Data obtained through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and documentation direct on implementation of rituals, as well as analyzed use approach phenomenology of religion and ethnography . This study limited to aspects prayer and dhikr in the Nyadran ritual , in order to enrich understanding about the concept of 'living Quran' in culture local . Research results disclose that integration the verses of the Qur'an play a role important in formation meaning religious and social in the middle community , where prayer and remembrance exist in the nyadran ritual reflect dynamics living and adaptive faith to context Javanese culture . aces various challenges, such as the lack of integration in the curriculum, ineffective learning methods, and the lack of parental and community involvement. This study aims to analyse the integration strategy of character education values in Islamic Religious Education learning in schools through a literature study approach. The method used is library research, by reviewing various scientific journals, academic books, and relevant policy documents. The results show that Islam-based character education can be effectively implemented through several strategies, namely affective approaches in teaching, integration of character values in the curriculum and extracurricular activities, active involvement of parents and communities, and habituation of Islamic values in school life. In addition, the role of teachers as role models and creators of a conducive learning environment determine the success of character education. The conclusion of this study confirms that effective character education requires a comprehensive and sustainable approach so that students can internalise Islamic values in their daily lives. The findings are expected to be a reference for educators and policy makers in developing more effective learning models in instilling Islamic-based character in schools.

tative approach with data collection techniques through closed questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were selected randomly. The results of the partial test analysis (t-test) show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on academic stress, with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05) and a calculated t value of 3.300 which is greater than the t table of 1.98472. This indicates a positive influence between self-efficacy and academic stress. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R square) value of 0.316 indicates that 31% of the variation in academic stress can be explained by the self-efficacy variable, while the remaining 69% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The normality test using the Monte Carlo approach produced a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.249, which means that the data is normally distributed. Thus, this study confirms the importance of the role of self-efficacy and social support in reducing students' academic stress.

The population of the study was the entire Academic Community at the State of Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Riau Province. The sample of this study amounted to 77 respondents who were taken using the Purposive Sampling technique. A questionnaire with a Likert scale was used as an instrument. Data were analyzed using path analysis.The results include; 1). Achievement Orientation (X1) has a direct effect on the Leadership Models (X3) by 6%. 2). Task Characteristics X2) has a direct effect on the Leadership Models (X3) by 10%. 3). Achievement Orientation (X1) and Task Characteristics (X2) simultaneously have a direct effect on the Leadership Models (X3) by 12%. 4). Achievement Orientation (X1) has a direct effect on Teacher Job Satisfaction (X4) of 18%. 5). Task Characteristics (X2) has a direct effect on Teacher Job Satisfaction (X4) of 4%. 6). The conclusion of this study is that Achievement Orientation, Task Characteristics, and Leadership Models can affect Teacher Job Satisfaction. And it can be explained that the Leadership Models, in addition to being an exogenous variable, is also able to play its role as an intervening variable. The implication is that the better the relationship between Achievement Orientation, Task Characteristics, and Leadership Models, the higher the Teacher Job Satisfaction.

Thus, the integration of technology in learning can be more optimal in supporting students' academic processes.
