ing variable. The study utilizes a qualitative approach by synthesizing findings from national and international journals published in the past 10–15 years. The results indicate that emotional intelligence enables employees to adapt and interact effectively in the workplace, servant leadership fosters a supportive and empowering work climate, and organizational commitment enhances loyalty and proactive behavior. Furthermore, OCB plays a significant mediating role by reinforcing the relationship between these three variables and career development outcomes. Employees who display high OCB are more likely to gain recognition, trust, and career advancement opportunities. This study highlights the importance of a holistic approach in career development by integrating individual competencies, leadership styles, and affective organizational engagement. Practical implications suggest the need for organizational initiatives that strengthen emotional intelligence, servant leadership, and supportive organizational culture to foster sustainable employee career progression.
Abstract:The rapid transition to electric vehicles (EV) is driven by global environmental concerns and the need to reduce dependence on fossil fuels. In Indonesia, EV adoption faces challenges related to market dynamics, consumer…
behavior, and effective communication strategies. Marketing research and understanding consumer behavior aims to collect and obtain more detailed information and knowledge about customers towards electric vehicle products. Through this, it can understand customers and their tastes, preferences, reflect the future, and also help reduce the risk of product and business failure. Using Word of Mouth communication as part of a marketing strategy that can be carried out by companies in maintaining their business desires. In this article, the author tries to understand the concept of market research, consumer behavior, and the Word-of-Mouth communication model using a qualitative library observation approach, this study analyzes existing research on how these three factors contribute to the growth and long-term survival of the electric vehicle market. Market research provides insight into consumer preferences and market trends, offering important data to align EV products with consumer needs. Understanding consumer behavior is essential in overcoming perceived barriers, such as cost and infrastructure limitations, that hinder EV adoption. Meanwhile, word of mouth communication plays an important role in influencing consumer decisions by fostering trust and awareness of the benefits of EVs. The findings highlight the interconnections between these factors and their collective impact on the development of sustainable marketing strategies for EVs in Indonesia. This study provides valuable insights for stakeholders, including automotive companies and policymakers, in designing more effective marketing approaches that support the sustainable growth of the EV sector.
Abstract:The hadith of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) mentions three deeds that continue to benefit a person after death: ongoing charity (ṣadaqah jāriyah), beneficial knowledge, and a righteous child who prays for their parents.…
parents. This hadith conveys a profound message about the importance of child education as a spiritual investment. This article aims to examine the urgency of children’s education from the perspective of this hadith by exploring the spiritual and social significance of having a righteous child as a continuous source of reward. This study employs a qualitative approach through library research, drawing on collections of hadith, classical Islamic literature (turas) such as the works of Imam al-Ghazali, Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, and Imam Nawawī, as well as contemporary references from nationally accredited journals. The findings indicate that educating children possesses a transcendental dimension, making it a form of ongoing charity for parents—especially when the child grows to be righteous and contributes positively to society. This research recommends that the concept of child education should not be viewed solely from a worldly perspective but should also be instilled as part of eschatological awareness within the Islamic education system.
Abstract:This study aims to examine emotion regulation strategies from the perspective of Hadith and their relevance to contemporary psychology. The main focus of this research is on three Hadiths that provide guidance on managing…
g emotions, particularly anger: Hadith Abu Dawud no. 4150 on reciting ta'awudz when angry, Hadith Abu Dawud no. 4151 on changing body posture when angry, and Hadith Isnad Shahih no. 9630 on the prohibition of anger. These three Hadiths teach techniques that can help individuals manage their emotions effectively, such as seeking protection from Allah, changing physical conditions to relieve tension, and restraining from anger. From the perspective of contemporary psychology, these strategies resemble emotion regulation approaches found in theories such as cognitive reappraisal and emotion regulation strategies, which aim to change perception or physiological responses to negative emotions. This research also reveals how teachings in the Hadith can be used as a foundation to understand emotion regulation more holistically, integrating both spiritual and psychological dimensions. Through this understanding, the study highlights the importance of integrating Islamic teachings with contemporary psychological principles to create a more comprehensive approach to managing human emotions, particularly anger, in the modern world.
Abstract:This study aims to develop an instrument to assess the effectiveness of a religious character education program in addressing the moral degradation of students. The research employs a development model (research and design)…
gn) based on primary data collected through a questionnaire consisting of 20 statements aligned with 10 indicators of character education. These indicators include understanding religious values, internalization of values, honesty, responsibility, tolerance, consistency in religious attitudes, social care, discipline in spiritual relationships, and satisfaction with the program. The research instrument uses a rating scale ranging from 1 to 5 and is validated by three education experts from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP). The sample consists of 25 first-semester students from the 2024-2025 academic year, class 1A of the Agribusiness Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Untirta. Data analysis includes content validity testing using Aiken’s V formula and intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) for reliability testing. Empirical validity testing employs product moment analysis, and reliability testing uses Cronbach's alpha, analyzed using SPSS version 23. The findings reveal that: (1) Based on the content validity test, out of 20 statement items, 16 items demonstrate very high validity, and 4 items show 2 high validity, with an average content validity score of 1.000, interpreted as very high. The reliability test using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC) yields an average measure of 0.971, indicating excellent instrument reliability. (2) From the empirical test results, out of 20 items, 19 items are valid, and 1 item is invalid, with a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.853 (>0.7), confirming the instrument's reliability. Therefore, the validated questionnaire consisting of 20 items is deemed suitable for measuring the effectiveness of the religious character education program
Abstract:The complexity of the global economy and demands for accountability drive the need for a comprehensive study of financial management strategy typologies that align with the characteristics of Islamic educational institutions…
ions and Islamic economic principles. This research aims to identify, classify, and analyze financial management strategy typologies in Islamic educational institutions from an Islamic economic perspective. Effective financial management presents a major challenge for Islamic educational institutions facing global economic complexity and accountability demands, while most still rely on conventional models that have not fully accommodated Islamic values. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA protocol, this research analyzed 6 selected articles from 77,522 articles identified from three major academic databases. The results revealed five typologies of financial management strategies in Islamic educational institutions: (1) pure sharia principles-based that emphasize sharia compliance, maqashid sharia, and justice; (2) audit and accountability-based that focus on legal compliance, transparency, and fraud prevention; (3) governance and professionalism-based that prioritize financial manager competence; (4) management function-based that include planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision; and (5) integration of Islamic values into the education system. Despite showing different characteristics, all typologies aim to achieve financial sustainability while maintaining sharia compliance. This research provides a conceptual framework that can serve as a reference in developing adaptive and contextual financial management models according to the characteristics of Islamic educational institutions.
