long-term blood glucose levels measured by Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c). This study aimed to explore the relationship between BMI and HbA1c levels in patients at Prima Medika General Hospital, Denpasar. A cross-sectional analytic observational design was employed, involving 30 purposively selected respondents. BMI was calculated from weight and height measurements, while HbA1c levels were assessed using the immunoturbidimetric method. Results showed an even distribution of respondents in the normal and overweight BMI categories (each 46.5%), while 50% had HbA1c levels >8%. However, Pearson correlation analysis indicated no statistically significant relationship between BMI and HbA1c levels (p=0.982; r=-0.004). The study concludes that BMI does not have a linear correlation with HbA1c levels. Other factors such as type and duration of therapy, disease progression, and patient adherence may play a greater role in influencing glycemic control and should be further investigated.

Determination of the sample in this study was carried out by calculating using the Bernoulli formula, with a total of 384 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that financial literacy (X1) and product quality (X2) do not have a significant effect on buying interest (Y) where the p-values of both variables are <0.05. Other findings also state that Gender (Z) does not significantly moderate financial literacy and product quality. The conclusion of this study is that the factors that make generation Z interested in buying insurance products are influenced by their perceptions of financial literacy and product quality. More specifically, the perception of product quality factors has a significant and positive influence on generation Z's interest in buying life insurance products in Indonesia. The findings show that of the two variables, product quality can be the strongest predictor in predicting generation Z's interest in purchasing life insurance products. Financial literacy cannot significantly predict generation Z's interest in purchasing insurance products.

The Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) announced that the number of Indonesian internet users in 2024 reached 221,563,479 people from a total population of 278,696,200 people in Indonesia in 2023. This condition is also followed by the increasing number of e-commerce users in Indonesia which has continued to increase since 2020, until in 2023 the number of e-commerce users in Indonesia is 58.63 million users. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, a method that been used by researchers through a literature study approach and analyzing all information regarding the research topic. This research intends to find out how does the impact of digital business on Indonesian economy. The results show that digitalization has changed many aspects of Indonesian society, including the economy. The development of technological advances and digitalization give positive impact on Indonesia's economic growth.

Thomas Kuhn, through his theory of scientific revolutions , argued that the development of science does not occur linearly and cumulatively, but rather through paradigm leaps triggered by internal crises in the scientific community and resolved through collective consensus. On the other hand, Ibn Rushd, as a representative of rationalist philosophers in the classical Islamic thought treasury, places reason and logic as universal epistemic foundations in revealing scientific truth, and firmly rejects the dominance of theological authority that hinders freedom of thought. This study reveals that although both come from different traditions and historical contexts, there is a common ground in the critical attitude towards intellectual stagnation and the drive to open up space for renewal of thought. However, epistemologically, both show sharp divergences: Kuhn is based on contextual paradigmatic relativism, while Ibn Rushd is rooted in transhistorical rational objectivism. Using a comparative-philosophical approach, this article concludes that a critical synthesis of the two views can enrich contemporary discourse on the foundations and direction of the development of science.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Kabila Health Center work area. The design in this study is quantitative correlational. The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method with a total sample of 52 diabetes mellitus participants at the Kabila Health Center. The instrument used in the study used a questionnaire instrument with open questions about the variable health locus of control and compliance with the diet of patients with diabetes mellitus. Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in diabetes mellitus patients in the Kabila Health Center work area, with a significance value or p-value showing 0.000 (p <0.05). However, in terms of disclosure, the cooperative has not fully met the standards, as it does not include detailed accounting policies and inventory impairment information. This non-compliance affects the transparency and reliability of the financial statements, which may influence managerial decision-making.
