bution of students from the Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) in supporting the process. The research method employed is a literature review using the Publish or Perish application.The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing classrooms through contextual strategies that connect learning materials with the local environment and students’ real-life experiences. The application of CTL has been proven to enhance students’ motivation, active participation, and learning outcomes. In addition, PMM students provide practical suggestions such as the use of interactive methods including small group discussions, collective reflection, and projects based on everyday experiences.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Papua Barat Daya, serta meninjau kontribusi mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) dalam mendukung proses tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menggunakan Publish or Perish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan penting dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengelola kelas dengan strategi kontekstual yang mengaitkan materi ajar dengan lingkungan lokal dan pengalaman nyata siswa. Penerapan CTL terbukti meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, serta hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, mahasiswa PMM memberikan saran praktis berupa penggunaan metode interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok kecil, refleksi bersama, dan proyek berbasis pengalaman sehari-hari.

sed on PBL to enhance students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This research uses the Design and Development (D&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The research results indicate that the PBL-based interactive media is suitable for use, with validation from subject matter experts at 97.2%, media experts at 97.6%, and product trials at 87.5%. The improvement in problem-solving skills was also measured through the N-Gain test, with an N-Gain result of 1, indicating a high criterion. The improvement in students' mathematical problem-solving skills increased after using PBL-based interactive media. This demonstrates the importance of media in delivering education. Media designed according to students' needs effectively and efficiently can enhance students' interest, motivation, and understanding in learning.

Kegiatan internship dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan di PT Mitra Teknindo Sejati dan dilanjutkan secara hybrid di Publishjurnalofficial dengan posisi sebagai Digital Marketing Intern. Metode pelaksanaan internship dilakukan melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pembuatan konten media sosial, desain grafis untuk kebutuhan branding, produksi video promosi dan office life, serta penulisan artikel SEO berdasarkan riset kata kunci menggunakan tools digital marketing. Selain itu, penulis juga berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan operasional pendukung seperti meeting evaluasi, kunjungan warehouse, serta event pameran industri. Hasil dari kegiatan internship menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi digital marketing berbasis konten kreatif dan optimasi SEO mampu memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan brand awareness perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui terciptanya lebih dari 30 konten digital di PT Mitra Teknindo Sejati dan lebih dari 140 konten desain di Publishjurnalofficial, peningkatan followers media sosial, serta publikasi artikel SEO yang berhasil masuk halaman pertama Google Search Engine Results Page (SERP) dan Ringkasan AI Google. Selain memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi perusahaan, internship ini juga meningkatkan kompetensi hard skill dan soft skill penulis di bidang digital marketing. Dengan demikian, program internship ini menjadi sarana efektif dalam mengintegrasikan teori manajemen dengan praktik kerja nyata di dunia industri.

kualitatif dengan analisis data yang bersumber dari laporan tahunan Kelurahan Serua tahun 2022–2023 dan teori WHOQOL sebagai kerangka analisis. Latar belakang penelitian ditinjau dari disegernya kondisi sosial-ekonomi di Kelurahan Serua yang membutuhkan revitalisasi nilai spiritual dan sosial guna meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Metode pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi berupa laporan resmi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an seperti keadilan, kasih sayang, dan gotong-royong berperan penting dalam peningkatan kualitas hidup, baik dari aspek kesehatan, lingkungan sosial, maupun kesejahteraan psikologis. Implikasi kebijakan yang dihasilkan memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pemerintah daerah untuk mengintegrasikan pendekatan spiritual dalam program pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar kolaborasi antara aparat pemerintah, tokoh agama, dan masyarakat diwujudkan secara berkelanjutan guna mencapai dampak yang terukur dalam perbaikan kualitas hidup. This study aims to analyze the strengthening of educational access and learner participation through the equivalency education program at PKBM Minda Utama, Bandung City. The study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving PKBM managers, tutors, and learners. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that educational access was strengthened through flexible learning schedules, simplified administrative requirements, and continuous program socialization to the community. Learner participation was reflected in active engagement during learning activities, supported by communicative, contextual, and needs-based learning approaches. The success of the program was supported by managerial commitment, tutor competence, and increasing public awareness of the importance of education, while economic constraints, work demands, and limited facilities remained challenges. The study concludes that educational access and learner participation are interrelated dimensions that determine the success of equivalency education programs. Therefore, strengthening both dimensions should be viewed as an integrated effort to improve the effectiveness of equivalency education and support lifelong learning

e application of appropriate learning approaches, one of which is through the andragogi approach. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the andragogy approach in Package B learning at PKBM Citra Priangan, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine its impact on the involvement of learning residents. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles, Huberman's model. The results of the study show that the principles of andragogy have been applied through experiential learning, participatory methods, learning flexibility, and the development of life skills programs. Supporting factors include family culture, tutor competence, and learning flexibility, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities, learning environment conditions, and heterogeneity of learning residents. The implementation of andragogy has been proven to increase the participation, motivation, and involvement of learning residents in the learning process. Thus, the andragogy approach effectively supports the implementation of Package B learning that is more relevant to the needs of learning residents

the correlation between the intensity of the quarter-life crisis (Variable X) and self-esteem (Variable Y) among active students at the State Christian Institute of Kupang (IAKN Kupang). Employing a sample of 30 participants gathered via probability sampling techniques, data collection was conducted utilizing Likert-scale questionnaires and statistically processed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation formula. The empirical analysis demonstrates a significant and highly robust positive correlation between the investigated constructs ($r = 0.769$; $p = 0.000$). This outcome highlights a noteworthy theoretical anomaly, wherein heightened levels of crisis are unexpectedly linked with enhanced self-esteem. This distinct psychological pattern is driven by active internal introspection, a purposeful pursuit of life meaning, and personal identity consolidation amid adversity. Furthermore, the campus culture at IAKN Kupang—characterized by comprehensive spiritual mentoring, robust peer networks, and a nurturing social atmosphere—serves as a constructive emotional buffer. These external dynamics empower students to navigate developmental stress adaptively, demonstrating that rather than diminishing their self-worth, the identity crisis ultimately bolsters their personal resilience.

In the human lifespan, adulthood plays an important role as a phase in which individuals experience various changes and adjustments. In this developmental process, several possible behavioral changes are very influential, including hedonism. The view of hedonism is often associated with consumptive and hedonistic behavior. People who adhere to hedonism will always seek ways to obtain pleasure, whether material, physical, or spiritual pleasure. Related to the increasingly advanced world of education, various learning models are implemented as an effort to adapt to the times. One of them is the deep learning learning model, deep learning is a pedagogical approach that focuses on understanding substantial concepts in depth, not just the breadth of material, through meaningful, conscious, and enjoyable (holistic) learning experiences. This study aims to analyze how hedonism in the application of the deep learning learning model influences the development of students' early adulthood, using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show a significant influence between hedonistic attitudes in the application of deep learning and early adulthood development, as seen through observations and interviews conducted directly during the learning process. One observation revealed that students appeared relaxed and enjoyed group assignments, as some paid to be relieved of responsibility for completing them.

The findings indicate that the management and implementation of KKDMP Technical Guidance runs smoothly and with quality thanks to the use of technology. In addition, cooperative facilitators who pass the 2025 test from the Ministry of Cooperatives are expected to be able to implement practices in accordance with the implementation journal and applicable regulations effectively. The Red and White Cooperative is a government program to establish village/sub-district-based economic institutions that aim to improve the welfare and independence of the community through the principles of mutual cooperation and kinship. This cooperative functions as a joint forum for carrying out various local economic efforts, such as providing basic necessities, savings and loan services, and strengthening MSMEs, so as to encourage food security and shorten the supply chain. The Red and White Cooperative Program (Kopdes Merah Putih) is a national initiative to establish cooperatives in every village and sub-district to strengthen the local economy and improve community welfare through the principles of mutual cooperation.

The model exhibited strong explanatory power, indicating that the majority of the variation in student purchasing decisions can be effectively attributed to their lifestyle trends and high consumption levels.
