Syaifulloh Ibnu Alam Nurzaman, Siti Azizah, Achadiah Rachmawati, Bara Ismiaji
Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the strategic development of the government grant program for goat farming groups in Kediri Regency through a SWOT analysis approach. The program, launched in 2022, serves as an economic empowerment… erment initiative to support small-scale farmers by increasing livestock populations and improving rural welfare. Data were collected using a descriptive quantitative method through in-depth interviews with program managers and grant recipients, supported by direct field observations. The Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices were used to determine the program’s strategic position, while the Cartesian SWOT diagram identified the appropriate development quadrant. The results show that the program is situated in Quadrant II, indicating strong internal conditions but significant external threats. With IFE and EFE scores of 2.9252 and 3,1333 respectively, the analysis suggests that the program should implement Strength–Threat (S-T) strategies, including consistent quarterly reporting, increased technical staff, and public reinforcement of the program’s catalytic function. These findings are expected to guide the formulation of more effective strategies for sustainable livestock empowerment in Kediri Regency.

Tampubolon, Sutar Oktaviana, Sihombing , Vera Ironita Christiani, Sirait , Syarif Hussein, Purba, Yunika Eka Prasetia br, Damanik, Kristin Suriani br
Abstract: Clean and healthy community that must be practiced continuously so that it becomes a habitual pattern. Living a clean and healthy lifestyle must be done wherever we are. Moreover, nowadays, children living behavior (PHBS)… ) is an action or activity carried out by a person or are lazy about maintaining cleanliness, for example washing their hands before eating, brushing their teeth before sleeping and so on. Children have more potential to imitate adult behavior, rather than carrying out commands (voices) or instructions from adults. Adults must practice clean and healthy living behavior continuously (consistent) and correctly, both at home and outside the home. That way, children will have a pattern of clean and healthy living behavior that will be practiced throughout their lives. The problem with students at SDN 106168 is that there are still students who snack randomly, throw rubbish out of place, during breaks students play under the hot sun so they sweat and smell like sweat, and they don't wash their hands after playing or doing activities outside the classroom. Thus, we as proponents want to provide socialization activities on the benefits and disadvantages of clean and healthy living behavior efforts. It is hoped that this activity can provide benefits for students in increasing their enthusiasm for learning.

MITIGATING EMERGENCY RISKS IN SUNNAH CUPPING THROUGH MEDICAL AND SHARIA INTEGRATION

Isdianto, Andik, Fitrianti, Novariza, Arif , Abdul Hamid, Widada , Wahyudi
Abstract: Sunnah cupping therapy is a traditional Islamic health practice increasingly embraced for its spiritual and therapeutic benefits. However, its widespread use, especially by uncertified practitioners, raises serious concerns… rns about patient safety and emergency risks. This study aims to identify key systemic risk factors of medical emergencies related to sunnah cupping and propose an integrative framework combining Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) with modern clinical standards. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using a systematic literature review of peer-reviewed journals, clinical reports, Islamic texts, and contemporary fatwas. Thematic analysis revealed five major risk categories: lack of medical screening, unlicensed practitioners, hidden comorbidities, absence of emergency protocols, and poor understanding of medical safety. Reported complications included hypovolemic shock, infections, and prolonged wound healing—especially in patients with undiagnosed diabetes or coagulation disorders. The study also found that public misconceptions equating religious merit with clinical safety further worsen these risks. The research highlights the urgent need for standardized medical and sharia-based training, certification systems, and public education. Collaboration among healthcare professionals, Islamic scholars, and educational institutions is essential to establish a safe, accountable, and spiritually valid model of sunnah cupping. Integrating medical protocols with fiqh compliance can significantly reduce emergency incidents, enhance practitioner competency, and preserve the prophetic nature of the practice within a modern health framework. These findings offer a strategic path for safer implementation of prophetic medicine across Muslim communities.

This study is an experimental study using the True… rue experiment design method. The sample in this study was 14 female athletes. The instrument in this study was a 10-second sickle kick speed test with 3 trials and the best value was taken. Data analysis and testing of the research hypothesis used the t-test analysis technique (t-test) with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after athletes followed a training program using rubber weights with an average value of 13.71 in the pre-test and increased by 6.72 or 7% to 20.43 in the post-test. The statistical results showed that the sig-2 tailed value was 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (2) there is an increase in the speed of the sickle kick after the athlete follows a training program without rubber weights with an average value of 13.43 in the pre-test increasing by 5% to 18.43 in the post-test. With statistical results showing that the sig-2 tailed value is 0.000 ≤ 0.05. (3) there is an increase in kick speed between training using rubber weights and without weights with a sig-2 tailed value of 0.013 ≤ 0.05. It can be concluded that training using rubber weights is more effective in increasing the speed of the sickle kick compared to training without rubber weights in the Pen-cak Silat PSHT Ranting Tanah Putih Tanjung Melawan.

Abstract: Higher education currently faces complex challenges in efforts to improve the quality of educational services amidst increasingly fierce global competition. This research aims to conduct a systematic literature review and… d meta-analysis of various current research on higher education quality management to produce a comprehensive model that integrates various approaches and considers local context and religious values. The research method uses a qualitative approach with Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and Meta-Analysis, implementing the PRISMA protocol as a methodological framework in literature selection. Of the initial 59,422 articles searched, 7 high-quality articles were selected for comprehensive review. The meta-analysis results show a significant positive correlation between quality management factors and the quality of higher education with an overall effect size of r = 0.60 (95% CI [0.52, 0.68]). Transformative leadership emerged as the most influential factor (r = 0.68), followed by quality culture (r = 0.63) and TQM implementation (r = 0.62).
