkir yang kurang optimal dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah, termasuk kemacetan, pelanggaran aturan, dan ketidaknyamanan pengguna parkir. Oleh karena itu, penilaian kinerja juru parkir menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keamanan parkir. Dalam konteks ini, penerapan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses penilaian kinerja juru parkir. Metode klasifikasi, seperti k-nearest neighbor (KNN), digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja juru parkir dengan lebih akurat dan efisien. Metode ini memungkinkan deteksi dini terhadap kinerja buruk, seperti penipuan atau pelanggaran aturan lalu lintas, serta memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan. simulation of traffic dynamics. However, its utilization has not been optimal among consultants, including PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA, due to limited knowledge. This community service aims to raise the competence of PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA staff through VISSIM training. The method uses blended learning, combining theory, case studies, and hands-on practice. The evaluation was conducted through pretest and post-test. The pretest results showed an average score of 56.18, reflecting limited basic understanding. After the training, the post-test score increased significantly to 84.79, demonstrating an understanding of the concept to practical application of VISSIM. The training proved to significantly improve consultant competency, benefiting participants while improving the quality of the company's services in transportation projects.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi dalam perencanaan transportasi membuka peluang besar bagi konsultan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi analisis lalu lintas. Salah satu alat penting adalah software VISSIM, yang memungkinkan simulasi dinamika lalu lintas secara realistis. Namun, pemanfaatannya belum optimal di kalangan konsultan, termasuk PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA, karena keterbatasan pengetahuan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi staf PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA melalui pelatihan VISSIM. Metodenya menggunakan blended learning, menggabungkan teori, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan post-test. Hasil pretest menunjukkan rata-rata skor 56,18, mencerminkan pemahaman dasar yang terbatas. Setelah pelatihan, skor post-test meningkat signifikan menjadi 84,79, menunjukkan pemahaman konsep hingga aplikasi praktis VISSIM. Pelatihan ini terbukti meningkatkan kompetensi konsultan secara signifikan, memberikan manfaat bagi peserta sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas layanan perusahaan dalam proyek transportasi.

In this dedication, we propose the use of mi-croservice architecture in e-learning platforms to optimize scalability and maintain platform viability. We design and implement a microservice-based e-learning platform consisting of independent microservices, such as user management, course management, content management, and grading systems. We implement standardized API mechanisms for interactions between these microservices. We also vertically increase CPU capacity on each microservice instance to address increased workloads. We also observed that the use of microservices architecture makes it easy to maintain, develop, and integrate new features into the platform. In this overall dedication, we show that the implementation of microservices on e-learning platforms is able to provide optimal scalability and maintain the continuity of the platform in the face of increasing user needs

Abstract: Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah mendorong perkembangan platform e-learning yang dapat memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang efektif dan terjangkau. Namun, skalabilitas dan kelangsungan platform e-learning sering menjadi tantangan dalam menghadapi peningkatan jumlah pengguna dan beban kerja. SMK Swasta As-Syifa Kisaran menggunakan platform E-learning berbasis monolitik yang menyebabkan semakin banyak aktivitas platform digunakan semakin berat. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan desain program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan analisis, serta penyusunan dan publikasi laporan. Arsitektur monolitik sebelumnya yang diterapkan perlu diperbaharui dengan arsitektur microservice bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan skalabilitas dan menjaga kelangsungan platform E-Learning. Permasalahan pada penggunaan traffic yang tinggi dan berfokus pada satu server semakin lama semakin membebani server. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka layanan dipecah menjadi beberapa layanan webservice menggunakan arsitektur microservice yang terdiri dari layanan-microservice independen, seperti manajemen pengguna, kursus, konten, dan sistem penilaian. Peningkatan kapasitas CPU secara vertikal diperlukan sehingga microservice dapat mengatasi peningkatan beban kerja server. Hasil implementasi microservice yang diterapkan pada platform e-learning SMK As-Syifa mampu memberikan skalabilitas yang optimal untuk kelangsungan platform dalam menghadapi peningkatan kebutuhan pengguna
