tive, transparent, and measurable Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the priority order of infrastructure development proposals in Asam Jawa Village, Torgamba District. The applied solution integrates the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method to calculate criteria weighting based on relative importance, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to process the alternative ranking calculation. The evaluation was conducted on 23 physical infrastructure proposals using four main criteria: urgency level (C1), physical condition (C2), benefits (C3), and population size (C4). The results indicate that alternative A4 (Construction of Borehole Well and Public Toilet at Field) and alternative A18 (Sejahtera Street Concrete Cast) achieved the highest preference score of 1.000000, followed by other infrastructure proposals in a structured manner. The combined use of ROC and SAW methods is proven to be effective and consistent in generating accurate rural development priority rankings. The integration of these two methods facilitates village government officials in making accountable decisions while minimizing cognitive bias risks in optimizing development budget allocation.

rves as a final project for undergraduate students to complete their studies; for Educational Technology undergraduates, in particular, development research is highly recommended. Development research—or Research and Development (R&D)—is a scientific method used to create new products or improve existing ones, as well as to test their effectiveness. These products may take the form of media, models, modules, or tools. Specifically for Educational Technology undergraduates, this type of research involves a scientific approach to designing, producing, and testing the feasibility of instructional products—such as interactive media, learning models, or digital modules—to address learning challenges. The primary objective of R&D for Educational Technology undergraduates is to produce instructional products that are valid, practical, and effective in solving learning problems and enhancing the quality of the learning process and performance. The benefits of such research include improved skills in creating instructional products, the ability to solve real-world learning problems, and the development of a professional portfolio.
Abstract:Research paradigms and research methods are two fundamental components that determine the quality, consistency, and credibility of scientific research. However, there are still misunderstandings regarding the relationship…
p between research paradigms and research methods, particularly in determining the approach that best suits the research objectives. This study aims to analyze the concept of research paradigms and their relationship to the selection of research methods. The study employs a qualitative approach using library research through the analysis of various relevant scientific sources, including books, journal articles, and conference proceedings. Data were analyzed using content analysis to identify and synthesize various concepts related to research paradigms and methods. The results indicate that research paradigms—such as positivism, post-positivism, interpretivism, constructivism, pragmatism, and the critical paradigm—possess distinct characteristics that influence the selection of research methods. Furthermore, the pragmatist paradigm serves as the dominant foundation for the use of mixed methods. This study makes a theoretical contribution by clarifying the relationship between research paradigms and research methods and serves as a practical reference for researchers in determining the appropriate research approach.

The selection of the Student Executive Board (BEM) President is an important process in determining the most qualified student to lead the student organization. However, conventional selection processes often rely on popularity and subjective judgments, which may lead to less optimal decisions. This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to support a more objective selection process. Research data were collected through interviews with BEM advisors to determine the assessment criteria and their corresponding weights. Five criteria were used, namely leadership, communication skills, organizational experience, integrity, and grade point average (GPA). The MOORA method consists of decision matrix construction, normalization, optimization value calculation, and ranking. The results indicate that candidate K1 achieved the highest optimization value of 0.473 and was therefore recommended as the selected BEM President. The implementation of the MOORA method provides a more objective, systematic, transparent, and accurate decision-making process, making it an effective tool for supporting the selection of the most suitable BEM President based on predetermined criteria.

and the suboptimal contribution of the swallow nest tax to PAD. The objective of this study is to analyze the level of effectiveness of the swallow nest tax and the factors influencing it.
This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using an elasticity ratio approach and an interactive analysis model. The results show that the swallow nest tax has not been effective in increasing PAD, with an average elasticity value of -0.03% (inelastic) during the 2022–2024 period. The realization of tax revenue is still far below the established target. This condition is influenced by low taxpayer awareness, suboptimal business reporting, limited supervision, and unstable harvest yields. As a result, the tax effectiveness remains low and has not provided a significant contribution to PAD.
Abstract:This study aims to evaluate cost-center managers through the implementation of accountability accounting at PT Mayora Indah Tbk. Accountability accounting is examined as a managerial control mechanism that links cost responsibility,…
ponsibility, budgeting, cost realization, and performance evaluation within an organizational responsibility structure. This study applies a descriptive qualitative method using secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements and related financial information. The analysis focuses on the extent to which accountability accounting supports the assessment of cost-center managers by identifying controllable costs, comparing budgeted and actual costs, and evaluating cost variances. The findings indicate that accountability accounting plays an important role in strengthening cost control and managerial performance assessment. Although the company demonstrated positive revenue performance, increased operating costs affected the achievement of operating profit and net profit. This condition shows that financial performance cannot be assessed only from revenue growth, but must also consider the effectiveness of cost management. Therefore, accountability accounting provides a more objective basis for evaluating cost-center managers, particularly in monitoring cost efficiency and responsibility-based performance. The novelty of this study lies in positioning accountability accounting not merely as a financial reporting practice, but as a practical evaluation framework for cost-center managerial performance in a publicly listed manufacturing company.

m, highlighting how service processes contribute to value creation beyond the artistic aspect. Cultural tourism has shifted from an object-based orientation to an experiential one, understanding performing arts not merely as a creative product but as an experience constructed through interactions between service providers and consumers. In this context, service becomes an integral part of the value creation process and audience satisfaction. This research uses a qualitative approach with a single case study method at PT Mata Hati Kitapoleng, a performing arts company in Bali. Data collection was conducted through in-depth semi-structured interviews and non-participatory observation. This research focuses on how service creativity is built through organizational processes, interactions, and practices. The results show that service creativity is formed through a structured yet flexible process, which integrates empathy for consumers, team collaboration, idea exploration, and continuous evaluation. The design thinking approach enables companies to deeply understand consumer needs and translate them into personalized and meaningful experiences. Service in this context is understood as a co-creative process, where consumers play an active role in shaping the final outcome. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction is influenced by various factors, such as trust, production and financial efficiency, innovation capacity, and evaluation and feedback mechanisms. This research confirms that service creativity is a strategic element in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of performing arts businesses within the cultural tourism ecosystem.

interaction of external and internal factors in the context of local SMEs prone to high turnover. The main objective is to prove the partial and simultaneous influence of both variables on employee commitment. An explanatory quantitative approach was applied with a population of 40 employees using census techniques, primary data through a valid and reliable 5-point Likert questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha >0.60), and multiple linear regression analysis via IBM SPSS 25 after the classical assumption test was met. The results showed that QWL had no significant effect partially (sig=0.253>0.05; β=0.149), while Personality had a significant positive effect (sig=0.002<0.05; β=0.604), with a strong simultaneous effect (F=8.852; sig=0.001) explaining 32.4% of the commitment variance. In conclusion, internal factors dominate loyalty in trading SMEs, providing theoretical contributions to organizational behavior models and practical implications for management in personality assessment and optimization of basic QWL for sustainable retention.
