However, problems within romantic relationships, such as lack of communication, dishonesty, betrayal, and lack of family approval, can also become sources of emotional and psychological pressure. This study aims to describe the dynamics of romantic relationships and their impact on the mental health of UIN Palopo students. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The informants consisted of four UIN Palopo students selected using purposive sampling. The informants consisted of one male student and three female students from the Islamic Guidance and Counseling, Islamic Religious Education, and Islamic Education Management study programs, all of whom were eighth-semester students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the dynamics of romantic relationships experienced by students developed through several stages, namely introduction, emotional closeness, commitment, conflict, and the end of the relationship. Communication, attention, trust, openness, and emotional attachment were important elements in the development and maintenance of relationships. Romantic relationships had positive impacts in the form of emotional support, comfort, attention, a place to share stories and problems, and increased motivation. Meanwhile, negative impacts included sadness, disappointment, feelings of loss, stress, anxiety, frustration, mood changes, difficulty regulating emotions, decreased appetite, loss of motivation, and reduced social interaction. Thus, romantic relationships can have both positive and negative impacts on students' mental health depending on the dynamics and experiences that occur within the relationship.

ng the implementation of transaction practices through an Warung Kejujuran. This study aimed to explore auditors’ experiences in conducting transactions at an Warung Kejujuran. The study employed a qualitative approach using Moustakas’ transcendental phenomenology. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation involving auditors at the Jombang Regency Inspectorate who had experience interacting with the Warung Kejujuran. Data were analyzed through epoche, phenomenological reduction, imaginative variation, and the synthesis of meaning and essence, supported by NVivo for data organization, coding, and identification of thematic patterns. The findings indicate that transaction practices at the Warung Kejujuran provide auditors with experiences of applying integrity values through independent decision-making in the absence of direct supervision. These experiences are reflected in self-control as a basis for honest action and in the fulfillment of obligations as an element of an auditor’s moral responsibility. Thus, the essence of auditors’ experiences in transaction practices at the Warung Kejujuran lies in their ability to conduct transactions independently through self-control and fulfillment of moral obligations in situations with limited external supervision.

Berbeda dengan riset terdahulu yang mengkaji kecurangan pasar secara parsial, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan praktik manajemen laba (earnings management), transaksi orang dalam (insider trading), dan manipulasi pasar (saham gorengan) sebagai satu kesatuan mata rantai kejahatan kerah putih (white-collar crime), sekaligus membedahnya melalui tinjauan etika bisnis normatif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini menerapkan teknik analisis konten (content analysis) dan studi literatur komparatif terhadap data sekunder rilis resmi regulator serta laporan keuangan emiten. Pisau analisis yang digunakan mencakup Fraud Diamond Theory, Teori Keagenan (Agency Theory), Asimetri Informasi, serta Paradigma Integritas Manusia Utuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya sinkronisasi kecurangan yang terstruktur dari hulu ke hilir. Tahap hulu (the setup) diawali dengan rekayasa akuntansi melalui penyalahgunaan kapabilitas manajemen. Ketimpangan informasi di hulu kemudian dimanfaatkan di tengah jalan (the leak) untuk membocorkan informasi material kepada jaringan afiliasi, yang bermuara pada transaksi semu di hilir (the execution) guna menjebak psikologi investor ritel demi keuntungan egoistik sepihak. Dari tinjauan etika utilitarianisme dan deontologi Immanuel Kant, mata rantai kejahatan finansial ini dinilai cacat moral secara mutlak karena mencederai kewajiban moral kejujuran (duty of honesty) dan mengeksploitasi investor publik semata-mata sebagai alat komersial (means to an end). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan sistem deteksi dini terintegrasi oleh regulator untuk memutus rantai kecurangan finansial di bursa nasional, Indonesia terutama ketika penerapannya masih bersifat formalitas dan belum didukung oleh budaya organisasi yang berintegritas. Perbedaan hasil juga dipengaruhi oleh sektor industri dan tingkat kematangan tata kelola masing-masing organisasi. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada perbandingan lintas sektor dan metode yang memperlihatkan bahwa efektivitas GCG dan audit internal sangat bergantung pada komitmen nyata dari manajemen serta internalisasi nilai-nilai etis dalam organisasi. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan agar mengkaji variabel moderasi seperti budaya organisasi dan komitmen manajemen, serta memperluas cakupan sektor penelitian agar hasilnya lebih representatif.

This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method with a normative-empirical case study approach. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using an elasticity ratio approach and an interactive analysis model. The results show that the swallow nest tax has not been effective in increasing PAD, with an average elasticity value of -0.03% (inelastic) during the 2022–2024 period. The realization of tax revenue is still far below the established target. This condition is influenced by low taxpayer awareness, suboptimal business reporting, limited supervision, and unstable harvest yields. As a result, the tax effectiveness remains low and has not provided a significant contribution to PAD.

Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam antusiasme dan pemahaman peserta mengenai prinsip-prinsip akuntansi, prospek karier, dan etika profesi. Lebih lanjut, kegiatan ini berhasil membina kemitraan kolaboratif antara universitas dan sekolah, sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan sosial tim mahasiswa pelaksana. Kesimpulannya, sosialisasi ini terbukti menjadi media yang efektif untuk transfer pengetahuan dan motivasi. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.
