rt of the educational process, needs to be designed adaptively without neglecting the internalization of Islamic values. This study aims to analyze and describe the integration of the Quizizz platform in evaluating Islamic value-based learning at SDN Palumbonsari I, East Karawang District. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, then analyzed interactively through reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the integration of Islamic values was carried out systematically through three stages: evaluation planning by incorporating value indicators into learning tools, implementation of values in question design and digital feedback, and post-evaluation reflection in class. Digital features were utilized not only to display scores but also to convey moral messages that support Islamic character formation. In practice, digital evaluation functions as a cognitive measurement instrument as well as a means of habituating values. The implications of this research confirm that the use of digital platforms in evaluation can be directed as a medium for internalizing values if it is designed in a structured manner and supported by the teacher's pedagogical commitment.

The research subjects were class IIA and IIB students of Public Elementary School 95 Palembang with a total of 36 students. The data collection techniques used in the study were questionnaires and documentation, based on the results of expert validator research from the three fields, namely media, material, and language where the validator in In this development, there are 2 validators covering the three fields, so the validator percentage results from the two experts are 3.80 which are categorized as "valid". Then the teacher's response practicality test obtained a percentage result of 87.49%, categorized as "very practical", then the one to one trial obtained a percentage value of 87.49% categorized as very practical, then the small group trial obtained a percentage value of 79.27 %. And the last test of the potential effect test obtained a percentage value of 90.00% which was categorized as very effective.

The process of integrating Powtoon learning media with a sense of responsibility in Gen Z students requires a comprehensive effort, considering that the assessment indicators for this attitude are crucial for learners in the modern era. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.

In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with a descriptive form and emphasized the use of motivation theory and the concept of motivational deterioration to analyze indicators of motivational deterioration of marine officers of PT PELNI (Persero) Jakarta in ship type placement. From the results of the study it is known that there is a salary gap that has not been adjusted to the applicable career pattern for the promotion path, which is one of the main factors triggering the decline in motivation of marine officers of PT PELNI (Persero) Jakarta in ship type placement, as well as other factors that contribute to motivational deterioration, namely the absence of a clear career pattern system and a promotion path that is not running optimally, this condition affects the preferences and performance of marine officers in assignments on various types of ships. ptive quantitative. The population in this study consists of people who carried out administrative services at the Disdukcapil office of Bogor Regency, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Weighted Means Score (WMS) method. The results of the study show that: (1) The highest average score from the analysis of public service quality indicators was the indicator related to “technical service requirements at Disdukcapil being easy to understand by the public,” which obtained an average value of 3.50, categorized as good. Another high indicator was “the completion of administrative processes at Disdukcapil on time,” with an average score of 3.55, also categorized as good. Meanwhile, the lowest average score was 3.19, categorized as fairly good, on indicators such as “the public feeling that their security is guaranteed when managing administrative services at Disdukcapil” and “service officers being disciplined in providing services to the community.” (2) The final recapitulation of the analysis across the ten main indicators of public service quality shows that the highest average score was found in the Certainty indicator, with a score of 3.48, categorized as fairly good. On the other hand, the lowest average scores were in the Discipline and Comfort indicators, both with scores of 3.23, also categorized as fairly good. (3) Overall, the average score of all public service quality indicators in this study was 3.34, categorized as fairly good. This indicates that, in general, the public perceives the quality of public services at the Disdukcapil of Bogor Regency to be fairly good. The recommendation given is that Disdukcapil Bogor Regency should further improve the discipline of its officers regarding their presence at the workplace or service counters, as well as their punctuality in serving the community, and also create a more comfortable environment and waiting area for the public accessing services.
