This analysis aims to predict the value of the dependent variable by considering changes in the value of the independent variable. In addition, multiple regression analysis helps in determining the direction of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable, whether the correlation is positive or negative. The regression equation formula for two dependent and independent variables . The tests used are classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and data quality tests. The sample is determined by taking a representation of the population that is predicted to represent the entire population. The sample in this study were employees at the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (Persero) I Office Regional I . Determination of samples for employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara I (Persero) Regional I was carried out using the Saturated Sampling method . The results of the study showed that X1 telling t count -1.113 < t table 5.409 and significance 0.316 > 0.05 (no effect). X2 selling t count -0.365 < t table 5.409 and significance 0.730 > 0.05 (no effect). X3 participation t count 8.090 > t table 5.409 and significance 0.010 < 0.05 (influential). X4 delegation t count 9.320 > t table 5.409 and significance 0.000 < 0.05 (influential). The results of the simultaneous significance test of the F test are f count 6.076 > f table 5.409 and the prob (F-statistic) is 0.0000 < 0.05. H0 : β1 = β2 = • • • = βk = 0 This means that the independent variable has an overall influence/relationship on the dependent variable

Citra Magfira Nihe
Abstract: Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by increased glucose levels that over time cause serious damage to the heart, blood vessels, eyes and kidneys ( World Health Organization) in 2024. Compliance is the degree to… which a person carries out health-related behavior, either taking medication, following diet therapy and changing lifestyle according to recommendations given by health workers. Diet or nutritional therapy is used to regulate the patient's food intake so that it remains fulfilled and does not result in an increase in blood sugar so that it is necessary to regulate the schedule, type and amount of food as nutrition. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in patients with diabetes mellitus in the Kabila Health Center work area. The design in this study is quantitative correlational. The sampling technique in this study used the non-probability sampling method with a total sample of 52 diabetes mellitus participants at the Kabila Health Center. The instrument used in the study used a questionnaire instrument with open questions about the variable health locus of control and compliance with the diet of patients with diabetes mellitus. Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between health locus of control and compliance with diet in diabetes mellitus patients in the Kabila Health Center work area, with a significance value or p-value showing 0.000 (p <0.05). This is based on the alternative Fisher exact test because there are 3 cells with an expect count value <5.

Fora, Yandri, Saluy, Ahmad Badawi
Abstract: This study aims to synthesize findings from empirical studies on factors that influence employee performance and productivity in the context of modern organizations in Indonesia and beyond. Employee performance and productivity… ctivity are crucial elements for the success and sustainability of organizations amidst intense business competition and dynamic changes in the work environment, including adaptation to work models such as Work From Home (WFH). This article uses a qualitative literature study method on articles/journals covering various key variables such as organizational/work culture, work environment, compensation, motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, workload, work discipline, work stress, and work-life balance. The results of the analysis indicate a complex and interrelated relationship between these variables. It is consistently found that a positive organizational culture, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and organizational commitment have a significant influence on improving performance and productivity. A conducive work environment and job satisfaction often act as important mediators in this relationship. However, the influence of variables such as compensation, workload, and work discipline show varying results depending on the organizational context and individual characteristics. This study underlines the importance of a holistic and integrated human resource management approach to optimize employee performance and productivity. Practical implications and suggestions for further research are also discussed.

THE IMPACT OF LIQUIDITY RATIO ON THE COMPANY VALUE OF INDONESIAN SYARIAH BANKS: CAPITAL STRUCTURE AS A MODERATING VARIABLE FOR THE 2021-2023 PERIOD

Sintia, Nijar Kurnia Romdoni
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of liquidity ratios on the corporate value of banking companies with the role of capital structure as a moderating variable. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from… rom the annual financial reports of Bank Syariah Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021–2023. The method used is multiple regression analysis with a model that includes the interaction between liquidity ratios (Current Ratio) and capital structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) as a moderating variable on corporate value, measured by Price to Book Value (PBV). The results of the study show that liquidity ratios have a positive and significant impact on corporate value, while capital structure has a negative impact on corporate value. In addition, the interaction test shows that capital structure acts as a moderating variable that reduces the positive impact of liquidity ratios on corporate value. These findings indicate that although a high liquidity ratio can increase corporate value, this effect may be diminished if the bank has a capital structure more dominated by debt. This study provides important implications for bank management in balancing liquidity and capital structure to maximize corporate value.

The questionnaire has been tested for validity and reliability and scaled according to the Likert rule (1-5). Then tabulation was carried out on the respondents' answers to then be averaged and applied through the EPIC diagram. The calculation results showed that two dimensions, namely the Persuasion and Communication dimensions, got a value of 3.22 and 3.14 in the effective criteria and the next two variables, namely Empathy and Impact, got a value of 3.48 and 3.47 in the effective criteria. Of the various indicators, the question with the lowest value was about the legislative candidate's promise with a score of 3.01, considering that political promises are the most vulnerable things to prospective voters and influence the next election.
