ogical approaches. One of the non-pharmacological treatments is called acupressure. This study aims to determine the effect of acupressure therapy on the intensity of menstrual pain among female students at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. The research employed a quantitative design with a one-group pretest and posttest quasi-experimental design. The population consisted of 153 girls, and 20 of them were selected as the sample using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using a Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire from May 7th to 17th, 2025. Then, the data was analyzed using the Wilcoxon Test, which obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. This result indicated there was an acupressure effect on menstrual pain. Therefore, this finding proved that the use of acupressure influenced menstrual pain among female students at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. This study recommends that female students familiarize themselves with and practice acupressure techniques as an effort to reduce menstrual pain without relying on medication. Furthermore, female students need to be more open to seeking information and natural solutions for controlling reproductive health at an early age.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model in enhancing the learning activities of Grade VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Noling. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using the Spencer Kagan model. The study was conducted in two cycles involving 21 students as research subjects. Data collection techniques included observation, teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and student activity sheets, which were then analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The findings revealed an increase in the average student learning activity score from 43.40% in Cycle I to 92.15% in Cycle II. This study demonstrates that the implementation of the Inside Outside Circle (IOC) learning model is effective in improving the learning activities of Grade VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Noling.

e 2024–2025 academic year. This study was experimental and only used a control group for the posttest. This study involved 75 students from three classes at SMA Negeri 5 Seram Bagian Barat. Class X2 (experimental class), consisting of 25 students, and class X3 (control class) were included in the randomly selected sample. According to statistical analysis of the data, the control class obtained a score of 65.60 with a standard deviation of 13.25, while the experimental class obtained a score of 75.00 with a standard deviation of 10.40. The completeness of the experimental class was 84.00%, while the control class was 44.00%. Based on the results of the study, the structured task approach influenced the learning outcomes of grade X students of SMA Negeri 5 Seram Bagian Barat on the topic of chemical bonds.

ies in the role of local leadership in internalizing and implementing the four main pillars of religious moderation, namely national commitment, tolerance, non-violence, and accommodation to local culture in the lives of rural communities. This study uses a qualitative approach with a single case study method. Data collection techniques were done through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The research procedure refers to six stages of case studies according to Robert K. Yin, while the informants were selected using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Data is analyzed through pattern matching, explanation creation, and time series analysis. The study results show that local leadership plays a significant role in contextually building a narrative of moderation through example, deliberation, and social participation. The practice of moderation is not conveyed through formal instruction alone. Still, it is culturally shaped through social interaction, interfaith activities, and strengthening local values that align with national principles. Leadership prioritizing social awareness, openness, and inclusivity has maintained social cohesion and enhanced inter-religious harmony in a pluralistic village. These findings contribute to developing a theory of local leadership based on the values of religious moderation at the grassroots level.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (t=2,830; p=0,018), pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (t=2,888; p=0,016), dan secara simultan keduanya berpengaruh signifikan (F=9,823; p=0,004). Koefisien determinasi (R²=0,612) menunjukkan 61,2% variasi kompetensi dijelaskan oleh pendidikan dan pelatihan. Penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi pentingnya investasi dalam program pendidikan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai dalam pelayanan publik.

The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The results confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The results of the test were analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level of significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-count was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students' reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. ollows the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model, starting with an analysis of the needs of students and teachers that shows students' tendency towards visual and interactive learning media. This media is designed to present short story writing material in an interesting and easy-to-understand way. The research methods used in this study are research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with descriptive quantitative analysis methods, data collection techniques include media validation questionnaires, practical observations, and short story writing skills tests before (pretest) and after the use of media (posttest). This media prototype is designed with excellent features such as storyline templates, character illustrations, and interactive and visual step-by-step guides. The results of expert validation show a very high level of validity in the material and media aspects. The practicality test showed that the score increased from 0.73 (practical) to 0.97 (very practical). The results of the effectiveness test showed a significant increase in the short story writing skill score, with an average pretest score of 65 and the posttest increased to 90-98. So, it can be concluded that Canva Magic learning media with the AI-based Magic Write feature is effective and practical to improve short story writing skills in a creative, systematic, and meaningful way for students.
