Measuring Multiple Brand Corporate Image of Garuda Indonesia’s Instagram

Abstract: The aviation sector is vital for improving national connections and influencing a nation's reputation. Garuda Indonesia is the national airline of Indonesia that faces the challenge of maintaining the corporate image amid… d competition and rapid digital innovation. Social media, especially Instagram, has become an important medium to improve digital branding and interact with consumers. This study seeks to analyze the impact of brand performance, brand relationship, and brand personality on corporate image via Instagram as a digital branding platform. This research is using quantitative methodology with survey technique with purposive sampling. Multiple linear regression analysis wasperformed on data of 142 Instagram followers of Garuda Indonesia. The findings indicate that brand performance, brand relationship, and brand personality exert positive and significant influences on corporate image, both individually and collectively. Brand personality was the most influential of these elements. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.583, which means that the model explains 58.3% of the variance in corporate image. Results show the relevance of integrating functional, emotional and symbolic dimensions in digital branding, with brand personality being a central factor in shaping corporate image.

The Influence of Quality of Work Life and Personality on Organizational Commitment: A Case Study of Employees at UD Fatoni

Abstract: This study analyzes the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and Personality (Big Five Personality Traits) on employee Organizational Commitment at UD Fatoni in Central Lombok, filling the empirical gap regarding the&#8230; interaction of external and internal factors in the context of local SMEs prone to high turnover. The main objective is to prove the partial and simultaneous influence of both variables on employee commitment. An explanatory quantitative approach was applied with a population of 40 employees using census techniques, primary data through a valid and reliable 5-point Likert questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha >0.60), and multiple linear regression analysis via IBM SPSS 25 after the classical assumption test was met. The results showed that QWL had no significant effect partially (sig=0.253>0.05; β=0.149), while Personality had a significant positive effect (sig=0.002<0.05; β=0.604), with a strong simultaneous effect (F=8.852; sig=0.001) explaining 32.4% of the commitment variance. In conclusion, internal factors dominate loyalty in trading SMEs, providing theoretical contributions to organizational behavior models and practical implications for management in personality assessment and optimization of basic QWL for sustainable retention.  

ALPHA WOMEN IN GENDER RELATIONS

Abstract: This article presents a critical analysis of the phenomenon of Alpha Women in the context of gender relations, particularly in urban professional environments. This research aims to explore the roles, challenges, and theoretical&#8230; oretical and practical contributions of women with alpha personality tendencies in modern organizations. Using qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches, this study collected data through in-depth interviews and descriptive surveys during the period January 2021 to December 2022. Thematic analysis and descriptive statistics reveal the dynamics of power structures and their impact on gender relations in the workplace. The results of the study show that the role of Alpha Women not only brings leadership innovation but also creates tension in established gender relations. The resulting theoretical implications contribute to the development of gender theory and managerial practice, thus opening up new spaces for dialogue on gender equality in the professional environment.

TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT STATE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SMAN) 7 JAYAPURA CITY

Abstract: The general objective of this research is to analyze problems in performance-based management within organizations, specifically related to teacher performance management in schools. Specifically, this research aims to analyze:&#8230; nalyze: (1) To analyze and understand the performance of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the teaching and learning process at schools. (2) To identify the factors influencing the performance of teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in the teaching and learning process at State Senior High School (SMAN) 7 in Jayapura City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method that utilizes in-depth interviews as a data collection procedure. The research data includes primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through participant observation and interviews, while secondary data were obtained through documentation searches. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.           The results of the study indicate that in general the implementation of teacher performance at State Senior High School (SMAN) 7 Jayapura City consisting of assessment indicator instruments: (a) Learning Planning, (b) Learning Implementation, (c) Learning Outcome Assessment, and (d) Personality and Attitude Development shows good results in the sense that the teachers in carrying out their main tasks and functions have been in accordance with the expected expectations. In addition, this study also revealed that even so there are still several things that need to be improved further such as completing learning facilities and infrastructure. The recommendation that can be given through this study is that schools need to provide increased teacher competence and capacity through training, seminars, technical guidance to improve teacher professionalism in the application of educational technology.

DEVELOPING A HOLISTIC MUSLIM CHARACTER THROUGH MORALITY TOWARD ALLAH, THE PROPHET, PARANETS, AND THE SELF

Abstract: the practice of morality toward Allah SWT, the Prophet Muhammad SAW, parents, and the self. Morality in Islam encompasses not only the vertical relationship with the Creator and His Messenger but also the horizontal relationship&#8230; tionship with fellow human beings and oneself. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, analyzing sources from the Qur’an, Hadith, and relevant academic studies. The findings indicate that integrating morality toward Allah and the Prophet serves as the fundamental foundation in shaping a strong character, while morality toward parents and oneself reinforces the social and psychological dimensions of a Muslim individual. Consistent application of these moral values contributes to the formation of a harmonious, responsible, and virtuous Muslim personality in daily life. This study offers significant implications for Islamic character education and spiritual development of the Muslim community

CLASSROOM ACTION RESEARCH IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF TEACHER PROFESSIONALISM: A THEORETICAL STUDY AND ITS IMPLICATIONS

Abstract: Classroom Action Research (PTK) is a scientific approach that not only functions as a solution to learning problems in the classroom, but also as a strategic means in developing teacher professionalism. Through systematic&#8230; c reflection and continuous improvement, PTK encourages teachers to improve their pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. Theoretically, PTK strengthens the foundations of constructivism and reflective learning practices, allowing teachers to dynamically connect theory and classroom reality. From a practical perspective, PTK has a direct impact on improving the quality of learning, student involvement, and changing teachers' professional attitudes. Although its implementation is faced with various challenges, both technical and psychological, solutions can be found through ongoing training, mentoring, and institutional support. Thus, PTK plays an important role in building an innovative work culture and improving the quality of education holistically.

Abstract: Becoming a great entrepreneur in the global era is not as easy as flipping the palm of your hand. A successful and happy great entrepreneur is not solely determined by high academic performance, a high IQ, or attending a&#8230; prestigious school. In fact, GPA, IQ, and attending a top school do not even rank among the top ten factors that guarantee someone will become a great and successful entrepreneur. What truly determines entrepreneurial greatness and success are soft skills. The top 10 soft skills referred to are: Honesty (Being honest with all people) ranked first, followed by Strong Discipline (Being well-disciplined); Sociability (Getting along with people); Support from a Partner (Having a supportive spouse); Hard Work (Working harder than most people); Passion for the Work (Loving my career/business); Leadership (Having strong leadership qualities); Competitive Personality (Having a very competitive spirit/personality); Well-Organized Life (Being very well-organized); and finally, Ability to Sell Ideas (Having an ability to sell my ideas/products). These ten soft skills will become even more meaningful when accompanied by a good heart, positive thinking, wise words, good deeds, good habits, positive culture, and strong character—all of which shape good fortune. Ultimately, good fortune begins with a good heart.

INFLUENCE BIG FIVE PERSONALITY TO HAPPINESS FOR STUDENTS FROM MALUKU IN MALANG

Abstract: This research aims to see the effect big five personality to happiness to students from Maluku in Malang. The research subjects were 32 people who were students from Maluku and were studying in the city of Malang, aged 19&#8230; 9 - 27 years. The research instrument uses a Likert scale, namely Big Five Inventory (BFI)  to measure big five personality And Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ) to measure happiness. After testing, the results obtained were not significant (sig = 0.130>0.05), which means that big five personality does not affect happiness to students from Maluku in Malang. Apart from that, the role percentage big five personality in influencing happiness only 7.5%, while the rest is influenced by other factors. 

PJOK TEACHERS’ PERCEPTIONS OF STUDENT PERFORMANCE INTRODUCTION TO THE SCHOOL FIELD (PLP) SPORTS EDUCATION DEPARTEMEN, RIAU UNIVERSITY IN 2023: CASE STUDY AT PEKANBARU CITY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study&#8230; at SMK Pekanbaru City. This study is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The sample in this study was 20 Physical Education teachers, both male and female teachers spread across 10 Mitra SMKs. The research instrument was a research questionnaire consisting of 40 statements. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which was expressed in the form of a percentage. The results of the study indicate that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is included in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 50%, namely the majority of Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions were 10 people. In the good and less categories with the same percentage of 25% or 5 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Meanwhile, the results of the categories of each indicator include pedagogical competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 60% or 12 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, social competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 75% or 15 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, personality competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 65% or 13 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, and professional competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 70% or 14 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Thus, it can be concluded that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) of the Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is categorized as sufficient.

ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL MANAGEMENT IN IMPROVING TEACHER COMPETENCE AT MODERN BOARDING SCHOOL AL - MUSYADDAD KLATEN

Abstract: Pesantren management is a series of systems, rules, and governance of educational institutions structured within the framework of values in pesantren. Activities or functions in pesantren management include planning, organizing,&#8230; anizing, directing, and supervising. Teachers or ustad have a central role in pesantren. Ustad also acts as a mentor and role model for the students. There are four competencies that must be possessed by a teacher, namely pedagogical, social, professional, and personality competencies. In this study focuses on the teacher's personality competence, where ustad is expected to have attitudes and behaviors that can be emulated by the students. Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad is a modern cottage that emphasizes Arabic and English in its daily conversation, and uses a curriculum using the term KMI (Kulliyatul Mu'alimin Al-Islamiyah) in its learning. This study aims to analyze how management at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad and how pesantren management in improving teacher competence at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad. The method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that pesantren management at Pondok Modern Al-Musyaddad Klaten has been running well in improving the personality competence of teachers/ustad.
