bal dan tuntutan demokratisasi lokal yang mendorong transformasi mendasar dalam paradigma kepemimpinan pemerintahan daerah di Indonesia, khususnya dalam konteks pembangunan perkotaan berbasis smart city. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dimensi kepemimpinan transformasional Fadly Amran dan pola pengambilan keputusan dalam modernisasi Kota Padang. Kerangka teori yang digunakan meliputi teori kepemimpinan transformasional berdasarkan dimensi Four I's Bass dan Avolio (idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, dan individualized consideration), teori pengambilan keputusan bounded rationality, serta konsep tata kelola perkotaan modern dengan pendekatan smart city. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review sistematis terhadap literatur nasional dan internasional periode 2022–2026, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui proses identifikasi, seleksi, evaluasi, dan sintesis artikel dari jurnal bereputasi yang diperoleh dari basis data Google Scholar, Garuda, dan Semantic Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional Fadly Amran berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pengambilan keputusan pembangunan kota melalui kemampuannya membangun visi strategis, mendorong inovasi tata kelola, memperkuat kolaborasi lintas sektor, dan meningkatkan responsivitas pelayanan publik berbasis teknologi. Program Padang Melayani, Padang Amanah, Padang Rancak, dan Jelajah Padang menunjukkan integrasi modernisasi kota dengan kearifan lokal Minangkabau.

Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan pustaka sistematis terhadap publikasi akademik rentang 2010–2025 dari basis data Scopus, DOAJ, Google Scholar, dan Garuda. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa praktik tafakur dapat meningkatkan kesadaran diri Islam, memperkuat sikap rida terhadap takdir, dan memperbaiki mekanisme koping emosional. Tafakur juga sejalan dengan konsep mindfulness namun memiliki keunggulan pada aspek teistik-transendental karena menekankan kesadaran terhadap kehadiran ilahi dan nilai-nilai Qur’ani. Simpulan artikel ini menegaskan bahwa tafakur berpotensi sebagai terapi spiritual Islami yang mendukung kesehatan mental secara holistik. Rekomendasi utama adalah perlunya pengembangan layanan kesehatan mental Islam yang memasukkan tafakur sebagai bagian integral dari pendekatan psikoterapi, pendidikan, dan dakwah digital.

e among children has become a major concern because it can affect their emotional and social aspects. This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive correlational design and a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of all fifth- and sixth-grade students totaling 37 respondents, with 34 students meeting the inclusion criteria. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed statistically using a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that most respondents experienced online game addiction (18 students or 52.9%) and emotional changes (18 students or 52.9%). Based on the bivariate test results, a p-value of 0.007 (p < 0.05) was obtained, indicating a significant relationship between online game addiction and emotional changes among school-age children.

This study aims to identify the ethical challenges associated with school-based e-counseling, analyze the professional considerations required of counselors, and examine the interrelationship among ethics, professionalism, and institutional support in the implementation of e-counseling services. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework through a comprehensive search of articles indexed in Google Scholar, GARUDA, ERIC, Scopus, and ProQuest published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the primary challenges of e-counseling include data confidentiality, client privacy, digital information security, professional boundaries, and limitations in nonverbal communication. The results further indicate that digital competence, adherence to professional ethical standards, and institutional support from schools are critical factors influencing the effectiveness of e-counseling services. This study contributes a conceptual synthesis that positions ethics, counselors’ digital professionalism, and institutional governance as three interrelated pillars essential for the development of safe, ethical, and professional e-counseling practices within school settings.

nefits, the use of AI also presents challenges related to the quality of therapeutic relationships, privacy, data security, and ethical considerations. This study aims to analyze the role of AI, its impacts, and the ethical challenges emerging in e-counseling services through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar, GARUDA, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, and Crossref, covering publications from 2018 to 2026. The review of 13 selected articles revealed that AI serves as a supportive tool through chatbots, data analytics, preliminary assessments, and automated response systems that help expand access to counseling services and improve service responsiveness. The implementation of AI contributes positively by increasing efficiency and accessibility; however, it remains limited in understanding emotions, demonstrating empathy, and comprehending clients’ psychological contexts. The findings also indicate that privacy, data security, algorithmic transparency, and accountability constitute the primary ethical challenges that require careful attention. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a complement to counselors rather than a substitute for human counselors. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the roles, impacts, and ethical challenges of AI within a single framework, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of the development of e-counseling based on collaborative interaction between technology and professional counselors.

y, the database used comes from Garuda (Garuda Digital Reference), published by The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The results of the literature study obtained data that 157 articles discuss the use of VR in learning from 2012 - 2022 and in the majority of VR development using the 3D Modeling method, as much as 43%. Overall, using VR in learning provides positive results that can improve learning outcomes. Three essential things must be considered in the development of VR, namely: (1) the cost of operating VR technology, (2) Accessibility that makes it easy for teachers and respondents to access the technology, (3) Setting up a virtual environment to create a practical learning experience for respondents.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk studi literatur. Dalam penelitian ini, menyelidikan penggunaan VR dalam pembejaran, meliputi metode VR yang digunakan dan penerapannya pada pembelajaran. Dalam studi literature, basis data yang digunakan berasal dari Garuda (Garuda Rujukan Digital) yang dipublikasi oleh The Ministry of Education, Culture, Reseach, and Technology. Dari hasil studi literature diperoleh data bahwa terdapat 157 artikel yang membahas tentang penggunaan VR dalam pembelajaran dari tahun 2012 – 2022. Secara mayoritas pengembangan VR dengan menggunakan metode 3D Modelling, sebanyak 43%. Secara keseluruhan penggunaan VR dalam pembelajaran memberikan hasil yang positif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Terdapat tiga hal penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam pengembangan VR, yaitu: (1) biaya pengoperasian teknologi VR, (2) Aksesibilitas yang memudahkan pengajar dan responden untuk mengakses teknologi tersebut (3) Menyiapkan lingkungan maya (virtual environment) agar menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang efektif bagi responden.

ceptual findings published between 2017 and 2026 concerning the determinants, measurement, and consequences of regional financial independence, particularly the role of local own-source revenue (PAD), intergovernmental transfers, and capital expenditure. Using a systematic search of Scopus, Google Scholar, and Garuda databases, 30 relevant articles were screened, selected, and analyzed following defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review finds that fiscal decentralization consistently strengthens local revenue mobilization and administrative accountability when accompanied by adequate institutional capacity, transparent governance, and effective management of natural and economic resources. However, the effectiveness of decentralization varies considerably across regions due to disparities in economic potential, human resources, and political commitment. The synthesis further shows that financial independence positively affects the quality of public services and regional economic growth, although the relationship is moderated by expenditure efficiency and governance quality. The novelty of this review lies in its integrative framework linking revenue-side determinants, expenditure behavior, and governance mechanisms within a single analytical narrative, an integration rarely addressed jointly in prior single-country studies. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers designing fiscal transfer formulas and for future researchers seeking to test moderating variables such as digitalization and institutional quality in the fiscal decentralization–financial independence nexus.

Perkembangan bahasa merupakan salah satu bagian perkembangan yang krusial bagi kehidupan anak, mengingat bahasa merupakan media komunikasi penyampaian pesan seseorang terhadap orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh screen time terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah A Literature Review untuk mengidentifikasi artikel secara sistematis. Melalui pencarian seperti: Social Science Research, Mendeley Cite, Google Scholar dan Garuda Jurnal dari tahun 2017 hingga 2023, ditemukan 8 artikel sesuai dengan karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah 5 dari 8 penelitian didapatkan tidak ada korelasi antara screen time dan perkembangan berbahasa anak namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak terutama pada anak yang menggunakan waktu berlayar >2 jam. Dalam penelitian lain menemukan bahwa media sosial YouTube memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada pemerolehan bahasa anak khususnya bagi anak speech delay. Banyak juga para orang tua yang memiliki sedikit pemahaman tentang dampak negatif dari pemberian screen time berlebihan pada anak dan pentingnya pendampingan orang tua pada anak ketika memberikan waktu screen time.

Keterbatasan dalam memandang akses ini sendiri menjadi penghambat dalam menyelesaikan sejumlah persoalan di lapangan sehingga pelayanan kesehatan yang baik tetap saja belum terpenuhi bagi masyarakat. Mendasar dari uraian tersebut, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mereview apa saja hambatan masyarakat dalam mengakses pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di wilayah Indonesia berdasarakan penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Metode penelitian ini adalah review artikel dengan menggunakan mesin pencarian google scholar dan portal Garuda. Hasil review artikel menunjukkan bahwa hambatan dalam mengakses pelayanan kesehatan ini sangat varitif sekali, diantaranya berasal dari faktor internal individu seperti pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan keluarga terdekat. Kemudian muncul juga dari fasilitas kesehatan seperti ketersediaan sarana prasarana yang belum memadai, tenaga kesehatan yang masih minim dan pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan. Terakhir, hambatan muncul dari faktor ekstenal misal kondisi geografis atau alam, kultur masyarakat dan kepercayaan yang melekat di masyarakat.
