ere detected at an advanced stage, indicating inadequate knowledge and low awareness of early detection. This study aimed to identify factors influencing women’s knowledge of breast cancer through a systematic literature review.
A literature review was conducted using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews. Ten national and international research articles published between 2021 and 2025 were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach supported by simple descriptive statistics through vote counting. The results showed that women’s knowledge of breast cancer was influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors included education level, age, attitudes and awareness, and psychological factors. External factors comprised access to information and educational media, the role of health professionals, educational interventions, socioeconomic status, cultural norms, and family support. Education level and access to information were identified as the most dominant factors based on their frequency across the reviewed studies.
It was concluded that women’s knowledge of breast cancer was shaped by the interaction between individual characteristics and social environments. Comprehensive and sustainable health education strategies were therefore required to improve breast cancer awareness and support early detection practices.

e tolerance and normalization of harmful, identity-based humorous content in online environments. This study used a scoping review design to map and synthesize existing research across psychology, media studies, and cyberpsychology. The sources were identified through searches in major academic databases and were selected based on their relevance to deepfake technology, digital humor, online harassment, and psychological processes such as moral disengagement, online disinhibition, empathy reduction, and social norm reinforcement. The results indicate that acceptance of deepfake-based humor is commonly supported by four interrelated mechanisms, namely normalization through participatory digital culture, psychological distancing that weakens empathy, moral ambiguity created by humorous framing, and reduced accountability through diffusion of responsibility in online spaces. In addition, the literature conceptualizes deepfake humor as a hybrid phenomenon situated between remix-based entertainment and identity-targeting harm, shaped by platform visibility and engagement dynamics. This review highlights that deepfake-based humor may be tolerated not because it is harmless, but because it is routinely framed as “just a joke,” making its harm easier to minimize and socially overlook. Therefore, this study emphasizes the need for more direct empirical research and stronger interventions to prevent deepfake-based humor from becoming a normalized form of digital harassment in increasingly synthetic digital environments.

. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya, which actively welcomes educational visits from young children. These visits have the potential to shape healthy consumption habits through direct interaction with the beekeeping process and education on the benefits of honey. This study aims to analyze the social factors that influence young visitors' interest in honey consumption, including product appeal, destination image, and knowledge. The study used a quantitative method with a convenience sampling technique on 50 respondents who were parents or guardians of children aged 4–5 years who visited PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya for educational purposes. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, then analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each variable on consumption interest. The results showed that all three social factors product appeal, destination image, and knowledge play a significant role in shaping young children's interest in honey consumption. Product appeals such as packaging, flavor, and interactive experiences have been shown to increase children's interest. The image of a clean, safe, educational, and child-friendly destination strengthens visitors' positive perceptions. Meanwhile, knowledge about the benefits of honey and its production process increases parents' motivation to introduce honey as a healthy consumption. This research provides strategic recommendations for PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya in developing more effective educational and marketing programs to increase interest in honey consumption in children from an early age.

VB is Group Activity Therapy using classical music. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the effect of classical music group activity therapy on the risk of violent behavior in RVB patients. Methods: This study employed a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest–posttest approach. The subjects consisted of four RVB patients hospitalized in the Gatotkaca Ward of RSJD dr. Arif Zainuddin, Central Java Province. The intervention involved playing instrumental classical music with a slow tempo for approximately 10–20 minutes. The risk of violent behavior was measured before and after the intervention using the RUFA instrument through behavioral observation. Results: The results showed behavioral improvements in all patients, indicated by enhanced emotional control, reduced agitation, and increased social interaction. Three patients showed improvement in RUFA category, while one patient demonstrated an increased score within the same category. Conclusion: Classical music group activity therapy is effective in reducing the risk of violent behavior and can be recommended as a complementary intervention in mental health nursing care.

Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques to identify the concepts, values, and role of entrepreneurship education in developing an independent generation. The study results indicate that entrepreneurship education contributes significantly to fostering independence, creativity, responsibility, risk-taking, and problemsolving skills. Therefore, there is a high urgency for entrepreneurship education to be systematically integrated into the education system to develop an independent and competitive generation.

A systematic analysis was conducted on a purposive sample of 10 public TikTok videos from the hashtag. Data collection involved video observation, transcription, and documentation of multimodal elements, followed by a thematic analysis. Key findings reveal a primary focus on pronunciation drills and practical vocabulary, delivered through highly repetitive and multimodal techniques. Mr. Faisal effectively combines verbal repetition, visual cues (on-screen text, mouth close-ups), exaggerated facial expressions, and motivational speaking to facilitate learning and maintain engagement. The study concludes that TikTok serves as a significant platform for informal digital language learning, particularly for micro-learning and confidence-building. These findings suggest that formal educators can adopt similar engaging, bite-sized techniques, while content creators can leverage multimodal design to enhance instructional video effectiveness.

tudy with an ethnographic approach to document the use of suluk and jawokan in various traditional ceremonies, rituals, as well as aspects of the social and spiritual life of the community. Data collection methods include direct observation, in-depth interviews, and searching related literature. The research results show that suluk and jawokan have an important role in traditional ceremonies, traditional medicine, and religious rituals, used for various purposes such as healing, protection, and communication with ancestral spirits.
Apart from that, suluk and jawokan reflect cultural values and local wisdom passed down from generation to generation. This research concludes that preserving suluk and jawokan as part of intangible cultural heritage is very important to maintain the identity and cultural sustainability of the people of Cirebon-Indramayu. The mysticism of suluk and jawokan is oral literature that developed among the people of Cirebon-Indramayu as a vehicle for expression in expressing ethics, aesthetics and transcendent values in deeper social and religious realms.
Based on the research results, the students' writing level is very enthusiastic, so that students are able to express ideas, thoughts, and messages in writing poetry or mantras. It turns out that based on the table, 70% of students like writing, 15% dislike it, and 15% are hesitant. Learning to write requires continuous practice. This issue began to surface when a beauty doctor, often referred to as the "Detective Doctor," examined and exposed skincare products suspected of being unregistered and containing dangerous ingredients. This research aims to analyze the role of health communication in raising public awareness about the skincare mafia practices through the role of the "Detective Doctor." The method used is qualitative descriptive analysis with case studies of several campaigns conducted by the "Detective Doctor" on social media and other public channels. The results show that the "Detective Doctor" not only reveals dangerous skincare products through scientific research but also plays a role in delivering information to the public via accessible communication platforms such as social media and podcasts. This campaign successfully increased public awareness of the importance of choosing safe beauty products, as well as the importance of verifying skincare product ingredients. This research highlights the significant role of health communication in combating illegal practices in the beauty industry and demonstrates how the "Detective Doctor" can be an agent of change in public health education.

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria, the social dimension, particularly DEI, is recognized as a strategic driver of sustainability. While prior research indicates positive links between DEI and social performance, and between DEI and employee engagement, the specific mechanism connecting these variables remains underexplored. This study synthesizes existing literature to propose and analyze a conceptual model where employee engagement acts as a key mediator. Grounded in Social Exchange Theory and the Job Demands-Resources model, the review finds that inclusive environments foster psychological safety, a sense of belonging, and empowerment, which significantly enhance employee engagement. This heightened engagement, in turn, motivates prosocial behaviors such as Organizational Citizenship Behavior, internal advocacy, and proactive innovation that directly improve measurable Social-ESG outcomes. The analysis concludes that the effect of DEI on Social-ESG performance is not merely direct but is substantially transmitted and amplified through the psychological state and subsequent behaviors of engaged employees. The study highlights the necessity for organizations to integrate DEI strategies with employee engagement initiatives to fully realize their social sustainability goals and provides a foundation for future empirical testing of this mediating relationship.

This activity is not only ceremonial, but also contains social, symbolic, and normative meanings that function as a mechanism for binding relationships between families. This study aims to analyze the meaning, function, and position of the mengumpar ruji activity in the Sipirok community's traditional marriage system. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach, through literature review and normative analysis of traditional practices. The results show that mengumpar ruji is a symbol of sincerity, responsibility, and social recognition from the man towards the woman and her family. This tradition also functions as an instrument of social legitimacy in Sipirok traditional marriage. Thus, mengumpar ruji has a strategic role in maintaining social harmony and the sustainability of customary law amidst the social changes of modern society.
