Kondisi ini diperparah oleh terbatasnya akses terhadap lembaga pendidikan non-formal yang berkualitas, metode pengajaran yang konvensional, serta kurangnya lingkungan yang mendukung untuk praktik. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendirikan Excellent Learning Center (ELC) sebagai lembaga kursus Bahasa Inggris yang terjangkau dan berkualitas, meningkatkan kemampuan literasi Bahasa Inggris peserta secara signifikan, serta menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang komunikatif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan. Melalui metode pelaksanaan tiga tahap—persiapan, implementasi, dan evaluasi—program berhasil meningkatkan skor rata-rata tes Bahasa Inggris peserta sebesar 37,8%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran komunikatif dan interaktif yang diterapkan di ELC efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi peserta, terutama pada keterampilan membaca dan mendengarkan.

Media pelaporan SPT Tahunan PPh secara online yang digunakan pada awalnya adalah e-Filing dan e-Form yang terdapat dalam aplikasi DJP Online. Kemudian, media pelaporan SPT tersebut disempurnakan dalam aplikasi Coretax DJP. Namun, dalam masa transisi penggunaan Coretax DJP ini, bagi wajib pajak yang terdaftar pada tahun 2024 dan sebelumnya, pelaporan SPT Tahunan PPh Tahun Pajak 2024 masih dilakukan di DJP Online. Sementara itu, wajib pajak yang terdaftar di tahun 2025, yang mana kewajiban pelaporan SPT Tahunannya baru dimulai pada tahun 2026 mendatang, pelaporan SPT Tahunannya harus dilakukan melalui aplikasi Coretax DJP. Di era sekarang, pelaporan pajak menjadi jauh lebih mudah dengan hanya menggunakan aplikasi E-Filing. Namun karena minimnya pengetahuan wajib pajak atas cara melaporkan pajak menjadi penghambat wajib pajak melaporkan pajaknya. Relawan Pajak untuk Negeri (Renjani) merupakan program Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) dengan melibatkan Tax Center atau organisasi mitra pendukung untuk mendukung penerimaan SPT Tahunan dengan melalui melalui asistensi atau kegiatan pendampingan pelaporan SPT Tahunan melalui e-filing bagi wajib pajak. Kegiatan ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran Wajib Pajak dalam melakukan pelaporan SPT Tahunan dengan melakukan Aplikasi E-Filing. Aplikasi e-filing ini merupakan suatu cara penyampaian SPT atau penyampaian Pemberitahuan Perpanjangan SPT Tahunan secara elektronik yang dilakukan secara online dan real time melalui situs Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Bantuan Relawan Pajak ini tersedia mulai dari akhir bulan Februari hingga 31 Maret dengan waktu pelaksanaan yang sesuai dengan pertimbangan KPP Pratama Pulo Gadung dibagi menjadi dua sesi yaitu 08.00-12.00 dan 12.00- 15.00. Selain di KPP Pratama Pulo Gadung, terdapat bantuan pengisian SPT dalam program Pojok Pajak yang disediakan oleh DJP. This creates a gap between the need for speaking skills and the teaching methods used, reinforcing students' fear and lack of confidence. Based on these issues, this Community Service activity aims to improve students' speaking skills through the application of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method integrated with the Playful English approach, which involves enjoyable learning through games, role-play, and creative activities. The methods used include guided speaking exercises, conversation simulations, and collaborative projects such as creating promotional posters for beach tourism in English. The results show a significant improvement in students' fluency, confidence, and active participation. Students began to speak more boldly, practice simple sentences, and express ideas spontaneously. The classroom atmosphere became livelier and more enjoyable with minimal psychological barriers such as fear of making mistakes. The implications of this activity are that the CLT approach combined with elements of joy can serve as an effective learning model in non-formal institutions. This method not only enhances language skills but also empowers students socially and emotionally, and can be replicated in similar communities.

ndonesia. The program is motivated by the need for a learning medium integrating Buddhist teachings with direct experience in a religious and cultural environment. The implementation adopted a participatory and collaborative approach, engaging participants particularly university students in ritual activities, Dharma discussions, and the practice of moral precepts (sīla). The selection of Muaro Jambi Temple also served as a strategy to revitalize the site’s function as a center for spiritual cultivation and cultural preservation. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the Dharma, adherence to moral precepts, and awareness of the importance of Buddhist cultural heritage. The program fostered the development of religious character and cultural identity, enhancing participants’ commitment to preserving the noble values of Buddhism within the local context. Furthermore, it opened opportunities for the development of history-based religious tourism. In conclusion, this PKM effectively integrates religious education, character building, and cultural preservation. Its sustainability requires multi-stakeholder support to ensure that the values, history, and spirituality of the Nusantara heritage are preserved authentically and meaningfully.

Equivalency Education Program. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the community empowerment management function through the Package C Equivalency Education Program at PKBM Buana Mekar Baleendah using the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) management approach. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with the research location at PKBM Buana Mekar, Bandung Regency. The research subjects consisted of PKBM managers, tutors, and Package C learners. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the planning function has been carried out through identifying community needs and preparing flexible learning programs. The organizing function is seen from the division of tutor tasks and a clear organizational structure. The implementation function is carried out through andragogy-based learning with lectures, discussions, questions and answers, and skills practice methods. Meanwhile, the supervisory function is carried out through learning evaluation, attendance monitoring, andsupervision of skills practice. Although the program's implementation has been quite successful, several obstacles remain, such as limited digital learning media, unstable student attendance rates, and suboptimal utilization of practical facilities. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengurus LPTQ serta qori/qori’ah yang mengikuti pembinaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LPTQ memiliki peran strategis dalam penyelenggaraan MTQ, seleksi peserta, pelaksanaan training center, pendampingan kafilah, serta penguatan nilai-nilai Qur’ani di masyarakat. Pembinaan yang dilakukan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan tajwid, tahsin, fashahah, lagu, suara, serta pembentukan karakter Qur’ani peserta. Faktor pendukung pembinaan meliputi adanya pelatih, dukungan pemerintah daerah, Kementerian Agama, TPQ, sekolah, pesantren, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan anggaran, sarana-prasarana, pelatih profesional, kendala geografis, dan pembinaan yang belum sepenuhnya rutin sepanjang tahun. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi peran LPTQ perlu dilakukan melalui pembinaan berkelanjutan, peningkatan kualitas pelatih, penguatan anggaran, penyediaan fasilitas, pemetaan kader, serta penerapan sistem zonasi atau rumah tahsin.

the 2013 Curriculum and the simplified lesson
plans, as well as to examine the differences, strengths, and weaknesses of both in
supporting the learning process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach
using a library research method and comparative analysis. Data were obtained from
official documents, books, and relevant scientific journals. The results show that the 2013
Curriculum lesson plan has complete, detailed, and systematic components, providing
structured guidance for teaching, but it tends to be complex and burdens teachers
administratively. Meanwhile, the simplified lesson plan only consists of three main
components, namely learning objectives, learning activities, and assessment, making it
more flexible, practical, and efficient. In Social Studies learning, the simplified lesson
plan is considered more relevant as it accommodates contextual and student-centered
learning. However, the effectiveness of the simplified lesson plan highly depends on
teachers’ pedagogical competence in designing and implementing learning activities.
Therefore, teachers’ skills and creativity are required to ensure that the simplified lesson
plan can optimally achieve learning objectives.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of the executive housekeeper in improving the performance of housekeeping employees at the Novotel Manado Golf Resort and Convention Center. The research method employed by the researcher is qualitative field research, as the data obtained consists of descriptive accounts. Data collection was conducted through interviews with 9 staff members in the housekeeping department. The collected data was then analyzed using qualitative analysis.
